A cozy semi-detached apartment in an excellent location in the village of Ylläsjärvi, in the quiet and natural area of Palovaara. This atmospheric planed log semi-detached house (built in 1987) offers a pleasant setting for vacations both in winter and summer.
The apartment has a practical and cozy kitchen (renovated in 2020). There are two bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with two separate beds - perfect for, for example, a small family or two couples. The sauna offers relaxing soaks at the end of the day's outdoor activities, and you also have access to a washroom, a separate toilet, a terrace and outdoor storage.
The apartment has Wi-Fi, and the needs of families with children are taken into account with a high chair.
This apartment is suitable for those looking for a quiet but active holiday - come and enjoy Ylläs' unique nature and comfortable accommodation. A lighted ski trail runs only about 500 meters away, and the hiking and mountain biking trails that pass through the area entice you to explore the nature of the fells. The nearest hotel, Ylläsrinne, offers additional services right next door.
The distance from Rovaniemi is about 165 km, so it is easy to reach with your own car or public transport - it is a short drive from Kolar train station and Kittilä airport.
The upstairs loft is not used for accommodation due to the lack of emergency exits.
Pets are not allowed in the apartment.
Final cleaning is always included in the price, and linen can be rented separately.
