Bell'hotel nel centro di Chaweng. È facile raggiungere i ristoranti, i caffè e gli altri stabilimenti più vicini. Le camere sono vecchie ma pulite. Il personale è molto cordiale

La spa dell'hotel è più economica e migliore di quelle sulla strada fuori, cosa che non mi aspettavo. L'impiegato ha un atteggiamento gentile e una bocca dolce. Ci sono molti gatti randagi nel giardino dell'hotel e ogni tanto litigano, ma non mi dispiace guardare l'eccitazione e godermelo.

Il personale dell'hotel ha un'ottima attitudine al servizio ed è educato. Il posto è pulito e la posizione è comoda.

Resort molto bello in una parte perfetta della spiaggia. La camera era spaziosa e la colazione era ok.

Baan Chaweng Beach Resort & Spa is a white sand slice of heaven. It’s staff is beyond friendly and extremely hardworking, it’s on-site restaurant is delicious and has a varied menu, the rooms are clean and comfortable, the beach is idyllic (and maintained daily), Rachavadee Spa is relaxing and professional, and the front desk and room service are eager to assist in want of any need. If your desire is to stay on the busier side (the east side) of Koh Samui, close to beachside restaurants and bars, this is the perfect place to be.

Strutture e attrezzature sono troppo vecchie! Ristrutturare in stile tailandese non costa molto, non so perché. Il telecomando nella foto può rappresentare molte cose. La posizione è buona e l'atteggiamento del personale è buono, ma ogni servizio in Tailandia è passabile

We booked to stay here for our Honeymoon and we were quite upset on our first night and again towards the end of the stay. Our room was upstairs at the back of the resort above the staff quarters of the next resort and two down from a large nightclub. The room itself was basic and the first night the noise was very loud until around 2AM. We had our 1 year old with us and despite this and it being our honeymoon the bed was twins pushed together. This room was the ‘Deluxe’ it was not the cheapest room they have. We were considering just leaving the resort. Instead we upgraded the room but this wasn’t complimentary we paid the difference. The new room was the top Villa at the resort and whilst the room was considerably nicer (though still a noticeable step down from the equivalent room at another resort on the island where we had just married) it was still loud until 11PM most nights due to beach shows and staff. This room wasn’t available for our full stay so we were made to move again and they again put us in a twin. On both change days we lost the days as we effectively had to check out and hang around until check in. Having waited all day we then had to wait for the room to be adjusted to a ‘double’. We’re quite awkward so tend not to complain and just got on with enjoying our holiday but we were disappointed with all the rooms and don’t consider any price point to be good value for money compared to other resorts on Koh Samui. On the whole the main staff were brilliant - I extend that to the bar and restaurant team, chauffeurs and cleaners. They would always try to do their utmost for us and were so kind and thoughtful around our 1 year old. However the reception staff were poor. They weren’t particularly communicative or welcoming and when we spoke to them about the rooms rather than offering solutions they chose to argue against us. We didn’t go in shouting or moaning we simply said what we wanted changing and asked how to do this and that we would pay for the upgrade. Nothing was complimentary at any point so to be told we were wrong was poor customer service. Nothing we said was wrong they made us wait on the change days rather than preparing rooms, they gave us twins when asked for doubles, they hadn’t set the cot up and the room was loud and basic - it was communicated calmly and we were responded to in a way that indicates the resort gets a lot of complaints and blames the customer rather than themself. I was a little put out that they never did anything for our honeymoon either. There was a towel swan on the bed but none of the staff got told it was our honeymoon they never knew, any kind of personal touch would of made a big difference (we had informed the resort on booking). The big plus of the resort is the location. It backs onto a beautiful sandy beach with a beautiful calm sea. On the other side is the main Chaweng ***** with many bars and restaurants.
