It's a very hot location nearby market or tourist place like indian museum & victory palace. I like there services also they are very kind or behaviour is also nice.

Very cordial staff and clean rooms, the hotel staff is very polite and well behaved. They are eager to take into account your needs although the price of the hotel rooms are very affordable. I hope the prices stay like this. We had a lot of luggage so they helped us take our luggage downstairs and upstairs as the hotel is on the 2nd floor and there are no lifts. The area of the hotel is in central kolkata near esplanade society more and new market so all other spots in kolkata are equally reachable, including howrah station at 4 kms, metro as well as local and suburban bus stand. There are cheap and delicious food joints and shopping streets at a walking distance. The area around the hotel is slightly shady so i would suggest women to not travel alone if that is a concern, although the hotel itself is pretty safe and decent. I would suggest the hotel to have a common refrigerator to keep food, water or drinks temporarily.

The room seemed clean but it was totally unhygienic. The bed sheets given were used and dirty, the room was stinking and with full of dust that i got allergy.

Very worst hotel please remove this kind of hotel from your list they are very bad person
my brother my uncle aunty are senior citizens they have given very late checkinn waited us 2 hours in reception language is very rude i personally request please remove this kind of hotel
