Firstly I would like to say what a beautiful hotel! The grounds of the hotel are stunning! I travelled alone as a single parent with 2 children (one with additional needs) I had emailed the hotel a few weeks before to make them aware and they were fantastic and catered to our needs) we were upgraded from originally a casa varanda with sea view to a beautiful family bungalow with a kingsize bed and a seporate room with 2 single beds! The aircon was superb and the room was clean and nicely decorated with a boho vibe to it. Only downside to the room was how small the bath was, for a 5’7 woman it was pretty tiny but the shower worked fine. We stayed in room 481 and had a view of the gym and water slides and farm land. There are 2 pools with 2 additional smaller pools attached, one being by the main hotel which I found was pretty quiet more couples and adults spent time at this pool or with much younger children (toddlers) and then the other pool down by the beach had 2 water slides which my children loved and a larger swimming pool which was so warm like a bath. Down at this pool is where the snack bar is, that served the most beautiful fresh food prepared daily from fruit cocktails, salads, wraps, baguettes, sandwiches, ice cream, waffles, crepes, pizza, pies, chips, kebabs, gyros the list goes on but the food was stunning and something for everyone! I would like to say a special thank you to Katherina who served the waffles and crepes! This lady along with all the staff works super hard all day long and made my son who has autism feel so special and made up loves special waffles! Thank you. This pool is more lively! More music and hussle and bussle! The only down thing I will say is that there needs to be some drainage around the slide area, although the lifeguard works tirelessly to get rid of the water children and adults were slipping and hurting themselves all the time. From this pool area you can find a path that leads straight over to the beach! It is beautiful white sands with plenty of loungers free. The sea is warm and the waves are so much fun! It’s a must to go down around 8:15pm for sun set pictures over Turkey! It’s beautiful! The food in the main restaurant is lovely! There is something for everyone to enjoy! We loved the chocolate pancakes of a morning! the grounds and gardens of the hotel are covered in fresh fruit and veg all grown to use in the restaurant which is stunning and the gardeners work long and hard to preserve this! The kids club wasn’t great, not well advertised and pretty much catered for the German children same with the mini disco of an evening. This is at the front of the hotel and although the kids didn’t quite understand most of it they still danced and had some fun. We have fell in love with Kos and have booked to come and stay at the Grecotel casa paradiso again next august! We are counting down the weeks! Thank you for a wonderful holiday and we will see you again in a year!!!

This year was our 3rd time in the resort as a family with young kids and extended family members. In our opinion it is a very well balanced resort for us. Not too fancy, but very comfortable, spacious, clean, well maintained, with enough activities to go around whole day with the kids. It also nice to see the improvements and changes, such as brand pool looks, upgraded bathroom near the main bar, kids area, and home grown veggies. Staff always there and approachable, excellent food variety, all fresh, and tasty. Sea is warmer on this side of the island, which makes you enjoy it more than on the other side. Wifi is not covering 100% of the area, but I am sure it will get better. Covered areas have stable connection and sufficient bandwidth. PS - Someone wrote here that he/she was waiting for toast for 20 minutes. :-D I have no idea how that could have happened as toast machine is self service and takes minute (was doing toasts to kids). PS2 - Really appreciated staffs help with arranging logistics around getting medicine for our kid that got sick. VERDICT - Looking forward coming again!

Just returned from a 10 night stay at Casa Paridiso with my wife and 2 kids aged 7 and 10. We arrived around midnight and were swiftly checked in and shown along to our family bungalow (470) nice to see 4 little snack bags waiting for us if required. We woke up next morning and opened the blinds to our sun baked terrace overlooking the outdoor gym and lovely sea views, literally 50 yards to the pool and 50 more to the lovely sandy beach, perfect. 20 minute walk along the beach to marmiri, couple nice little restaurants and shops to visit, more than worth the walk. Room was spotless, fresh bedding, towels, 2 bottles of water every single day. Food was nice, plenty choice all day every day, nothing was too much hassle for Kostas and his hard working always happy to help team. Entertainment each night runs on a 7 day cycle, Javier and his guys were brilliant, worked hard and kept everyone entertained 💯, it varied from live music, magician show to bingo and ****** nights, something there for all tastes I’d imagine. 2 separate kids clubs one for German kids and one for the rest, seemed a bit strange as it was a mixture of countries from all over Europe there certainly during our stay. Overall fantastic holiday and can’t wait to go back 👍🏻

We just came back from a week away going all inclusive at grecotel Casa paradiso with my partner and 20 month old and we had such a lovely time. From the moment we arrived every single member of staff member we met were the most friendly and welcoming people I’ve ever experienced being away and everyone really could not do enough for you which was amazing. The food was an absolutely delicious the best I’ve ever experienced as a ‘buffet style’ everything was super fresh and constantly being bought out and topped out. Every night felt different and not the same foods every single day which can often happen. Fresh pizzas being made, authentic Greek dishes and something the kids would always eat. The breakfast was always so much choice and always lovely and fresh really was all delicious. I loved the help your own wine fridge and that a lot of the produce was grown at the hotel! With your stay you can have one evening in the ala carte restaurant which was absolutely delicious such a high standard of food and catered for children too! The room was clean and well kept which was nice, we stayed in a bungalow which was cleaned every day by very lovely and friendly domestic staff and perfect location to the main site and the beach. The bathroom is bit outdated but nothing that bothered us. The facilities were lovely the 4 pools were all clean and the sun beds super comfortable the location of the beach were perfect. They provide your own beach towels which was a lovely extra and didn’t realise until we were there. We never had an issue with sun beds but we did go “out of holiday season” even though it still felt super busy! Overall we had a brilliant experience at Casa paradiso and for us it was the people that worked there that really made the holiday extra special and a family holiday to remember thank you so much! I’m surprised with some of the negative reviews I read on here and think to myself did we all stay at the same hotel especially when I read about someone saying the cleanliness needs improving because I honestly would really recommend Casa paradiso! A couple thing that I would say could improve but wouldn’t stop us recommending friends and family! No wifi in the bungalow but again wasn’t a major issue for us. Entertainment during the day- some people would enjoy the peace however for kids who couldn’t go to the kids club due to their age would be good to have some activities around the pool etc. also some music at the pool bars would create a better atmosphere I think but I know not everyone would be on the same page as this. Bigger sheets for the beds, everytime you turned over they would come off and you often would end up sleeping on the mattress but this isn’t a complaint just a little suggestion to make the stay absolutely perfect! Thanks again Casa paradiso for such a lovely holiday would 100% recommend this hotel to friends and family.

