Hotel in zona Bell Urban, Kosice

Questo hotel è il gioiello a Kosice ,un luogo ideale proprio nel centro della città.Conosco Kosice molto bene e questo hotel è il mio preferito.Buone camere con gusto arredate con tutte le attrezzature che si aspettavano di un buon hotel.Il colazione era bello, buon gusto, Il personale è molto attento e gentile in ogni momento, ansioso di assicurarsi che il vostro soggiorno sia migliore di un hotel 5 stelle. Il Horse Inn ha anche un fantastico salone per capelli, massaggio e centro cosmetico specializzato nelle stesse località. Se si arriva a Kosice, mi consiglio molto solo di rimanere in questo hotel, non è costoso, molto confortevole e proprio nel centro della città. 10/10 da me.

L'hotel ha un ottimo ubicazione molto vicino alla vecchia città. Sono arrivato presto e sono riuscito a entrare nella mia stanza, che era un enorme bonus - sarei stato felice di lasciare il mio caso. La stanza era molto spaziosa e pulita. Il personale era molto amichevole per tutta la mia permanenza. Ci fu un ottimo colazione variabile che mi ha portato a un buon inizio della giornata. L'hotel ha anche un spa con sauna, stanza a vapore e Jacquzzi per rilassarmi a partire dalle 5:00 che uso ogni giorno.

My partner and I recently stayed at The Ambassador Hotel in Košice, and our experience left us with mixed feelings. Despite its promising location within Košice, the hotel overall did not live up to our expectations, especially considering the price point. Upon arrival, the check-in process was unexpectedly lengthy. With only one receptionist available who was preoccupied with a demanding couple ahead of us, we were left waiting for an uncomfortably long time. The procedure itself felt unnecessarily tedious, requiring details that seemed excessive for a simple check-in. The hotel's condition significantly detracted from our stay. It appeared tired and in need of maintenance, with visible wear and tear throughout the premises. Our room was particularly disappointing; from a malfunctioning bathroom door handle, water damage around the sink, to a low-pressure shower and a lack of proper heating. The absence of a blackout blind, a clunky TV menu, and a carpet that was both faded and worn further contributed to our room's lackluster ambiance. Additionally, the tea and coffee amenities were unsatisfactorily tucked away in the wardrobe, and the presence of a cheap plastic trolley in the bathroom was not what we expected from a hotel that claims luxury status. Breakfast was another letdown, with a noticeable lack of labeling on the food items, including allergen information. The options were limited for those who do not eat pork or are allergic to eggs. Although soya milk was available upon request, it was not readily accessible. While the hotel's location in Košice is undeniably convenient, other aspects such as the wellness spa left much to be desired. The spa required a private booking at an additional cost of 25 euros and a two-hour preparation time, which seemed unreasonable for what is marketed as a luxury amenity. On a positive note, the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. However, the overall state of the hotel, combined with the disappointing breakfast and the restrictive access to the wellness spa, means we are unlikely to return. For a hotel that positions itself within the luxury market, The Ambassador Hotel falls short in delivering the quality and service one would expect for the price.

Sono stato qui più volte e mi sento sempre molto bene. Atmosfera piacevole, giardino molto affascinante per il relax, molto buon colazione. Posizione centrale per la città centrale e per la stazione ferroviaria e autobus. Il quartiere è vicino al quartiere della stazione ferroviaria e non è così buono come in ogni città, ma non si nota niente in zona interna e chi viene con la macchina può fermare la sua auto ben protetta e completata in stazione. Peccato che il ristorante non sia aperto a causa di Corona. Spero che presto di nuovo, perché era molto buono e le alternative ci sono solo la normale gastronomia della stazione ferroviaria o nel centro della città

Il personale di ricezione ha aiutato a spiegare la città, il trasporto e a soddisfare le nostre richieste supplementari. Il ristorante era bello e il bar era eccellente, aveva una bottiglia di vino locale e ci hanno preso il tempo di decantarla e ci hanno dato tutta l'esperienza del gusto del vino. Siamo rimasti qui per la gara, hanno aperto il colazione presto per i corridoi (7:45) e hanno organizzato un camion per noi alle 7:45. Si prenota un camion in avvoltoio, perché sono occupati la mattina della gara. In retrospettiva, potremmo avere un camion un po' più tardi, 8:15 o così, perché era molto facile arrivare all'inizio della gara alle 9:00.
