La struttura è situata al centro di Chaweng vicino ad un centro commerciale dove sono presenti molti ristoranti e negozi.
La camera era molto pulita e considerando il rapporto qualità/ prezzo consiglierei sicuramente questa struttura per un soggiorno low cost.
Noi abbiamo soggiornato solo una notte ed è vicinissima all’aeroporto.
Se si vuole soggiornare al centro città per qualche notte è decisamente consigliata!

It was a one night at the hotel and location and price were amazing. Hotel has a strange set up but it is for budget travelers or travelers who want to stay close to the buzz. Beach is close by and I would recommend this for all of you who are backpacking or traveling on budget. Thanks!

Without the swimming pool, this hotel wouldn't be an ideal accommodation, at least to me. No basic toiletries & amenities e.g. shower caps, drinking glasses, hair dryer, etc. The flooring of the room would make you feel like you need to wear slippers at all times. My towels had stains that could have been cleaned. The staff were not interactive AT ALL. I asked someone, a maid, for a shower cap, instead of saying "We don't provide shower caps here", she just shook her head. When I walked past them cleaning the rooms, no greetings. Even the reception, not very helpful. No "sawaddee" when we walked into the reception. The location is a selling point of COSI, though -it's right next to Central Department Store, which is situated in the heart of Koh Samui. Notwithstanding the residential area and touristy point, it was so quiet. The pool is also a great facility. Stay here only if you need a room for a night or so, I guess. Not an ideal getaway. Probably wouldn't be on the list of returning hotels

Really enjoyed my stay in this hotel. It's incredibly clean and staff are very friendly. The layout of the hotel is very strange and difficult to manage until you've worked it out. I love that they give towels for the pool, I've never seen that in a hotel before.

Location is great as a transit hotel as it’s right next to the mall and you can spend time walking around the mall and night market. Do note that they only provide soap in the bathrooms (no shampoo, toothbrush, etc). Room is comfortable with lots of PowerPoints and USB charging points. The co working space is great.
Do not book with breakfast because they give you a voucher to redeem something from the cafe anyway. This was not explained to me at all and I paid for the breakfast option! In the end I only redeemed an iced coffee. The selection is poor with some sweet and savoury pastries and instant noodles. I went out for breakfast at the mall next door in the end.
There was loud music playing outside at 5.30am that woke me up and nobody stopped it for a very long time too.

Hotel is conveniently located with easy access to everything in the centre of Chaweng. Rooms are in good condition, even towels were new and pure white. AC worked perfectly. Normal water pressure. With the window facing the lake I did not hear the noise from Samui Central mall, where they have live performances of musical bands. Staff was nice & cooperative.
