D' Andrea Lagoon All Suites - Adults Only

Ci siamo stati una settimana e qui vorrei elencare tutte le esperienze positive e negative che possono aiutare a decidere con attenzione per i futuri ospiti e anche gli input per migliorare i punti deboli (vale la pena farlo perché la posizione è meravigliosa). Positivo: 1. Bella posizione 2. Bella piscina specialmente camere con accesso diretto alla piscina 3. Splendido accesso alla spiaggia e lettini/ombrelloni (che è difficile da trovare in altre isole greche di Kos) 4. Colazione OK (siamo molto meglio e peggio) Negativo: 1. La nostra camera non era pronta, l'addetto alla reception non poteva nemmeno dirci quando sarà pronta o mostrarci nel frattempo un posto che possiamo cambiare e andare a nuotare, poi dopo i nostri follow-up ci ha dato noi la nostra chiave e non ci ha portato o guidato in camera. dovevamo trovarlo! 2. C'era solo una persona che sapeva tutto, quindi se avessimo fatto domande nessuno sapeva nulla e dovevano chiedere a qualcun altro 3. Il personale era sempre lento e non addestrato per un hotel a 5 stelle - le donne delle pulizie erano le più amichevoli e competenti tra tutto il personale 4. In palestra per la maggior parte del tempo mancavano acqua e asciugamano - anche chiedendo che nessuno portasse (devi prenotare la palestra perché la gomma è piccola e il lounge parvenu vicino al negozio è super grande e inutile - peccato che indossino non usarlo per la palestra con vista meravigliosa o anche per la palestra all'aperto..) 5. È sempre stato difficile trovare il ragazzo che ti portasse un asciugamano in più per la spiaggia o la piscina 6. C'è un enorme piano per espandere l'hotel fino al spiaggia (ora è necessario uscire dal resort a 5 minuti a piedi per raggiungere la spiaggia) quindi in futuro ci saranno dei lavori! 7. Non so ovunque come siano abituati, ma in italia la sabbia della spiaggia viene pulita ogni mattina dalle cose che l'acqua porta in spiaggia. Ma in Grecia non sembra così! 8. Per il checkout era necessario più di 20 minuti Le cose dell'albero ci hanno reso nervosi durante il nostro soggiorno lì, più che altro ed era lontano dalle nostre aspettative di un hotel a 5 stelle: i servizi del personale, il problema della palestra e la spiaggia sporca!

Fantastico. Incredibile. Che posto perfetto sull'isola di Kos. Prenotate le camere con piscina! Cibo perfetto e delizioso. Servizio perfetto. Personale molto gentile! La migliore vista sulla spiaggia. Bar sulla spiaggia. Posto tranquillo e confortevole dove stare. Grazie 💕 per questa meravigliosa vacanza ☀️

We spent 7 nights at D Andrea Lagoon. I can honestly say from start to finish was unbelievable. The staff were all so lovely, the room was magnificent, the food (we did half board) was excellent. The à la carte menu was amazing. The singers every night were brilliant. The pool never felt busy always had beds to lie on. The beach was 3 min walk away and was insane. We had the most relaxing week was perfect from start to finish.

This was our second stay at this amazing hotel. And it was so good, I have made my parents book for two weeks after we arrived back in England. I never usually return to hotels, even if they have been good. However, with d’Andrea, me and my partner were adamant that we were coming back. We analysed hotels all over Europe, and nothing came close to D’andrea. To put into perspective how amazing this hotel was, my partner has stayed in some of the most well known, best luxury hotels in the world and says this tops many of them! As well as the obvious amazing elements that enhanced our stay such as: amazing food, superb drinks and most crucially a unique aesthetic amongst the pool and beaches, one thing to highlight is the staff. Wow, I have never met staff so willing to ensure your stay is perfect. Firstly, Maria dealt with our booking who has been amazing - she also upgraded us on our final night to the most expensive room the villas (thank you again, so kind). She is so friendly and extremely helpful, but most importantly, extremely appreciate of past guests. As for the other staff not exhaustive to the waiters and waitresses, chefs, reception staff, and boutique owner, I could not name them individually. This is because every single member made the effort to remember us from the previous year and truly engage with us whilst maintaining excellent professional service. Me and my partner had a great rapport with them all so much - to the owner of D’Andrea, the staff are everything to this successful business. I honestly, have never met staff so kind and diligent - whether this be them going out of there way to research restaurants and places for us, to always offering a ride down to the beach despite it being a 3 minute walk! I am eager to visit the new hotel in the making, Dandrea dunes in 2026. I have been told that this will be family friendly and will be providing a high all inclusive option - which after having the inclusive breakfast, wow I am certain the all inclusive here will be unreal. Thank you for a second amazing stay, I cannot wait for my family to see D’Andrea for their first time. I will keep recommending this hotel to everybody. Ps: Namaste beach bar is perfect to watch the sunset and enjoy authentic, incredibly cheap, food. This is a 5 minute drive from the hotel. Magic mountain is Zia is also worth a visit but ensure to book any restaurant in Zia.

Our 3rd stay in this superb hotel! always so nice to come to this relaxing place. a bubble of serenite.! Staff very caring! Special mention to Maria responsible for customer relations always available for us! We will return with great pleasure for a future stay!

Fantastic! Pool, food, lovely staff, spotlessly clean, relaxed, tasteful design, great break buffet. Good size rooms. Can’t fault it for an adults only weeks holiday. Breakfast buffet can underwhelm but this was fresh with great fresh food and coffee. Pick a sunny time and GO!
