They deserve 10+ stars! FANTASTIC, modern, clean Bed & Breakfast apartment style “Hotel” one block down quiet residential street from downtown Koror. Hotel manager Mr Oya, breakfast chef & housekeeper Daisy (and their delightful and helpful spouses), all go out of their way to make you feel welcome, comfortable and safe. Garden Palace Palau is perfect for business travelers and scuba divers who want a modern, clean, comfortably air conditioned place to stay, along with the convenience of walking to town without having to rent a car. Each apartment styled room has a kitchenette. There are two full grocery stores only 1-2 blocks away and a wide selection of restaurants for grab ‘take-out’ food after a long day in business meetings or on the boat. In the mornings, just walk up to their roof-top dining area for a customize meal styled to your preferences (traditional American or Japanese breakfast). Garden Palace will provide transfers from/to Airport, even in the middle of the night! And, if you want to rent a car for the day, there are car rental agencies within easy walking distance. We cannot say enough positive things about our experiences at Garden Palace Palau. Thank you, Mr. & Mrs. Oya and Daisy & Rome for an amazing and memorable stay in Palau!

Sono stata piacevolmente sorpresa. Il personale era molto utile e amichevole. Sono stato accolto con nome ogni volta che passeggiavo attraverso la porta. L'hotel sembra essere stato recentemente ristrutturato. Tutto è pulito senza spot e il lobby ha sempre profumato bene quando entravi. E' una passeggiata breve per ristoranti, negozi, ATM, ecc. Tutte le attività che ho fatto, offriamo di prendere dal hotel. Il personale mi ha aiutato a trovare qualcosa da fare per i due giorni che non avevo pianificato di immergersi. A causa di Covid, non c'erano molte opzioni disponibili, ma il perseverante e ho avuto qualcosa da fare ogni giorno. Se vuoi un posto centrale pulito con personale eccezionale per servire come base per le attività non puoi andare male.

Ho trovato questo posto come un gemma nascosto quando sono rimasto qui 12 anni fa, e si sente ancora come esotico, romantico e rustico come si sentiva indietro. Su un'isola più nota per i risultati della riva e i divani di lusso, questa bellezza della giungla è un'interruzione rinfrescante grazie alla sua intrecciatura in mezzo a una grotta di alberi di Coconut e alla sua grossa ubicazione verde come la giungla: Vicino a Palau, in un ambiente verde lussuoso. Con facile accesso al fronte d'acqua dal retro della proprietà DINE + BOOK: Il bar della giungla è un luogo super freddo per andare fuori la sera e viene con una vibrazione di bar di alloggio della giungla africana mescolata con un funky bar di immersione. Il ristorante è stato chiuso durante il nostro soggiorno SERVIZIO: Siamo stati nella SERVIZIO PAPAYA COTTAGE, quindi questa recensione si basa su di esso; VISIONE: dolce vista degli alberi di cotone e verderia da un balcone romantico attaccato alla stanza; TAGLIA: Spazio abbastanza per 2 adulti e bagagli semplici; AIR-CON: Perfettamente funzionante refrigerante che ha aiutato a regolare la temperatura perfetta della stanza; BED: Comfortabile letto che ha giocato la parte prevista di mettere me a letto; BATCH: Spazio abbastanza e viene con un Bathtub e doccia; TOLETRIES: BON QUALITÀ DI cosmetici: Non c'è palestra sul sito, ma c'è una piscina dolce in mezzo a tutta la verdura! Servizio: Personale amichevole che ha preso cura di tutte le nostre esigenze con un sorriso e ci ha fatto sentire appassionati e ben curati. La stanza era fresca e pulita. Il letto più comodo che ho dormito in un lungo tempo con 4 cucchiaini molto belle. Grande aria condizionata, quasi troppo fredda per il mio gusto. Bottiglie d'acqua sono state riempite ogni giorno nel frigorifero. Il balcone era spazioso con una bella vista sull’oceano, e io avevo un sorprendente tramonto di notte. Definitivamente fare un viaggio attraverso la strada verso la casa del miglior caffè e del dolce. Non mi aspettavo di avere un trattamento così fresco e delizioso. E' anche una gioiello nascosto, con un video su YouTube. L'unica cosa che mi farà non volere tornare a questo hotel è la mia esperienza durante il check-out. Ho dovuto aspettare mentre la stanza era controllata dal manager. Dopo l'approvazione, ho detto che non ho rubato asciugamani, mutandine o lampade, nemmeno le sapone o le bottiglie di shampoo complimentari, mi sono offesa così estremamente che mi sono offerto di aprire la valigia per l'ispezione. Ho avuto una bottiglia d'acqua con me per andare all'aeroporto, ma l'ho intenzionalmente messo sul contatore e ho detto che certamente non volevo essere accusato di furto.

