This is the most relaxing place by the sea I’ve been to. The bungalows are beautiful and very comfortable, only a few meters away from the restaurant, the pool and the spectacular beach. The food is simply delicious. The staff is very kind and always there to help. Thank you for the great stay!

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Highlight in meinen Augen ist die Strandnähe, man kommt aus dem Bungalow und ist direkt dort, wirklich sehr schön! Man darf die Surfbretter und Stand-Up-Paddles benutzen und damit aufs Meer fahren, wirklich super!! Vielen Dank! Service auch super, sehr nett. Preise im Restaurant auch absolut angemessen. Highlight auf meiner Thailand Reise!

Posto bellissimo, davvero rilassante, con vista sul mare. Un paradiso tropicale. I proprietari sono super gentili e ospitali. Abbiamo pranzato qui ed era tutto buono. Cocktail al mango il migliore Mai bevuto. Davvero consigliato anche solo per una tappa.

Camera vecchia e super basic,e stata la più cara pagata in questa vacanza e ci aspettavamo fosse bellissima invece....umida,sporca,lenzuola umide che puzzavano di muffa,di legno e con una finestra senza vetri,acqua della doccia solo tiepida,bagno brutto e scomodo camera rumorosa vicino al parcheggio e,quando piove davanti alla camera si forma un lago enorme. Il propietario tedesco mai visto,dovrebbe occuparsi un po' di più del suo business,il tutto e in mano a una signora antipatica che e sempre al telefono e tratta tutti con sufficenza e,quando fai complain si chiude e non ti risponde.ci ha prenotato il viaggio di ritorno per Samui e ci è costato una fortuna.Unica nota positiva,spiaggia carina,ma,le spiaggie qui sono tutte belle,abbiamo visto strutture moooolto migliori anche a prezzi più bassi.NON fatevi ingannare dalle foto.

luogo meraviglioso situato direttamente sulla spiaggia, i bungalow sono semplici ma molto curati la piscina e la zona relax il cibo e lo staff ma soprattutto proprietari emanano amore ed energia positiva Koh phanagan rimane un isola di un'intensa energia e sempre magica

Credo sia l’angolo dell’isola più bello in assoluto… personale cordialissimo e simpatico! Cocktail e cibo molto buono. Accessibile tranquillamente in motorino. Spiaggia dotata di piscina con vista paradisiaca! Consigliatissimo

Un posto del genere l’ho solo immaginato fino a quando sono arrivata qui. Ci ha accolti la proprietaria e subito ci siamo sentiti in un paradiso tropicale. Residence favoloso, abbiamo pranzato con vista mare, cocktail buonissimi. Posto super consigliato!

Abbiamo trovato questo posto casualmente e appena siamo arrivati ci è sembrato di essere in paradiso. Un posto a dir poco meraviglioso. Personale gentile e disponibile, ci siamo sentiti a casa fin da subito. Super consigliato!!!

Delicious foods, good mood! The bread is fantastic, the toast bread was so boring after a week here on Koh phangan, but when I ordered the tuna sandwich it was fantastic. The quality of the foods extremely good. The prices are in mid range, so for two people two soups and two sandwiches around 900 baht. We will return!!!

Love our stay here, very relaxed and chilled vibe with background music all day. We got a free upgrade to a sea view bungalow which was lovely! The pool isn’t huge but wasn’t an issue as you are right on the beach front. Each bungalow has a little tray of water on the steps to wash the sand off before going in your room which was a nice touch. Room was comfortable, good A/C with mosquito net. Wasn’t a huge choice of places to eat within walking distance but there’s a night food market 5 mins walk away with lots of choice. Staff were very friendly and welcoming! Food was great! Would defo stay again!

For the whole time of our stay here we kept asking ourselves how people could actually rate this dump with five stars (which is how we got fooled and book a bungalow here!). The place is basically falling apart, the pics used on the internet have probably been taken when it first opened. I won’t go into details, I’ll let the photos speak for me. The bungalow we stayed, number 16, is considered “Deluxe”, not even standard. It was all the way to the back, next to the entrance of the resort by the parking lot. There was a window that could not even be open so you always had to keep the light on. The filthy bathroom had the safe box on the floor that had to be used as a step as the bathroom was on a lower lever than the rest of the bungalow. This is just to mention a couple of things. Customer service is something that people who run this place don’t even know how to spell. The air con unit in our bungalow was leaking and when we told them the answer was: “We don’t know when and if the guy can come to fix it, maybe tomorrow!”. The technicians came to look at it (they opened it and cleaned it) in the evening of the second day of our three days stay. We weren’t expecting a refund or a free meal, but a proper apology, or a complementary drink, while we were forced out of our bungalow for over one hour when they tried to fix the air con unit, would have been nice and appreciated. Anyway, even after the technicians looked at it the air con kept leaking so we had to spend three nights with the constant noise of a drop falling on a soaked towel on the floor. When we checked in there was a big sign saying “join our cooking classes, 500 THB!”. I asked for some details and the receptionist (who had the attitude of someone who was doing as a favor for being there) said: “We’ll see, because you need to choose what you want to do and I don’t even know if I’m free!” (No comment!). I could go on and on with my rant and list dozens of negative things about this place but I think I spent even too much time. My thumb up is only for the location (geographically speaking), this horrible place is walking distance from a few shops and restaurants and there’s a lovely beach right in front!! Overall we enjoyed our stay in Koh Phangan, but surely not in this resort,…. book somewhere else, don’t be fooled by the positive reviews (like we did!!), for the money they ask (being in Thailand) you can surely find proper luxury and customer service somewhere else!!

We wanted to stay on the beach, so expected to be a few more bugs than if you were anywhere else so I don't think it is fair to comment on that. We bungalows were on a lovely little beach, amazing sunsets. Food & drinks were really nice! We ate a few times, local to 711 and bike rental. I think if they just made the beds more comfy we would have loved it, but unfortunately they are really uncomfy and pillows are non existent also the cover was pointless (we asked for extra, think they went out to buy them which was great couldn't manage without , I usually use 3 pillows) Massage on the beach was great and we did love the service and vibes.

Lovely well kept beach hunts with unspoiled views of the sea Restaurant food was excellent although more expensive than other places in the area Beach however was not particularly nice with big seaweed problem Could do with some hooks in the hunts to be able to hang a few things up as space is limited. Had an issue with the shower which was fixed immediately - just wish we had mentioned it early rather than having a few very cold showers !!