Our family of 4 (2 adults and 2 children 10 & 13 years) stayed in this hotel for a week from 26 May. Arrived after dinner time and was pleasantly surprised to be taken to a restaurant to have some food. Quick and smooth check in, the only downside was that no information of the hotel was given (printed form of meal, evening entertainment times etc given). Since a safe key was given, we expected safe which wasn't there and nobody seems to know about it and kept telling us safe is in the wardrobe. This was sorted and safe was fitted next morning. Another downside was the toilets. Not sure how the hotel goes about health and safety regarding it. There was literally one toilet for all guests to use near the swimming pool at the bar near the restaurant. Unoccupied room was used for so called toilet which always had a massive queue including staff queuing there. This didn't improve until we left after 7 days. Another pool near the beach and the one with slides had also just one toilet from unoccupied room with ques of at least 20 minutes (tried to explain this to my children who couldn't understand of such a wait) with no alternative nearby). Just a question, how can hotel open with no such a basic facilities?? Hotel has lifeguards but not sure what for? They don't do anything apart from scrolling their phone. Useless, money wasted. Get good ones or none as I believe they are getting paid for just standing. Impossible to book an ala carte even 5 days before which means hotel needs few more to cater all guests that they cater for or don't even advertise there is an ala carte restaurant because it can't be used. Another massive issue was sun beds. No reserving policy is a must! Most of the sun beds were taken from early morning and most never used for entire day. Staff must ensure and take unused towels away. That's about it on the negatives. Positive things were much better!Extremely polite staff, always happy to go that extra mile. Manolis, Rafail and so called by myself Lady M (too difficult to remember her name :)) were brilliant! It was busy, they were tired, but always with smile on their faces. Please mention this to them so they can carry on being same enthusiastic! Our son still keeps talking about top guy Simos at entertainment team! Even in hot weather he kept organising basketball and football for our boy and made him super happy. Amazing spoken english, history of Greece lessons and amazing knowledge of our country basketball :) and a real credit to hotel. Simos you are the best! Food was one of the best in so many visited all inclusive hotels. Love feta cheese for first 3 days until it got changed to different one which wasn't good. Would be so glad if you tell me which brand of feta cheese you used from 26 May for 3 days. Hahaha. We had a late departure and needed room until 5pm and hotel has givinen us this option free of charge. Amazing and thank you so much for that! Evening entertainment was good but cood be better at some days (DJ was

Positives: delicious healthy food, beautiful beach, suitable for families with children (my child had fun in Grecoland with Gintare and Joli). Negatives: there is no separate beach bar at the beach (you have to walk 10 min from the hotel at least for something similar), cocktails are strong (if you want to get drunk then it's perfect for you but we didn't). All in all, good experience.

We have just spent a week at this wonderful hotel and have had a fantastic time. Our room 112 (part of the main building) : We had a lovely sea view room which we were not expecting. It's not directly looking over the beach as the hotel is set back from the beach but we can definitely see the sea. We had a lovely spacious room with a wardrobe each! I loved that there were ample hangers for both of our weeks worth of clothes. Also heaps of storage. Our room was cleaned daily and a bottle each of water replaced daily. Check in: No information was provided about the hotel facilities or what's on and no information in our room about this either. There was also no information provided about how to book the A la carte restaurant which would have been useful. Towards the end of the holiday we found there is an app which you can find the information from but the information appeared to be out of date. Evening entertainment was every other night. The two male singers on the Tuesday night were brilliant! The Pools are lovely! However the sunbeds are reserved from about 8:30am and often not used until the afternoon which was annoying. It would be good if there was a non reserve policy to allow everyone the chance to lie by the pool. The pool bar tender Zoi, was amazing. She makes a mean cocktail! There didn't appear to be enough toilets around the hotel, unless I couldn't find them? The ONE and only toilet around the bottom pool was located in one of the holiday bungalows which wasn't really enough for the amount of people using it. The one in reception which was out of the way a bit. It was quicker to go back to our room and use the loo when using the restaurant/bar. The Beach Lovely fine sand with cristal clear waters There were plenty of free sunbeds available all day. I had a full body massage from one of the Thai girls which was fabulous! (These ladies were not part of the hotel) You will need to walk 15 mins to local shops and restaurants. We didn't feel the need to eat out as the food is so good at the hotel, loads of choices and really tasty. I can't see why anyone would moan about the food as there really was something for everyone. However if you don't like either chicken, pork, beef , duck, lamb, calamari, fresh fish, paella, multiple pasta dishes, pizzas, sushi, chips , freshly made bread, salad, cheese, cold meats or fruit and vegetables then yes you may have a problem 🤷. Oh and the morning pancakes were also delicious. Honestly they do it all to a great standard and brilliant selection. As mentioned by other travellers, the hotel grow their own fruit, veg and salad around the grounds which is a brilliant idea! I also loved the help yourself to a bottle of wine from the three wine cabinets (white, red & rose) Great touch. I would definitely recommend and stay at this hotel again.
