Only then did the hotel slowly upgrade my room. Seriously? I had to chase Ctrip for an upgrade? No upgrade without a chase? I had already checked in, and I was too lazy to go through the hassle of changing rooms, so I thought I'd just accept two breakfasts as compensation.
