😁: il posto si trova vicino a un piccolo fiume limpido, pieno di pesci, che si muove con la marea, in mezzo alle mangrovie. L'hotel è arredato con gusto. È bello sdraiarsi sulla terrazza e guardare il fiume. 😖: c'era un cattivo odore intorno alla nostra stanza e nella zona adiacente, come menzionato in molti altri commenti. Questo potrebbe derivare dal terreno fangoso, ma anche dai bagni. Soprattutto quando l'aria condizionata non è accesa, è difficile da sopportare. Ufficialmente l'aria condizionata è accesa dalle 19:00 alle 7:00, altrimenti la stanza offre solo un ventilatore che non riesce a purificare l'aria. Due notti l'aria condizionata non ha funzionato affatto. Senza aria condizionata solo con un piccolo ventilatore è molto difficile trascorrere del tempo nella stanza durante il giorno, puzza e fa molto caldo. La stanza in sé è buia, luce elettrica molto debole, ho dovuto leggere con la torcia del mio cellulare, piccole finestre con tende. Queste tende sono necessarie perché il retro della stanza sembra funzionare come area per deposito rifiuti, cani randagi, le loro feci... questa è anche l'area di ingresso dell'hotel. Per ottenere gli asciugamani devi chiedere alla receptionist, non è sufficiente mettere gli asciugamani sporchi sul pavimento. Quelli sporchi vengono rimossi, ma non vengono forniti asciugamani nuovi Ristorante: la colazione (inclusa) è molto scarsa. Alcuni fiocchi, yogurt, succhi già pronti, un po' di frutta. Puoi ordinare uova in diverse forme. Questo andrebbe bene, per un hotel economico, ma non per questo prezzo. Il cibo del ristorante è solo accettabile, puoi mangiare in molti posti molto meglio, ad esempio allo Shanta Resort. La colazione al Mermaid Cafe, che abbiamo scoperto durante il nostro viaggio, è davvero ottima, tutto fatto in casa con ciotole e croissant, marmellata fatta in casa ecc. Personale: tranne l'uomo che cerca le barche e un cameriere al ristorante, i dipendenti sono arroganti e scortesi. Soprattutto la signora alla reception che sembra essere la responsabile dell'hotel è arrogante e passivo-aggressiva. Quando chiedi qualcosa, ti dà la sensazione che tu abbia fatto qualcosa di sbagliato o che sia troppo lavoro per lei. Molto scortese, molto insolito per la Thailandia. Siamo stati per 8 giorni a bann makok, non torneremo di certo.

Great place to relax. Stay for two three nights and you will find a place made of love with great food and stunning cocktails. When you come all the way to Ko Kut dont miss this place. We loved it also because it is such a unique and special experience after all those (top) typical Beach Resorts. Good luck Bann Makok team and keep the positive spirit!

Prachtig gelegen aan een mangrove. Het is intiem en kleinschalig. Wakker worden aan de rivier in de stilte is onvergetelijk. Het is klein dus je zit echt op elkaar, s’avonds kan je letterlijk alles horen van de buren. Wat mij tegenviel is de receptioniste, ze was echt onaardig, zeker toen wij klaagden over een serieuze veiligheid issue met een boottocht. Het werd opgelost maar wijn moesten erop staan, wat is heel jammer vond. Ook had ze ons een andere prijs beloofd voor het huren van een scooter dan op de rekening stond. Wij hebben alles neetjes betaald maar het voelde niet goed. Er is geen manager of eigenaar aanwezig die je kunt spreken. Het is te duur voor de kwaliteit die ze aanbieden. Wij waren teleurgesteld. Wij werden meerderen malen gestoord door mensen die wouden roken terwijl het gelukkig niet mocht. Personeel deed niks. Alles is houd dus heel brand gevoelig.

+ endroit magique et calme. Kayak free. Concept éco. Pdj compris sympa. Personnel agréable à votre écoute. - abords sales, vraiment dommage. Tarifs restaurant exagérés. Attention, clim à partir de 19h et check out 11h30 au lieu de 12h sur site web.

Wat een geweldige tijd hebben we gehad! We werden hartelijk verwelkomd door Ning. Ze is supervriendelijk en heeft ons meteen geholpen met al onze vragen. Ze denkt al actief mee doordat ze al meteen de terugreis had geregeld. Ook huren van een scooter wordt meteen geregeld en alles in een zeer relaxte sfeer! Ontzettend leuke tour gehad met ons eigen bootje en genoten van het mooie koraalrif. De kamer was echt een plaatje! Zo sfeervol! Je komt hier helmaal tot rust! Het is zijn geld dubbel en dik waard. Het eten is zeer lekker! Er is ook een fijne ruimte om lekker te relaxen aan het water. Het is gewoon Top! Echt een aanrader als je houd van rust, lekker eten en mooie natuur! Ning en ander personeel, bedankt! 💕