Indice: adeguato ma deludente per il punto di prezzo. Servizio: questo è stato il più grande dellusione. I tempi di check-in e check-out erano molto rigorosi e inflexibili. Sono arrivato presto (9:30), e mi hanno detto che dovevo pagare per entrare nella stanza prima delle 3:00. Ho rifiutato e immagazzinato il mio bagaglio, che era apprezzato, ma piuttosto standard. Quando ho chiesto un check-out tardivo, mi hanno dato un'ora extra e non hanno potuto offrire un check-out più tardi per un'altra tariffa, quindi ho fatto un check-out alle 1:00, ma il mio volo non era fino alle 2:00. Gli amici dell'hotel lungo la strada avevano un check-out complimentare tardivo alle 8:00, solo dicendo. Camera: l'AC non era grande, e la temperatura della doccia era variabile. Pulizia abbastanza, non premurosa. Attrezzature: La palestra era grande - molte diverse macchine e pesi. La bar era sempre vuota e sottoscritta, una volta che ho cercato di ordinare il servizio in camera, nessuno si è preso.La colazione aveva limitato le opzioni occidentali o vegetariane, non necessariamente una canna, ma qualcosa di cui essere consapevole. La piscina principale era chiusa per la riparazione mentre ero lì, e sedersi intorno alla piscina più piccola era molto limitata e all'interno della ”zona di splash” dei bambini che giocavano nella piscina.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 3-night stay at Palau Central Hotel, a great base for a stay in Palau. It is located on the main road right in the heart of downtown, close to numerous shops, supermarkets, and restaurants. The onsite resto, The Canoe House, is an excellent place for a meal or drink. All the hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They assisted us in organizing snorkeling tours and rental cars and provided other bits of useful information about the local area. Our room was excellent, one of the few facing south out to the Rock Islands, so we had the most excellent views from our spacious balcony. The room was very big, well-lit, and airy and spotlessly clean. Everything as modern and tastefully furnished with a huge king-size bed. The room had all the mod cons including great AC, satellite TV, strong Wifi connection, and a good little mini-fridge. The hotel buffet breakfast was quite good with a good variety of hot and cold options. However we were disappointed with the lack of fresh tropical fruit – just imported apples and oranges available for some reason. Seems to be a big problem in getting fresh tropical fruits across Micronesia!! We made use of the mini-gym on the 2nd floor. It was indeed mini, only enough room for 2, maybe 3 people. There was a treadmill and a rowing machine, as well as a few dumbbells and a multi-gym. All equipment was of the lowest quality, but luckily it was relatively new so still in working order. Not very impressive but better than nothing! We also had the fortuitous experience of being the first people to use the hotel rental mountain bikes. We gave them a really good run around the streets of Koror. They were adequate, but again, very low quality, so may not last long if not well looked after. Overall we had an amazing stay here and would highly recommend it to all travelers looking for a good, comfortable base in Koror.

Abbiamo soggiornato al Palau Pacific Resort per 11 notti. Questa era la mia terza volta che tornavo. Il soggiorno è stato incantevole. La struttura è meravigliosa e tutti coloro che lavorano qui sono molto cordiali e disponibili. Lucy e il suo staff hanno fatto di tutto per farci sentire a casa. Che si tratti del personale della reception, del personale del ristorante o dei ragazzi della piscina, sono tutte persone meravigliose e orientate al servizio. Avevamo fiori freschi sul nostro letto ogni mattina dopo la pulizia e tutti sorridono quando li vedi. Ogni mattina ci divertivamo sedendoci per un'ottima colazione godendoci la vista sull'oceano. I letti sono molto confortevoli e le camere sono belle. I bagni avrebbero bisogno di qualche aggiornamento, ma considerando che tutto il resto è così meraviglioso, questo è molto minore. Ritorneremo sicuramente. Uno dei posti più belli e rilassanti in cui sia stato anch'io. Grazie mille per la vostra fantastica ospitalità!

Looking for a resort for your wife and family to hang out in the day while you are out diving then this is not the place. Go to Cove. Looking for a resort that has a poolside bar and big western bar /restaurant /lawn /buffet then go to Cove. HOWEVER, if you want a special secret place that is 1/3 the price of Cove and a great place to sleep while you use your hotel arranged $50 /day car rental then stay here! The hotel is local and smaller so it is a great place to sleep at night with good size breakfast and plenty of free breakfast coffee. It is similar to Cruise Control Diving Center, which Leo, Shell Hotel Manager, helped me find and actually drove me to. I wish I could have given him a big tip! CrCont Diving is Japanese tailored, English speaking, Japanese traveler and Western traveler place that is larger than Sams and Fish&Fins, yet not as well know outside the Japanese tourists. It is less than half the price as the others and all the dive places use the same 500 hp boats and go to German Channel, the Big Hole and Blue Corner etc. (The three biggest sites). How did I find out about it? Leo from Shell Hotel personally took me there! Getting back to Shell, it was great. I lived the clean Balinese interior. There was no mold, no bugs on the floor and modern toilet, shower and sink that are even better than my upscale home in the USA. I have not written a review of a destination hotel before. I did this because I owed travelers this inside only special gem of a place that charges so much less and isn’t on the Google searches. I wish they would put this on Google Maps or the Apple Maps that comes with the iPhone. That way more people would know about it. Yes, they rented me a car for $50 per day including insurance. They took me to Cruise Control Diving. I hadn’t heard of them before either. I did put some pictures of Shell on this review. Again, Shell is not the place you will want to hang out at all day. It is a more local hotel that is a great place to lay your head at night. It is priced lower because it is not a resort. If you want to go to Palau and need a super clean and helpful staff, oh yes, did I say 1/3 the price of a resort :) , then this is the place to stay where you won’t feel ripped off. It is like a B&B but your own and not in someone’s house. In it’s category I highly recommend it 10/10. The staff will give you all the inside knowledge of Palau and take you to locals priced places.
