Good stay for a solo traveler but not for the family. However the hotel is located at a very accessible location and the amenities are also good but the room size is not that great.

Staff is amazing, very polite and professional. Always try to help as possible as much. Very neat and clean property at a very good location. Recommended property. This is the second time i stayed at this hotel and very much satisfied. Thank you q-inn

Property is well maintained and staff behaves very politely. Recommended place. Food is average. Location is very near to market.

It's in good location near sealdah station and got this hotel information from makemytrip, services are good and i don't know their are many bad reviews in reviews section of this hotel but i didn't find any bad behaviour or service issue, staff's are helpful and responsive. I'm satisfied with their services. Only drawback is hotel food rates are very expensive.

After booking when we reach there we are told that there is no room available and asked us to cancel the booking. Then later they managed to give a non ac room and committed that they will shift us in ac room within an hour. So we adjusted in that. But it took almost 3 hrs for them to provide an ac room. So this is very disappointing service from both make my trip and from q inn hotel. Please make sure that this won't happen any more.
