No security at all .. whole night is like a hell .. some one is trying to open the door at 2am and ringing the bell continuously… landline is not working.. staf behaviour is very rude .. when we complained them they are telling to us why you are telling to us tell them who are trying to open the door .. the hotel staff are denying to take responsibility..

Room was average, wifi doesn’t work at all, and hygiene needs to be improved. Also, not happy with make my trip pathetic service faced issues using mmt recently. Check my history hotel denied. Mm t says hotel says something and hotel did not have room available. Please update your process more accurate.

I stay at hotel Dec.4th to 6th for a marriage function. The hotel has no parking space. It kept us waiting for 40 minutes for room. It is a bhul bhulaiya hotel, you can't locate your room easily. The linen was not fresh and one matress was settled. Even glasses were not provided for drinking water. The host was busy in daughter's marriage, manager asked him to vacate some guest rooms by 10am, whereas check out time was 12' O clock. His behaviour was rude. For the sake of my host, I vacate room and shifted to other Hotel. I didn't expect such attitude from hotel's person.
