Hotel in zona Koh Chang Noi, Ko Chang

L'hotel è grande e dispone di 2 o 3 piscine. L'intero hotel è diviso su due lati, l'edificio principale e l'edificio ausiliario. L'edificio ausiliario si trova dall'altra parte della strada ed è chiamato sala piscina. Gli amici che hanno prenotato un hotel devono tenere presente che la sala della piscina è in realtà dall'altra parte e non nell'hotel. Le strutture complessive sono relativamente vecchie e alcune camere hanno un odore. L'impressione generale è mediocre. La spiaggia non è privata. Bisogna alzarsi presto per prendere le panchine dell'hotel. Quando si arriva tardi, non ci sono panchine. Penso che sia più adatto a famiglie con bambini, ma non lo consiglio davvero alle coppie. È disordinato, rumoroso e disordinato!

Abbiamo visitato la famiglia in Thailandia per la prima volta, e ci siamo trasferiti sia al Koh Chang Paradise Hill Resort che al Koh Chang Paradise Resort sorella lungo la strada. I miei figli godono del parco acquatico e della spiaggia. Il personale era amichevole, gentile e utile. Due polsi alzati per il personale! L'unica esperienza negativa che avevo con un membro del personale è stato al colazione una mattina. Ho preso il collo proprio prima della nostra vacanza sulla spiaggia e ho fatto un giro per colazione riempiendo il mio mutandine personale con il tè perché le tazze fornite erano molto piccole e non volevo dover svegliarmi più volte per riempire la tazza. Un cuoco mi arrabbiò e mi disse di non usare il mio mutandine personale. Mi alzò la voce e mi disse di non fare quello che facevo. Io gli spieghii che mi avevo fatto male al collo e non volevo più volte alzarmi per ottenere più tè. Non credo che mi abbia davvero ascoltato perché mi ha continuato a parlare con una voce arrabbiata per non usare la mia tazza. Grazie a tutti gli altri colazione di colazione sono stati grandi. I guardiani della piscina erano grandi. Uno dei bambini del nostro gruppo si è scivolato e si è tagliato la gamba, e la hanno curata con un'assistenza di primo grado.

Inizialmente, dovevamo stare nella nostra solita camera deluxe, ma all’arrivo c’era un po’ di mista con un altro ospite.Fortunatamente, il signor Alex ci ha salvato il giorno, aggiornandoci alla Grand Villa, che si è rivelata una esperienza incredibile. Non possiamo ringraziarlo abbastanza! La villa era stupenda con il suo brillante design, la sua spaziale disposizione, e una vista impressionante sul mare dal letto enorme. Il tempo era perfetto, e la spiaggia non era troppo piena, che era un plus. Abbiamo anche goduto del servizio kayak per un prezzo ragionevole di solo 100 Baht thailandesi all'ora. L'esperienza di SPA è stata impeccabile, come ci siamo abituati in Thailandia, e il massaggio petrolifero per 550 Baht thailandese è stato pura gioia. La colazione diffusa ha avuto un notevole miglioramento dalla nostra ultima visita, e i ristoranti riforniti sono stati un trattamento per cena. Inoltre, la nuova aggiunta di un piccolo caffè nella zona lobby è stato un grande toccamento. Il servizio in camera è stato rapido ed efficiente, assicurando un soggiorno pulito e confortevole in tutto il mondo.

We have spent 6 nights in Santhiya Tree Koh Chang, even though it's rainy season, we still LOVE it there! Design: we stay at the Pool Suite Water View, almost whole building made by carved wood, traditional Thai design and lots of character, looks very beautiful & classic. Staffs: very friendly and excellent service Pools: 60m long pool at the breakfast restaurant with some seats facing the pool & peaceful mountain view. Another pool right in front of the beach & close to the villas. Both pools clean & big. Santhiya Tree use pa kao ma thai sarong as beach towel, love it! Food: delicious buffet breakfast & lots of variety. Food & drinks at the Chantara Restaurant is high quality & very yummy. The duo who sings at the restaurant are brilliant singers, you won't get bored with their performance. Room: spacious & clean, lots of electric plugs & even beach bag for use. They burn lemongrass/ citronella oil in the bathroom to keep mozzies away & room smells good. Massage at their spa: very good & reasonable price, sound of the waves makes the massage so relaxing, must try. Shuttle bus to main street: every 2 hrs they can drop you or pick up from main street as there resort is not at the road side. Not sure if it's because of low season, hope the shuttle service can be more frequent. Thank you everybody at Santhiya Tree Koh Chang for the great service and smiles. Will definitely come back for another holiday and highly recommend if you're looking for a fantastic place to stay! This beautiful place takes your stress away :) P.S. there's a small part of the road right outside the resort leading to the entrance is unsealed with lots of potholes, pretty bumpy for cars and their shuttle bus, suggest Santhiya Tree do something with it.

