Hotel in zona Pjažentin, Koper - Capodistria

We were visiting the Slovenian Coast for 5 Nights as a couple with a dog. We opted for a hotel in a more quiet location compared with portoroz - Izola etc.... What a great choice! Firstly, the hotel is beautiful renovated and looks like a new place. All is well and feels new - from the Restaurant, Lobby and the Rooms! (and awesome Salt chambers..) We chose a double room with balcony, which in those hot days were great for the early mornings or later evenings! (plus a big help in drying beach towels and clothes!) The room was nice, safe and mini bar fridge all available. Good shower - and for outdoor 38 degrees heat a perfectly working Air Con!! That's a real bonus! The Food (Breakfast was an enough wide selection) and the Dinner (mixed à la carte & sushi) must be stated was amazingly nice cooked, real top quality chef! if you like to dine out or eat in the evenings out just a 10-minute walk is the Ancaran Townsquare with a handful of nice Bars, Italian, Local Speciality Restaurant and so on. ＞All one needs! But the best ist still straight down from the hotel, the small bar on the beach! - So! - most over all I like to mention the feeling being a few days away from home in this place made us really relaxed and the best of the hotel is the people who work there!! - from the welcome reception team to the bar & restaurant staff and the housekeepers - all were at every time friendly and engaged! Overall, the Owner or Manager of this Hotel should be happy to have exactly this team working there now! They are awesome people with a good sense of hospitality! I would try to keep them! From the hotel you can walk in 3-5 minutes to a nice calm, quiet beach with another nice Restaurant and Bar (directly overlooking the Bay of Ancaran, Koper and so on) which was a lovely scenery!). The water was crystal clean and perfect temperature, and each time coming back to the hotel felt simply nice. Having travelled over 100s of times and stayed in 2-5 star hotels all over - this is definitely a place to go back. You just have to know what you are looking for and what kind of entertainment one wants. If you choose wisely, and you look for a bit more quiet place and not overloaded with people - and good drinks, food etc... than this is your destination! Thank you Team Ortus for the great stay. Отличный резорт с прекрасной локацией и своим частным пляжем! Номер достаточно чистый. Завтрак - шведский стол с широким выбором. Парковка на территории, но может быть забита в пик сезона.

Posto strategico per visitare Trieste ed altre città, molto vicino alla Slovenia. Camere pulite , servizio ottimo e staff molto cortese e disponibile. Colazione varia ed abbondante e di qualità non mancava nulla. Garage con parcheggio gratuito. Anche se non dispone del ristorante il posto offre soluzioni di tutti i tipi nelle vicinanze anche a piedi. Piscina pulita grande e con diversi livelli anche idromassaggio, affaccia direttamente sul porto. Consiglio anche per famiglie con bambini.

Non ho mai trovato un hotel di cinque stelle così carente. Dopo la prima consumazione mini bar compresa ho ordinato dell’acqua mai fornita.Servizio in camera inesistente. Collazione a buffet variabile ma con tre macchine di caffè e cappuccino sempre guaste e coda per avere il servizio.Cena sempre a buffet con tovaglioli di carta e senza tovaglia. Pietanze molto frequentemente senza gusto. Consiglio togliere almeno due stelle almeno si evitano delusione nelle aspettative a partire dalla reception.

In sintesi: piuttosto spendi più soldi e prendi il Kempinski della porta accanto. Questo hotel ”Lifeclass” è una gloria sbiadita. Le foto fornite per ”Camera doppia standard con vista mare” non sono realistiche. Ho pagato più di 330 USD per una vecchia camera d'albergo logora! La vista sul mare era una vista su una vecchia terrazza della piscina... La situazione dei parcheggi è come già descritta. Citazione della reception: ”abbiamo un parcheggio in hotel, per trovare uno spazio libero, buona fortuna”. Positivo: le Terme sembrano belle e rinnovate dall'esterno e la colazione era buona.

Tutto è stato fantastico tranne che per un paio di aspetti negativi. Parcheggio a pagamento (5 euro al giorno per strada in un paio di minuti a piedi o 15 in metropolitana), in qualche modo non si aspettava che dei soldi sarebbero stati presi per il parcheggio. Cuscini e coperte potrebbero anche essere ottenuti in qualità, altrimenti è in qualche modo poco dignitoso per 5 *. Bene, come commento: a Capodistria non esiste una classica prima linea di spiaggia. Sì, e non ci sono spiagge classiche, è stata una piccola sorpresa per noi, ma l'hotel ha una piscina con acqua di mare, e puoi anche guidare fino alla vicina Pirano, dove c'è una micro-spiaggia di pietra.

L'hotel ci è piaciuto molto, è un hotel con poche stanze, quella classica è di discrete dimensioni, ma tutto è molto pulito e arredato con ottimo gusto, molto classico, il bagno era piccolo, aveva la doccia, ma aveva tutto e tutto era in perfette condizioni. A colazione non sapevamo che i piatti caldi si dovessero ordinare, non era indicato e non ce lo offrivano neanche a noi, ma vedendo altri clienti ordinarlo lo abbiamo fatto anche noi, solo che era tutto molto corretto e anche l'attenzione dei dipendenti.

La posizione della struttura è eccellente, a 2 min dalla stazione dei treni e 10 min dal centro città! Le stanze non sono all'ultimo grido, ma dignitose e con i minimi comfort soddisfatti. L'unica pecca, a mio avviso, è il materasso che l'ho trovato, personalmente, un po' troppo basso e morbido (considerazione soggettiva)! Personale della reception molto cortese e disponibile! Sicuramente ci ritorneremo 😁👌
