(It didn't allowed me to attach video so I added some pictures only) We have never been so tired (both mentally an physically) and so frustrated, disappointed and angry after our holidays. Never! Now we know that our choice of the MC Arancia Hotel it was a COLOSAL MISTAKE!!! We never spent our money for such awfully dirty, loathsome, sluttish hotel. Wasted Money! Wasted Time! This hotel maybe had 5 stars but probably over thirty years ago! In our opinion, at the moment, it is even not 3. If we only knew that the MC Arancia Hotel is a gloomy, dirty and stinking hole we would never buy that holidays. The swimming pools, garden, outdoor canteen and beach WERE GOOD and CLEAN but it is not enough to rate the hotel 5 stars, especially for that stench, dirt and mess around; awful rooms with horrible dirty bathrooms; dirty canteen where you can lose your appetite; for that bad quality food served for people; for rude workers at the reception (not all of them, but most). This time, like never before, we decided to book 10 nights! We came back tired and frustrated! That’s fraud! With a broken heart I wonder who we sponsored as these holidays were not worth the money we paid. There is no question of ordinary rest or ordinary holidays here. There is frustration, tiredness and helplessness after and it is the reason why we decided to place a complaint and apply for a refund of the costs of our pseudo-holidays as in our opinion, the conditions of our holidays included in the contract and description were not met. The first impression after entering the MC Arancia hotel - a dirty, stinky nightmare. Our room was very similar – awful smell; awfully dirty bathroom; used and accidentally placed scrap furniture. We had a dirty armchair with a huge burnt hole (approximately 5cm) on the middle of it. After our first night we asked or holiday assistant of a possibility to change the hotel as MC Arancia is too dirty, too noisy and too stinky for us. He said that it might take 3 to 4 days and they will not give us guarantee that the other hotel will be better. Sadly, we decided to stay in as we didn’t want to waste our holidays by waiting in uncertainty and generating more stress. They promised to give us a better room instead but it turned out impossible at that time. For the first four nights we were unable to go to sleep before 3am because our room was situated over the bar (with alcohol, opened every day up to 2am), next to the lobby. The lobby is situated in the huge hall, 6 levels high, which increased (echo) screams and all the noise from bar as well as a cacophony of piano strumming, which was available to everyone, even for those who even don’t have a clue about that instrument and music. As soon as the bar was closed the cleaning crew started its job for next hour with not respecting silence at night, shuffling stools and with all that noise linked to their job.
