Peerless Inn is a dirty and unkept hotel that is not up to international standards. The pictures are from opening day perhaps and does not reflect the reality. With the saving grace of a particular receptionist everything else was a disaster. The dusty rooms from the “new” addition building was not an upgrade. Please reconsider to the JW Marriott or Royal Bengal

場所的に悪かったのと、あまり清潔感は感じられなかった。次回の宿泊はちょっと考えたいと思う。レストランの夕食でもアラカルトメニューが選べなかったのもマイナス点。

Ci siamo fermati qualche giorno a Kolkata e abbiamo provato questo hotel...sinceramente la hall ti dà grandi aspettative ...ma le camere sono alquanto deludenti. Abbiamo provato la Suite in quanto la standard sembrava piccola e alquanto datata...ma siamo rimasti delusi. Camera vecchia, scarsa pulizia, asciugamani consumati, aria condizionata ma funzionante e kit di cortesia miseri...nessuna cura dei dettagli per essere un 4 stelle... Nota positiva la colazione e la cena a buffet...con piatti locali ...ben presentati e buona qualità...personale del ristorante molto servizievole...comunque non ci tornerei...credo che per gli stessi soldi si possa trovare di meglio...

Ottimo Hotel in centro con uno staff gentilissimo, camere pulite, spaziose, bagno pulito ogni giorno, in particolare il ristorante ha sia cucina indiana speziata che internazionale poco speziata, lì potete incontrare una persona speciale Mr Sankhadeep Sen, restaurant manager, al quale ho fatto personali richieste per cena e che gentilmente e professionalmente mi ha sempre accontentato in ogni richiesta, affidatevi ai suoi consigli e non sbaglierete cibi e drink, ancora lo ringrazio. Hotel e ristorante davvero consigliatissimi. DZ from Italy.

Hotel situato in ottima posizione, a fianco al gran mercato di Calcutta. Camere spaziose e molto pulite, dotate di frigobar e dei prodotti per il bagno. Ottima la scelta per la colazione e per la cena. Personale gentilissimo.

Rooms well maintained and housekeeping also very prompt. Got our rooms upgraded to club suit for nominal price as well And mentioning additionally about the food which was really good . Would recommend everyone to come to peerless due it's excellent hospitality and affordable price

My stay in Peerless Inn Kolkata was a good experience. Hotel is in City area safe, neat and clean. Hospitality is good. Conduct of staff is polite. Food quality is satisfactory. They are upgrading hotel with new things. Air-conditioning needs to be upgraded. Overall it was a good stay.

Good hotel to stay and nice staffs and over all great experience. Suit category was excellent. They got a descent meeting rooms and restaurant avalaibale for biz meetings as well. Over all one can certainly explore this place for biz as well as for family stay

The Peerless hotel in Kolkata holds a name in hospitality and the signature restaurant it has named Aaheli . Starting from Front Office department to House Keeping department, every department is unic in it's own self. Hotel decor in the lobby area and the smooth check in and check out all adds up to the finest services rendered. Restaurant in the first floor is really nice. Breakfast at Oceanic is superfine, Aaheli foods are itself very good. Most interestingly rooms were clean and well maintained. I enjoyed doing jogging in the ninth floor at our gym. I really enjoyed staying here and wish to come here again
