Hotel in zona Sairee Beach, Ko Tao

Nice. I recently stayed at a beachfront hotel and had a wonderful experience. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, offering a stunning view of the ocean right from the balcony. The decor was modern and comfortable, providing a relaxing atmosphere. The hotel staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring that all our needs were met. The location was perfect, just steps away from the beach, making it easy to enjoy the sun and surf. The amenities, including free Wi-Fi and a beachside bar, added to the overall enjoyment. I highly recommend this hotel for a peaceful seaside retreat.

La nostra camera era molto pulita, la doccia era un po' gessosa sulle piastrelle, quindi è stato detratto un punto per la pulizia. Hai una TV con smart TV e Netflix :) Il personale è stato molto gentile e abbiamo anche ricevuto un piccolo souvenir quando siamo partiti:) Verrei di nuovo

I stayed at their hostel room only because there was no other option as the island was fully booked. Pools looked nice, the breakfast view was fantastic, staff were nice. The dorm situation was just uncomfortable, as there was zero privacy. The shower/toilet was very tiny. The blanket they give at check-in was very weird and without a sheet, but very clean.

The location is ok, it's not far from the beach, but far enough away from the bars to reduce that particular noise at night. However, it is near a significant amount of construction, and on the main street, so it gets quite loud. The walls are also very thin, so you heard all the noise of your neighbors, every door slamming in the hallway, and everyone noisily going to/leaving their rooms. The rooms without AC are almost unbearable... It was so hot and miserable, and only has one tiny ceiling fan (which you aren't able to control the direction of), that we decided to change accomodation after one night. Luckily, we were able to find a similar accomodation, right on the beach, with AC, for half the price. The staff were very friendly/helpful (probably the best aspect about the hotel), and the property is well taken care of). However, overall it just wasn't worth the price, especially given that we switched to something better, while also paying half as much. If it's the only or the cheapest option available, and you don't mind noise, and can get an AC room, then it's fine. But personally, there are better places for the price.

Abbiamo adorato la diversità delle scelte delle camere, ma tutti hanno potuto utilizzare i servizi, la piscina e la posizione sulla spiaggia, il bar della piscina era fantastico e alcune ville sono nuove di zecca! Il check-in è stato un processo lungo ma era occupato, il personale è fantastico! Ci hanno anche permesso di rimanere un po' più a lungo per goderci la piscina mentre aspettavamo il nostro traghetto.

My family and I spent a week at Tarna Resort and had a great experience. Pros: 1. Scuba Diving: One of the standout features of Tarna is the on-site scuba diving instructors. Johnny and his team are professional, patient, and knowledgeable. 2. Friendly Staff: The team is warm and helpful. 3. Clean Rooms: Comfortable and tidy accommodations. 4. Great Breakfast: Simple but delicious options to start the day. 5. Good Location: Within walking distance to many restaurants. About 10-15 minute walk from the beach. Cons: 1. Steep Hill: The resort is on a hill, making the walk back a bit tough, though scooters are available for rent directly at the hotel. 2. Stairs: Might be challenging for families with young children. 3. Early Restaurant Hours: The on-site dining closes early, but there are nearby options. 4. Water Pressure: Not the best; showers could be hotter. Overall, our stay at the Tarna was enjoyable and the positives certainly outweighed the negatives.

Hotel was gorgeous. Pool was right on the beach with a pool bar. Hotel room was clean and spacious. Location is perfect right in the centre close to shops and restaurants. Only downside is it was a bit noisy at night.

Great location with lots of clubs and restaurants near by and the room was perfect for what you need, only one thing to keep in mind you will hear the music from the clubs till late and you can hear the chairs moving about from the restaurant upstairs but apart from that a good place to stay.

Ban's è uno dei centri immersioni più grandi di Tao. Avevamo una camera standard con aria condizionata. Tutto ha funzionato molto bene, il rifacimento della stanza era quotidiano, se necessario. L'hotel dispone di numerose piscine, ma le piscine giornaliere sono riservate ai subacquei. Ci sono lavanderia (1 kg/50 baht), ristorante, centro immersioni, noleggio moto, negozi Ban e tutto il necessario per una vacanza subacquea. La zona dell'hotel è ENORME, quindi preparati a camminare se la tua camera è in collina. A circa 15 minuti a piedi dal porto.

this hotel isn't worth its price. if you want something comfortable, pick something else. the good: it is family run so the staff is helpful (late checkout), they speak a bit of english. The room is clean and overall it's acceptable. the bad: - i felt a total lack of security. The checkin is at the ground floor, then the rooms start from 1 to 4 floor. all floors are accessible by a staircase which is directly accessible to anyone from the main road. Basically there is no garden/private area, the checkin office and the staircase are simply on the road. There is no staff after 8pm and the hotel is situated a little in the back of the town. So basically anyone can walk up the stairs. Then the door locker is really bad, there is no second security lock (which most hotels have) so this is innaceptable due to the fact that the room door is basically accessible to anyone from outside. - the shower isn't great, the water is hot all day long (by sun) so no way to take a fresh shower at day. at night or early morning, the water is cold (or have to wait at least 5min to drain the water out) - the hotel is pretty basic. for the same price you can have a swimming pool in another hotel..
