Koh Ngai Cliff Beach Resort

Отель расположен в шикарнейшем месте. Виды просто потрясающие. Заметно, что от отеля остались остатки былой роскоши, что он древний и долго не работал. Но соотношение цены (50 долларов за ночь) с сервисом и открывающимися видами на остров и море - перекрывают всего его недостатки в виде уставшей мебели. Выбор питания не сильно большой, но мы не притязательный клиент. Нас всё устроило и завтраки входящие в стоимость и отдельные блюда, что мы заказывали на обед и ужин. Персонал очень приветливый и выполнял любую просьбу. Из минусов - нет купабельного пляжа, но пройдя 1 километр в доль пляжа, мы поняли, что идеальных пляжей на этой стороне нет. И весь пяток гостиниц, что были по дороге, так же мучаются, как и мы, только прайс там выше. Ещё один минус - номер, что мы себе выбрали возле бассейна высоко находится и тяжело в него забираться по ступеням, но эти труды вознаграждаются завораживающим видом из номера или бассейна. Большую часть мы провели на бассейне, т.к. купаться на пляже не очень комфортно. Но считаю, что нам повезло, т.к. мы там были одни. Совершенно одни, в гостинице всего было 5 человек, вместе с нами, и других людей, мы видели пару раз. Это было шикарно, чилить в бассейне с крутейшими видами, на другие острова и наблюдать, как птицы насороги летают с дерева на дерево.

傳統老式的度假酒店，適合喜歡安靜的客人，因為在海島的最北側，所以海灘上見不到來往的遊客，極為僻靜，印象最深刻的是位於酒店最高處的游泳池，風景獨好，還有每晚的晚餐，簡直就是驚喜！

泳池很棒，樓層有點高，風景不錯，有點遠，服務很好。

Was so looking forward to staying here . It’s a really large property that sadly has been left to deteriorate and would cost massive amounts to bring it up to a good level. The pool and views are spectacular. Sadly everything else was disappointing. We trekked 177 steps up to our room close to the pool which I didn’t mind. There is a curvy road up if you prefer to steps. On arrival we were taken up with our cases by a ‘golf buggy’ The pool area is large but empty . You get pool towels at the bar area but the wooden loungers were mostly broken and very uncomfortable . Had spinach spring rolls at the pool 3 days out of 4 and were lovely. The guy also gave us ice for our room which we appreciated. The pool bar closes at 3pm so if you want anything it’s that trek down the stairs again. Breakfast is also down the stairs. There are a few options but the cold food is not covered and there were lots of ants. In fact lots of ants everywhere . We dined at the restaurant the 1st night but it was poor. The staff just didn’t seem to bother, very unusual for Thailand . The lady on reception was friendly though. There’s no TVs in the rooms ( if that’s your thing ) and the WiFi is not existent. There’s also a lack of plugs , we could only find 2 and the fridge used 1 of those. Such a shame but I wouldn’t stay here again and suggest you go for ‘ a day visit’ to buy a drink ( before 3pm!) and have some food to enjoy the views. We did manage to get the buggy up another day after the beach but the guy isn’t always available.

Loved this hotel I loved my stay here, the views were spectacular and the calm and peaceful surroundings were very much needed. Infinity pool was just amazing. Room was very big, clean and they clean daily. Breakfast was buffet style and again with amazing views. Internet was a bit spotty at times so I just sat in the lobby to book flights etc. I would not recommend this for the elderly as the hills and stairs up to the pool are quite steep. On arrival they golf cart your luggage up which was nice. Will definitely return!

Stunning location with amazing views The location of this hotel is stunning, with the pool at the very top of the complex. There is a lot of climbing up stairs and slopes to get anywhere, but well worth it and I suppose the clue is in the name of "Cliff" Beach resort. The majority of the other hotels etc are at sea level and further along this east coast, so many have virtually no sun during the day, whilst due to the height of the pool are here, you can get sun well into the afternoon. Staff are very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was very good. By far the best place to stay on the islane in my oinion.
