We were supposed to stay her for two nights but added another to our itinerary. It's a relaxing and beautiful place for families and friends. The rooms are clean and spacious. Housecleaning is also calling to check if anything is needed . The restaurant has a variety of foods from around the world. The onsite spa has reasonably priced packages and the turtle sanctuary has many sea life to look at.

5 Star hotel in the middle of kosgoda to chill and relax, but don't expect much options in the immediate vicinity

A beautiful hotel and amazing views. We were able to enjoy a relaxing stay in this lovely hotel and explore swimming in the ocean.

升級了小套房，空間大很多，正對游泳池很舒服，入住了兩天每天都泡了會兒泳池，非常放鬆，酒店早餐晚餐都很好吃。

酒店地處科其斯戈德海灘，房間設施老舊，可以到酒店外面的海灘走走，酒店接待團隊，斯里蘭卡酒店總體性價比不高，不推薦

Плюсы отеля - очень неплохой завтрак, ужин. Шведский стол. Очень изобильный. Есть и морепродукты , и местная кухня. Очень вкусно. Также хочется отметить традиционное для сети Марриот качество постели. Спалось на нем прекрасно. Пляж в этом месте отличный. Можно спокойно купаться - волны не такие сильные. Всё очень живописно , если пройти налево и направо. Теперь о недостатках. К сожалению, их больше. Персонал очень не вежлив, чувствовалось, что тебе здесь не рады, делают одолжение. Наигранные улыбки. В день выезда чуть позже 12 на несколько минут персонал стал стучаться в дверь и требовать освободить номер. Разве это достойно такой сети отелей ? Когда попытался расплатиться на ресепшн картой Юнион Пэй, персонал сказал, что терминал для российских карт не работает. Хотя, в других местах и отелях на Шри-Ланке всё работало без проблем и удавалось оплатить везде. Такое поведение я объясняю неклиенториентированностью, что опять же, очень странно для отеля такой сети, как Марриот и для сервиса. Также я хочу отметить, что в этом отеле не оказалось ортопедических подушек или любых других подушек - при попытке узнать про эту возможность, мне грубо ответили , что других подушек нет и всё. В общем, за персонал, сервис и его отношение - жирный минус и плохая оценка

各個方面都還可以的，衹是晚上非常不隔音，旁邊房間像開party一樣，打電話給服務員，後來服務人員也是非常積極地溝通. 總之體驗感還是不錯的

L’albergo è enorme e molto lussuoso, almeno a primo impatto. La stanza era molto grande ma non molto pulita: le tende erano sporche e lo era anche il tappetino fuori dalla doccia. Non il migliore hotel in cui sono stata in Sri Lanka. Il buffet molto fornito.

Il paese é meraviglioso, la natura lussureggiante, le persone gentili e sorridenti … il soggiorno presso l’hotel é stato molto piacevole soprattutto grazie alla presenza di un giovane ragazzo educato, affabile, gentile, sveglio ed attento: Chanaka Bandara. É importante avere qualcuno su cui contare lontano da casa… Grazie.

Ottimo hotel direttamente sulla spiaggia. Posto tranquillo dotato di ogni comfort. Servizio impeccabile e gentilezza .Colazione abbondante e fresca ogni mattina. Pulizia e puntualità. Nei pressi dell’hotel vi è un sito di conservazione delle tartarughe di mare. Inoltre si può andare in soli 15 minuti a piedi nel meraviglioso ristorante Oruwa, direttamente sulla spiaggia , dove si può gustare pesce freschissimo.

My wife, Elizabet, and I had an unforgettable vacation at this hotel, thanks to its stunning views, excellent food, and outstanding staff. Special thanks to Geeshan and Darshi, who were incredibly helpful, polite, and went above and beyond to exceed our expectations. They handled all our requests and more. We will definitely be back soon to enjoy another wonderful stay at this beautiful and comfortable hotel, and to reconnect with these lovely people again.

We stayed at this superb hotel as part of a weeklong tour of Sri Lanka, and by the time we left, we wished we had a few more days. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed warmly by a drummer and dancer. Check-in was smooth, and the staff was very friendly. It was clear the place was made to make people feel comfortable and even spoiled. We got a room on the first floor with a mini pool, which was a nice extra. No visit here would be complete without an appointment at the spa. It’s spacious, luxurious and spotlessly clean. The staff is excellent, exemplified by Iresha, whose massage is world-class, and Kadek, whose recommendation was spot on. The S Kitchen restaurant was the source of many gastronomical delights, with one of the most extensive and varied buffet setups anywhere. We also enjoyed the fantastic theme and special menu celebrating India’s Independence Day. The staff was terrific, especially Amanda, the super attentive hostess, Abdullah and Kaveesha. The inviting and comfortable Sundowners Lounge is conveniently located in the stunning open-air lobby. It is a great place to unwind during the day or relax in the evening. Reshina and other staff members ensure you are covered from the moment you walk in. The lounge offers a great view of the welcome ritual, so you can enjoy it again and again. There’s much more to say about this beautiful hotel, but the best way to find out is to go there!
