the stay was unpleasant. 1. no amenities
2. room was not clean
3. bedsheets were dirty

Good stay. Service good but no generator service in absence of electricity. No tea bags etc in room. There is scope for improvement in the bathroom

With so costly room no meals included, no tea bags in room, no disposable sandals. Not recommend at all.

Worst hotel ever visited. The ladies over the counter have no decency to interact with the clients. This hotel can knock off ur booking despite reconfirmation for the sake of bigger bookings and leave u nowhere to go. The booking was done thru GOibibo and was reconfirmed but they knocked off without information for other group bookings.

It is the worst hotel and the most irresponsible one I have encountered in 21 years of travel experience. I had a booking confirmation here, through my travel agent, paid fully, and when I arrived there at the hotel reception desk, the hotel refused to acknowledge the booking. The three ladies at the reception desk were extremely rude and nasty in their behaviour and attitude. I was travelling with my daughter, and we had no other place to stay, late in the evening. They refused to offer any kinds of help, also. Finally my travel agent made an alternate arrangement for us. Therefore, be extremely careful while booking Japfu hotel, Kohima. Will NEVER recommend this nasty hotel for anyone. -Chandan Mishra Dwivedi

I hv taken all the meals from room service. Quantity & test i found were very very good.
