Had a very comfortable stay at the north star hotel in kolkata. The location is incredibly convenient, making it easy to explore the city. The staff were exceptionally polite and always ready to assist, which made my experience even better. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a pleasant and welcoming stay.

We checked in to north star hotel, check in was smooth and staffs are very welcoming. They upgraded the room and the room was very clean

Hotel stay is just like 5 star. Food are very good. Will come again in this hotel. Staff behiviour was familiar and supportive. Room very clean and i am 100% satisfied

Pleasant homely and friendly atmosphere. Staff is knowledgeable and greets you with a smile. Super clean and luxurious setting. They do have a designated smoking zone and rooms smell so good. Mr deepak was such a kind and friendly person who checked me in. Recommended stay for family