Prenota questo hotel per la prima volta, ma molte volte visitato Ko Chang. La posizione dell'hotel non è molto buona in termini di zona di spiaggia. È tra il punto di partenza di un piccolo canale, quindi ogni volta che voglio arrivare al mare, devo andare vicino all'hotel per entrare nell'acqua più pulita. La qualità del colazione è piuttosto decente rispetto ad altri hotel che im visitare.

Simply unprofesional and incompetent for an overclaimed five-star hotel in terms of service standards. I booked it for two nights for my father on his birthday. Called them up from overseas to see if there is any small birthday surprise available for a 71 year old travelling alone. Shame on the front desk staff : The front desk PROMISED a complimentary birthday cake prepared in his room before he checked in. Yet there was no cake at all. I had to make another long distance call to further inquire, they still insisted they did put one in his room. Eventually I had to ask them to send someone up to look for the cake in his room, that was the time when they sent it up.. I fully understand birthday surprises are only subject to discretion. I WOULD NOT MIND AT ALL if they decline it in the first place. But if it has been PROMISED, do it right, not in a way that the birthday guy had to do a cake hunt in the room for a birthday surprise.. Shame on the management staff : After such an embarrassment made to their failing level of professionalism over an avoidable mistake, they moved my father to another room with just a twin bed two days later.. First, I am aware of the policy that a double bed was merely a special request upon an extended stay, yet with a handful of guests visible throughout the week in still the pandemic time, was it REALLY fully booked enough to run out of just ONE double bed ? Second, the management should have applied the service recovery concept (if available, like a double bed..) to this guest with whom their own front desk staff had ALREADY embarrassed the hotel over a minor PROMISE that was under delivered with their lack of basic competence in simply delivering one cake. Not only this hotel failed at managing customer satisfaction, they failed even worse at restoring it after their own fault. I will NOT recommend this hotel to anyone with an occasion to celebrate. The depth of their professionalism is only limited to checking guests in and out, with a smile.

Superb hotel to stay in, very family friendly, beautifully appointed rooms, great facilities, clean and well maintained. The pool and beach are superb and the staff are so friendly and helpful. The restaurant food and beach BBQ were terrific. The children loved every minute of their stay. We loved the fact it was so safe for the children...always someone there watching the water ...both beach and pool. Highly recommended and the views and scenery were gorgeous after a heavy rain tho

Sono passato da questo hotel 8 anni fa e all'epoca mi sembrava bello. Questa volta l'ho prenotato per 6 notti e il prezzo iniziale era giusto. Se riduci le tue aspettative, non rimarrai deluso l'acqua della piscina non era buona. Alcune camere sono in fase di ristrutturazione e ammodernamento. KC è più consigliato, ma i due letti grandi da 1,5 metri di Ava sono molto vantaggiosi, dipende dalla domanda.

This place is heaven on earth! The welcome at reception sets the tone for the rest of your stay! We arrived with back packs from Pattaya and We were treated like VIPs. Absolute top class! Staff are amazing! Food was amazing. The rooms are outstanding and the local town is warm and friendly! The random visits from monkeys is an amazing addition! But be aware, they actually do creep up on you and open your room doors!! Staff aren’t joking! We’ve stayed on many islands and many places in Thailand but our expectations were exceeded here. The grounds are well kept, the surroundings are superb! My only disappointment was that the tides were high so we didn’t have any beach during our stay! (No fault of Sylvan!) I just hope the cost doesn’t get too high that they price us out of spending another break there next year!

Traveling to Koh Chang on Songkran Day, if the Accor Group uses benefits, it must be considered. Mercure Koh Chang Hideaway booked a Standard room but was upgraded to a Deluxe Seaview room and received Platinum benefits. Quite complete. The room is okay. I like it because I have to pay only 1,402 baht per night. The room is full due to a long holiday. I'm glad I upgraded. I have reserved 3 rooms, there are welcome drinks for all 3 rooms. For dinner, most of the guests leave their stomachs at the Buffet Hotel because it is Songkran Festival. Accor Plus cannot use the discount at all. The price is not expensive, only 530 baht per person, but.. Phra Chuay Thai food is delicious. Anyone staying here recommends trying Thai food. The happy hour here is satisfyingly long from 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Anyone who eats the buffet will receive a buy 1 free 1 promotion until 10:00 p.m., very worthwhile. The highlight of this place is a lot of photo angles, and taking beautiful photos, but the beach is not okay, which is a weak point. The sea water is hardly played because there are a lot of rocks. I mostly stay at the swimming pool 100% recommend if anyone sleeps here to relax and snorkel on the last day, come back to swim at the pool, take chic photos and eat buffet 🙂 Breakfast is quite suitable for Thai people, focusing on spicy Thai food. It also has my favorite pizza. The hotel has a Starbucks on the beach but does not participate in a star or membership program. For me, April 13-15 is a rest day. I'm pretty happy here. Let's just say for Accor members or group members. If anyone comes to Koh Chang, recommend here. You can get both nights and points. If there is any problem during your stay, I suggest you don't wait, hurry and share with him. He knows the problem and is ready to take care of it immediately. Come to Koh Chang next time, Mercure is still our choice.
