Except the fact that parking is very limited and i took a fine, all was good. We have stayed in App 10 and the water was coming cold. We asked reception and was informed that under the sink in the bathroom there is a boiler that has a cold/hot water switch. Reception explained this but did not take the initiative to do it themselves. As a Best Western member I was expecting a little more involvement from the staff. MAGDALENA the receptionist was the only one who took the service of receptionist to the best level. Wish you the best in all activities

Modern, comfortable hotel with very helpful and friendly staff.
Good location about 20 minute walk from the main station, close to the old town with it's wonderful squares and bars and close to the new shopping centres.

Das war meine erste Hotelreise, die ich alleine gemacht habe und ich habe es nicht betreut. Im Gegenteil, ich empfehle dieses Hotel sehr gerne weiter. Es war ein durch und durch angenehmer Aufenthalt mit einem tollen Zimmer und so liebem und hilfsbereitem Personal. Da habe ich mich sehr wohl gefühlt! Ich kann das jedem nur empfehlen und komme gerne wieder :)

Ich war mit dem Hotel sehr zufrieden. Da ich nur 2 Übernachtungen hatte wurde das Zimmer zwar nicht gereinigt jedoch war das auch nicht nötig.

direkt im Zentrum gelegen, sehr freundliches hilfsbereites Personal, sehr sauberes Hotel, Hotel ist direkt mit Tiefgaragenstellplatz verfügbar, Haltestellen für öffentliche Verkehrsmittel wie Bus und Tram direkt vorm Hotel

Schönes Hotel in zentraler Lage im Zentrum von Braunschweig. Freundlicher Service am Empfang, modern und zweckmäßig eingerichtete Zimmer mit ausreichend Platz, Tiefgaragenparkplätze im Hinterhof können zusätzlich gebucht werden.
