"Amazing staff - always kind and helpful. Food was wonderful and the best we had in Japan. The menu had around ten courses, each course with multiple small bowls and dips, beautifully arranged and served with love. The fish was very fresh and tasted amazing. We enjoyed using the onsen every day. Always clean, hot and soothing, they also offer a wide range of shampoo, conditioner and conditioner. No need to bring your own. The hotel itself (and the town) is a bit old unfortunately and although it is very clean, beds and rugs are older and might smell a bit. Other than that our stay was perfect."

"Il servizio è grande, proprio accanto alla stazione di raffreddamento, l'hotel può andare alla stazione di raffreddamento e cena. Sono soli, andare al ristorante per un buon tempo, guardare la scheda della stanza e sedersi. La colazione è grande, la cena è senza salto, la calda esterna è molto comoda, la posizione è buona, la calda esterna è anche buona, preferisco vivere fuori per due giorni consecutivi, Il mais ti aiuterà a ripulire. L'ascensore ha un camicia, si prende per misura. La cena è come un pasto di pietra, cibo fresco, particolarmente delizioso, e la cerimonia è piena."

"我一個女生帶娃從名古屋坐巴士過來的，除了下來的時候因為不熟悉路，跟Google地圖繞了大路到酒店花了7、8分鐘外（因為帶了個28寸+15寸拉桿箱，全程上下坡很多，又是在公路上走，感覺還是蠻危險吃力的，建議商家在下車的附近做個引導牌，走小路去酒店更安全更快些）別的都很完美：房間超級大！睡的很舒服！酒店離滑雪的地方很近（巴士車站其實也在這裏）服務員介紹我們走了一條即安全又快捷一條路（3分鐘不到）另外，酒店也提供購買滑雪地的纜車門票，很貼心，下次還會帶娃來！"
