5 night stay.
When we checked in we were given a room with air con that did not work. We complained and were given another room on the 5th floor. The room was spacious and had a great seat in the window with a pleasant view, sea and mountains in the distance. The wi-fi was so weak that we could not connect to it.
The hotel is generally well cleaned. The breakfast was ok. Most of the staff were good. The pool is good. Customers were smoking in non smoking area outside the lobby without be asked to stop.
Location is good, set back from Chaweng Beach Road, with a small road and convenience store behind, so not too noisy. 10 - 15 minute walk to Chaweng beach. Plenty of restaurants nearby.
The car park filled up every night, mainly with tour vans, I always managed to find a space for our car.

ต้องกลับมาพักที่นี้อีกเเน่นอน ห้องดี ใหม่ นอนสบาย สะอาด อยู่ใกล้หาด หาของกินง่ายมาก มาเเฉวงต้องมาพักที่นี่ ดีคับ ชอบทุกอน่างเลย มีสระน้ำให้เล่นด้วย😄😄

Мы жили в отеле 5 дней в начале октября 2023 года. Прекрасно провели здесь время. У нас был номер с балконом, просторный, чистый. Было все необходимое. Уборка проходила ежедневно. Завтраки - шведский стол. Ассортимент не очень большой, но поверьте всего достаточно. Раз в два дня меню немного обновлялось. Яйца, выпечка, мюсли, овощи, фрукты, горячие блюда, кофе, чай, соки - нам хватало! Персонал приветливый. Бассейн большой, но не глубокий (1,5 метра). Пляжные полотенца выдавали в баре бассейна (с 10 часов). Расположение отеля удачное - все рядом, пляж Чавенг, магазины, аптеки и т.д. Ночные тусовки недалеко, но спать нам совсем не мешали. Прекрасный городской отель за свои деньги, прекрасный остров Самуи, будем вспоминать с теплотой и любовью. Спасибо за отдых!

This hotel is our favorite lodging whenever we are in Koh Samui. It is located strategically in Caweng Beach area and easily accessable to eateries and attractions.

Прикольный отель, для 3х звёзд, на мой взгляд, лучшее соотношение цены и качества. Останавливались на 9 ночей семьёй и брали 2 комнаты, нам дали два рядом расположенных номера с внутренней дверкой между комнатами - очень удобно.
Завтрак разнообразный, есть тайские блюда и обычный европейский набор блюд, для детей вполне нормально. Питьевая вода включена 2 бутылки в сутки на комнату, пляжные полотенца бесплатные, до пляжа минут 10 пешком не спеша. В отеле можно взять в аренду байк и машину, цены на аренду не завышены. На территории отеля есть детская площадка, 2 бассейна, тренажерный зал. Бесплатный WiFi в отеле имеется, но на него не стоит рассчитывать - скорость низкая, проще местную сим-карту купить.

Hotel itself isn’t too bad, small gym, big pool, ok size room, bed wasn’t overly comfy.
Location is poor, it’s 20 minutes from all the good bars / restaurants, just short of a 10 min walk to the beach.
The staff were incredibly rude & unhelpful, they tried to keep our 500bhat deposit for our room key bcos apparently we didn’t pay, lol, we soon got that back :)
Staff made this review badder than it probably was but yeah, travellers, don’t stay here. Holiday for a family, maybe not so bad.
