They never cleaned the room nor replaced the towels etc.

Cheap and cheerful. Bungalows are basic but comfortable with just the most essential amenities. Staff are friendly and generally helpful. There’s a large pool with bar and a large open restaurant. Menu is the usual mixture of western and local fare. The food is ok but not exceptional and there was no fresh seafood bbq during our visit. Best thing about the resort is the location - right on the beach. A good option for budget travellers.

This place is pure heaven. The bay is the most beautiful beach on Koh Phangan and it’s not too busy. Everything you need for a quiet time is on this beach and available in the resort. Special shout out to Soe who runs the pool bar. He is the kindest and loveliest young man who made our stay even better. The restaurant has a delicious selection of Thai, western and bbq food where you dine on the beach under big banyan trees. The rooms are basic but comfortable and it is very good value for money. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff, and everyone makes you feel extremely welcome. We were sad to leave, but we will 100% return again and again. Paradise!

Popped by for lunch as we were staying at another resort on the beach, the staff are lazy the beach needs a clean lots of plastic bottles, pizza was a frozen one look warm same as the beer, they even charged us a service charge, best avoid to risk being disappointed

We used the Dreamland Resort transfer to the New Year party. The driver had an accident on the way back and knocked over a scooter driver. The scooter driver fell. However, the driver wasn't interested, he just kept driving. Hit and run!

Nous avons dormi deux jours dans le resort, et malheureusement, malgré une chouette piscine et un magnifique arbre sur la terrasse, les services et l’accueil sont de très mauvaise qualité. On nous donne une chambre où un pied du lit est cassé, on accroche la douche et le support se casse, le personnel est au moins en partie très peu sympathique, et l’hôtel est cher. Nous avons dormi dans un autre Resort à l’autre bout de la plage qui pour les mêmes prix est incomparable. Sourire, animation le soir, nourriture nourriture, petit-déj’ de grande qualité inclus

L'emplacement est idéal si on aime le grand calme. La piscine est belle. Le restaurant très bon. Le ménage est fait à la demande. Mais: Le bungalow supérieur est très sombre, et manque d'aération car les fenêtres ne s'ouvrent pas. Les rideaux étaient coincés. Pendant tout notre séjour nous nous sommes douchés à l'eau froide. Pas de safety box dans le bungalow. Pas de sèche cheveux non plus. Attribuer 3 étoiles à cet établissement, c'est vraiment très généreux !

🙂 L'emplacement (choisi pour...), l'accueil, le resto les pieds dans le sable et le bungalow à 25 m de la plage. Bouilloire et coffre à disposition à l'accueil Le BBQ sur la plage et la soirée spectacle fire ☹️ La saleté sous le lit (très inconfortable et dur) et dans le placard, le wifi laborieux, la proximité des bungalows et le nombre, le service pas toujours efficace au resto (birmans ne comprenant pas l'anglais), le petit déjeuner manquant de choix, l'environnement (village peu vivant voire en décrépitude), les aboiements des chiens la nuit.
