Golden Sun Hotel - Mangden

I stayed for 3 nights in May 2025 in an Executive Deluxe room Pros: -Receptionists are friendly -Hotel has umbrellas for guests to use and bring back -Bed was comfortable -Black out curtains -Has a heated pool but i don't know how often it gets cleaned -Shower was separate to the toilet -Two bathroom sinks with lots of room to put your things on the sides -Hairdryer provided -Lots of chairs in the room -Wifi was fast, mobile speed tested at ~71.6mbps download and ~49.3mbps upload -Breakfast was both buffet and a la carte options depending on the day. Decent enough selection with mainly Vietnamese breakfast options but also bread and salads and eggs etc. -There are a couple of dining options within walking distance of the hotel but there are more options in town which is a 5 minute motorbike ride away. Cons: -The hot water in the shower was a little unstable after 10 minutes. Turns less warm then back to warm and then not so warm etc in cycles. -The do not disturb sign button in the room was not working so you had no way of communicating to the cleaning staff not to knock on your door in the morning. Overall rating: 9.0/10 or 4.5/5

The hotel is beautiful, with luxurious and convenient interior design. It's right across from Lam Vien Square, so I prioritized choosing this hotel because it's very convenient. Another plus point is that I found the buffet here quite appealing with a variety of dishes. Especially, the beef and chicken pho suited my taste very well. They also offer duck legs, which I haven't seen at other hotels I've stayed at. I rate the quality 5 stars and will return if I have the opportunity

The architecture and interior design of the hotel is insanely beautiful with incredible attention to detail and as soon as you walk into the reception area you will feel like you're in a different world... there's no better place to escape reality than the Golden Boutique Hotel Mang Den! But everything is topped by the outstanding service. Every member of staff went out of there way to make my stay unforgettable. It was the most personal service I've ever experienced. I will defintely come back.

During my recent business trip, I chose a highly recommended hotel known for its tranquil setting and convenient location. Overall, my experience was positive, though with a few exceptions. The serene atmosphere upon arrival provided a welcome escape from city life. The room boasted modern comforts and a unique design that added sophistication to my stay. High-quality amenities ensured luxury and comfort. Front desk staff, especially Grace and Lisa, set a warm tone. Their professionalism and assistance enhanced the experience. However, the culinary aspect disappointed me. As a fan of Vietnamese cuisine, I found the food lacked authenticity and vibrancy, a letdown for a hotel stay.

Khách sạn có thiết kế đẹp, sạch sẽ, phục vụ nhiệt tình, nhiều góc sống ảo.Nhân viên rất nhiệt tình, dễ thương và chu đáo, luôn hỗ trợ hết mình trong mọi vấn đề được hỏi. Cây cối xanh mát, an ninh tốt. Mình ấn tượng với thiết kế ô trên mái, rất độc đáo.Mình đã có rất nhiều ảnh ở khách sạn.
