Numa Konaktepe Hotel - All Inclusive

We’ve been back a week and missing the sunshine. Reading other reviews I was a little nervous but I have to say from the cleaners to reception and all the staff we loved our week they were all friendly and approachable. Pizza guy down at the beach pool could be a bit rude but the pizzas were good. On the whole we had a great time making memories with our family. Photographer was good too. Thank you

The entertainment team are awesome, the drinks are amazing, hotel and rooms are clean, pool is clean and fresh. Lots of shops near by. Darts and waterpolo are fab, bar is great, ocean is clean and clear, very happy would recommend this hotel, great for families. Shout out to dogus (staff member) top man

Numa Konaktepe I visited this hotel with my partner and our 2 year old 25th Sept - 5th Oct. We had a fantastic time! Our room was on the 6th floor facing the neighbouring school which we found great as had lovely sea views and mountain views. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean with a brilliant air conditioning unit. The cleaners are absolutely fantastic, and did little personal touches such as tucking my little boys cuddly toys in the covers when making his cot bed up, every day when he seen this he was so excited! Also made sure there was lots of tea and coffee available etc. Room was spotlessly cleaned every day with fresh towels, great service by our fabulous cleaner Duru! Thank you for everything! The restaurant was large with indoor and outdoor seating, staff very helpful and friendly- especially Melek who was such a brilliant personality and very friendly and chatty! Chefs are great, brilliant selection of food - meats, cheeses, salads and fruits for example - and lots of it. Turkish night on Thursdays is fantastic, beautiful grilled vegetables, massive meat selection and authentic traditional dishes, we found this evening particularly outstanding. Breakfast always had freshly made pancakes which was a massive hit for all the kids! There are 5 pools on the complex, of which one was adults only which was super peaceful and chilled with its own bar area serving wine etc. Other pools kid friendly, 2 of the pools are down at the beach area. The beach area is a 10 minute walk, we found it absolutely no trouble at all, and that was pushing a buggy and carrying lots of toys for our little one! There's also a shuttle bus which runs to and from the hotel but honestly we didn't feel the need to use it. The beach is situated over a busy main road but there is a private and well lit underpass which leads you to the beach road - the underpass we found to be safe and clean, and is guarded by hotel security. The beach area is beautiful. 2 pools, and lunch served daily, free as part of all inclusive, fresh pizzas made in a pizza oven - fresh and gorgeous! We did not get the name of the bar man at the beach bar, but wishing we did as he was fabulous at his job! Efficient, friendly and helpful! Private beach area lovely, would recommend spending time at the beach area. All Inclusive brilliant, soft drinks and selected alcohol free from 10am running all day. The main pool had a little food hut which provided free chips and chicken nuggets etc, absolute hit with our toddler! It was impossible to go hungry as they also had a large selection of free cakes and a couple of brands of ice cream each day. Entertainment team are good fun, they really try to get everyone involved - daily darts and water aerobics etc! The kids disco is also good, my 2 year old had an absolute ball every night! Ok where to start!! The hotel room was ok to be honest! Big enough for 2 adults and 2 children although the only wardrobe was in the kids room! The windows don’t seal properly so the noise of the big noisy road was very easily heard, add the entertainment on until 11 each night it’s hard to get tired kids to sleep around 9/10 when they start to flake! The entertainment staff were fabulous to be fair. We were on the 5th floor looking out over the pool and road which was lovely but noisy. Now the major issue for us was my daughter (5) is egg and dairy allergy and the food choice for her was little to none! They don’t understand and don’t realise how bad it could be with allergies! Their allergy cards show info on foods but chefs say it’s safe when cards do not and vice versa! And we found out on day 5 that even the bread had egg and milk in!! We had daily tears and meal time became a nightmare! Guest services helped by getting oat milk to be fair but even with that she had little choice through the day and often had rice tomato’s and cucumber as a meal as that’s all we knew for certain was safe! The beach is not sandy it’s stones and it’s a 10/15 min walk away from the hotel (not close as it seems in pictures! No problem for most but when you have a heart condition it’s not a nice walk! Would I stay again definitely not but would I tell others to go maybe yes but only if kids don’t have allergies! By shared bus it’s a 2&1/2 hour trek from the airport, add that to the 4&1/2 hour flight it seemed forever to get there! With the right people this could be a really good hotel but they need to improve and maybe employ an English speaking chef or receptionist so you can actually know what’s going on! Disappointed that our 1st holiday as a family was poor by simple things to fix.

The beach is so clean and every time have a food.Bar has many different alcohol,fruit juice and cocktails.They are prepare different foods every day at the restaurant.Entertainment team is very lovely and funny people.Everyday different show and all the time have excited activities.Especially bocce game is so funny and amazing.It is so suitable hotel for the family.We had fun so much.Definetely we can offer all of the people..

I've enjoyed my holiday this year the hotel is great the entainers are fun when they get to no you the only downfall about this hotel is there's nothing really around like pubs restaurants as the food was average mainly the same thing every other day the end of week party is amazing and the entainers make sure they get everyone involved the beach pool is fantastic nd brillant that you can get food and drinks there included in your hotel all inclusive as no other hotel does this
