Abbiamo soggiornato con 2 coppie di amici al Coconut dal 7 al 14 febbraio. Ha parecchi lati positivi e pochi negativi, ma considerato il rapporto qualità prezzo ci sta. Il bungalow nel quale eravamo, situato nel giardino tropicale, è molto ampio e con una splendida veranda. La pulizia giornaliera molto accurata, anche se le camere piuttosto datate avrebbero bisogno di un restyling ( sifone doccia rotto e anche se segnalato mai sostituito). La spiaggia è bellissima e lunghissima anche se il primo giorno, non so se per una mareggiata o per altri motivi, era sporchissima ( carta, plastica, corde alghe...di tutto) Dopo essercene lamentati in direzione, il giorno dopo e i seguenti ripulita di tutto punto. Lettini non molti, quindi la solita corsa a chi primo arriva al mattino. Il mare bello ma sicuramente non il migliore dell'isola. La colazione senza infamia né lode, mentre il pranzo eccellente. Ristorante e bar molto puliti. Personale della reception disponibile, a parte una ragazza veramente indisponente. Tutto sommato basterebbe pochissimo per ottenere molto di più come giudizio.

Ottimo ristorante in spiaggia, staff veramente gentile e premuroso, birre a prezzi economici e food delizioso, raccomandato, si può mangiare direttamente sulla spiaggia, la migliore di lamai, veramente rilassante, provare x credere

The worst resort I have stayed at. The only pro is location and beach. The cons are to many to list, but I will point out some major ones. The beds are the worst I have slept on. The staff never smiled or even said hello and we were very polite and happy and said hello and just were ignored, the pool sucks, it's hotter than the air outside. The room door did not close all the way which allowed bugs and cokroaches to come into room. I can go on and on. And this was the the most expensive room they had. I normally do not write reviews but I wanted to express to others my experience and my advice is to choose wisely with this place and shop around. I understand it's a 3 star but buy a tent and sleep on the beach would be more better than this place.

Great location. We had a beachfront bungalow. Although a little small had everything you needed. Good shower although toilet seat was broke this was a minor thing. Bed large and comfortable and small fridge and dressing area. Cleaned everyday. Good location to bars and restaurants and lovely view of beach. Did not have breakfast so cannot comment. I would stay here again

The staff are very friendly and super helpful. The location is ideally situated both on the beach and on the main road in Lamai. The bungalow we had was very clean and cleaned every day. However the bungalow was in need of up dating as the shower had a mnd of its own the floor creecked loudly all the time and in the top roof corner of the room you could see the outside world. That said breakfast was good and the stay was okay.

Very clean resort and central location with good breakfast and affordable rooms. Only downside (just in my opinion) is the location on the beach- so not against the hotel at all, but if you are looking for a more relaxing/surf vibe, try staying further south around one love bar area. This area was extremely crowded, lots of trash, people nonstop pushing you to buy things. Otherwise, the hotel was great and the staff was extremely friendly.

It is my third time here and it will be my home in Lamai beach every time that I return to Koh Samui. I stayed in the Beachfront Bungalow and its just the best location right on the beach. The bungalow itself is pretty basic but comfortable for sure. Big queen bed, great A/C, small fridge, good sized bathroom & a nice shower once you get how it works. Massage on the beach is right there, bar & restaurant on the beach too & very reasonable prices. Everyone is very very friendly here. Reception are very helpful, house keeping are great, bar & restaurant staff amazing. As a full time world traveler, this place is great & I highly recommend it. I am already planning my next trip back.

Nice place to stay Lamai Coconut Beach Resort is recently renovated with 30 detached Beach & Garden Bungalows with private balconies and with a stunning sea view is situated on the sandy Lamai Beach.

Went to front desk to borrow 2 towels dor the beach, asked if this was a deposit and would get money back which was answered with yes. When we returned them i was handed a receipt saying it was not a deposit and was rent.
