We didn't stay there, however went in for breakfast buffet. Very attentive staff, security staff approached us the moment we pulled over also acknowledged us on our way out.Restaurant staff were attentive,didn't get their names.Nice ambience at the al fresco seating. Value for money breakfast. Only minor feedback is about water glass, which had kind of an odour. Rest all good.

For temple visit we have visited kolhapur on 19th. Very nice experience during check in which was very smooth and professional. Rooms are good spacious and well maintained.

The most overpriced unwholesome experience avoid at all costs! We walk in tired and the so called front office person tries to charge us 5800 + gst while his colleague has actually confirmed 5200 + gst at this point when we give him his colleagues name he adds the final amount on the card machine and presents it to me. He gives us a room and ask us to depart prior to 10 am this while being aware that we are here on a religious trip I am with senior citizens one of whom is limping , the entire modus is of trying to squeeze a penny. We enter the room and a very nice bell boy gets us all the missing toiletries and water. We tell him the air conditioning is non functional this is at 11 30 pm he asks us to wait for 20 minutes. At 1 am when we call the front office the same *** who checked us in says I am sending a technician to check and lo and behold the technician is this young multipurpose bell boy. It’s like I’m in grand Budapest based in Kolhapur the characters are straight out of Wes Anderson barring us enduring the whole sham. Save your money and stay at any other property! PS : this is our last trip after 5 previous trips in 2 years.

Overall hotel is good. Little expensive. We had called the reception to check on ac as same was not working properly. However no one came to check the same. When we wanted to order from their restaurant, the number was busy so we called reception. The receptionist said he can't do anything for it. No courtesy of saying ”let me help you” or ”can you try again, i will speak at the restaurant. No empathy for the customers.

Stayed a night with family and friends and booked 3 rooms here. The second time I was visiting in atharv. Located on main road, narrow road approach but no issue of parking as they have underground parking. Rooms are less spacious but very neat and clean ***** with the other washroom. Linens were neat. Breakfast spread is very limited but good with taste. I also had a dinner there. Satisfied with the quality and taste of food Overall a good stay, small cozy hotel.

The hotel is located right across the railway station and at the main road which is a positive factor ***** with ample parking space in the basement. The staff is friendly and the complimentary breakfast is good. The only thing the hotel can improve on is the aesthetics, the entire property feels a little old. Overall a great experience

L'hotel Silver Oak si trova a Bindu chowk, proprio al di là del college di commercio. Essere su strada occupata è molto difficile ottenere un parcheggio. Ci siamo arrivati all'hotel a 12:25 e il processo di check-in ha preso 15 minuti mentre le camere sono pronte. Le camere sono pulite ma molto piccole e anche la zona di bagno è anche molto configurata. Era piovendo tutto il giorno e si aspettavano acqua calda, ma non c'è possibilità che acqua calda. Non c'è una ventilazione adeguata nelle camere. Il servizio è medio, perché non c'è personale addestrato e non si può aspettare più. Il ristorante dispone di cibo nord-indiano e punjabi, ma il gusto è medio e richiede un sacco di miglioramento. Abbiamo ordinato harabara kabab che è fuori gusto e Veg Kolhapuri è troppo spezia. Nel momento della prenotazione telefonica hanno confermato che il colazione complimentare è disponibile, ma più tardi hanno servito Ala kata con menu limitato. L'area di lobby è troppo piccola. L'unica vantaggio di questo hotel è che è a 10 minuti a piedi dal tempio di Shri Mahalaxmi. Ci sono molti hotel disponibili vicino al tempio. I turisti generali possono ottenere migliori opzioni con lo stesso bilancio.

A very nice budget hotel with all the basic amenities one needs. It's main highlight is the proximity to the temple, at a distance of only about 200-250 m. However, it's just conveniently located to avoid the very crowded street just outside the temple. One can walk down in about 10 mins to the temple. Our biggest decision factor to select this hotel was exactly that. We had our car which we dint want to park in cramped areas near the temple, so leaving it in a parking at the hotel we were staying in was our option. The rooms and the property are well maintained and for an 8 year old hotel look decently new. The ambience is also good. Only downside is absence of a restaurant on the premises. The staff told us that while there was a restaurant functional before COVID (you will still see a mention of the restaurant on the hotel board), it hasn't reopened since the lockdown. The restaurants around the hotel are very small and offer typically local Maharashtrian fare which may not be suitable for all. The reception and staff however are very cooperative in getting food from the surrounding restaurants to your room if you so desire. We managed to order breakfast on both days of our stay there (idlis and poha ***** with tea and chocolate milk for the kids) which was nicely delivered to our room. However for dinner, we had to travel to the newer city areas which are a good 4-5 km away. Without our car, we would have struggled. All in all, a very comfortable stay, sans for the food part which if can be managed like the way we did, this hotel is a very convenient and practical option for staying near the temple.

I visited Mahalaxmi Mandir, Rankala Lake, New Palace, etc all the places are nearby hotel Very helpful staff, they also have a restaurant available and serve very good food. Room amenities are good. The washroom was the cleanest. I would suggest this place for your stay.”
