AANA Resort & Villas Koh Chang

Sono impressionato dall'atmosfera, dalle dimensioni della camera e dal prezzo e vorrei utilizzare nuovamente il servizio. Qualcosa che l'hotel dovrebbe migliorare è il personale della navetta dalla camera al parcheggio durante il turno di notte. L'etichetta per rispondere a un telefono è chiamare qualcuno che venga a prenderti in camera, ma riattaccare e sbatterlo. Devo sopportarlo per 3 notti. Dovresti anche esercitarti sull'etichetta della conversazione telefonica. Ha chiamato alle 2 del mattino un'auto per venire a prenderla perché suo figlio stava vomitando in caso di emergenza. Ha chiamato per 20 minuti finché un'auto non è venuta a prenderla. Sulla via del ritorno, cammina tu stesso dal parcheggio alla tua camera. L'intero hotel chiamava a gran voce il personale, ma non c'era nessuno. Camera affacciata sulla piscina Ho trovato scarafaggi entrambe le sere e ho dovuto catturarli io stesso. Gli scarafaggi volarono di nuovo e di notte non vennero ad aggrapparsi alla mia faccia. La prima notte non è ancora passata e il bagno è pieno. Non sono stato lì ancora per 1 ora. Deve seguire un tecnico per la riparazione. Bene, non ho ancora fatto niente in bagno. Forse arriva al tubo di scarico. Abbiamo un bambino piccolo con noi. Utilizzare il ristorante dell'hotel con cibo delizioso e clienti molto generosi. Puoi ordinare 9 contorni. Ma la sera dopo, se voglio prendere in prestito un cucchiaio per le riparazioni e 3 ciotole, devo chiamare la reception. Il ristorante mi ha detto di andare a prenderlo da solo. Fino a quando il cliente ha dovuto chiamare lui stesso per svuotarlo prima di portarglielo. I dipendenti sembrano lavorare sodo. Il nuovo sistema dovrebbe essere gestito. Colazione impressionante L'atmosfera fuori è buona, la spiaggia è bella, il servizio del personale che porta il pranzo al sacco è buono, invita i clienti a parlare e ha una mentalità di servizio.

L'hotel ha una buona posizione, un ampio giardino, una bellissima spiaggia, 2 piscine e un centro massaggi davvero piacevole. La camera è di dimensioni adeguate, ha una vasca da bagno ed è molto igienica. La colazione è deliziosa. Non è previsto alcun costo aggiuntivo per la colazione per il bambino di 11 anni. Ci sono molti ristoranti deliziosi lungo la strada dall'hotel, soprattutto i ristoranti greci che sono davvero deliziosi. I ristoranti di pesce a Koh Chang non sono deliziosi come quelli di Rayong, c'è una grande differenza. Ci sono molte agenzie di viaggio lungo la strada, così come hotel, e i prezzi sono più o meno gli stessi. Questa è una cosa che la Thai Travel Agency fa molto bene.

È il mio posto preferito in cui soggiornare da quando ho viaggiato a Koh Chang. Mi piace il servizio, la camera grande è pulita, la vista è molto bella, c'è una piscina privata, mi piace molto questo posto, la colazione offre una varietà di menu, tutto è delizioso. La sera è disponibile la nautica da diporto e sono disponibili i trasferimenti per la spiaggia. Molto buono, 100/10

We were really looking forward to a relaxing stay at Aana Villas and Spa, but unfortunately, it did not live up to expectations. The biggest issue was the noise. The walls are incredibly thin – we could hear every step and sneeze from the room above. It was impossible to get a decent night’s sleep. On top of that, smoke from other rooms drifted into ours, which was unpleasant and frustrating. There was also a leak in the bathroom ceiling, dripping directly onto the toilet paper, and ants were all over the bedroom. Not what you expect at this price point or from a hotel that presents itself as a high-end resort. Of the two swimming pools, one looked quite murky and did not appear clean. There was no bar service at either pool, which made it feel a bit lifeless. The boat service to the beach was great, and the food we ordered from the restaurant was genuinely good – probably the highlight. Breakfast was fine given the off-peak room rate, but would have been disappointing if we had paid full price. What left a particularly sour taste was the lack of response when we checked out early and explained the issues. I mentioned we had not been able to sleep due to the noise, but the receptionist said nothing – no apology, no acknowledgment. One thing to note: during low season, not much is open in the surrounding area. We had to head to Lonely Beach or White Sand Beach for restaurants, massage shops, and any sort of evening atmosphere. The hotel did help us call a songteow, which was appreciated, as they were hard to flag down on the main road during this time. That said, I would not choose this location again for that reason – it felt too isolated without much to do nearby. Overall, it felt more like a basic guesthouse experience than a restful villa spa retreat. It looks pretty but under the surface, a low quality offering. A shame, as the location and restaurant have potential.

This is the worst hotel we have ever stayed in Thailand. The reception staff were cold and unfriendly, the hotel is in need of a major refurb. The decking has nails sticking out around the pool, the pool was murky and there are no staff available for drinks etc, my husbands foot went through a decking board! The breakfast was terrible!! No way a 4 star! The dining room felt dirty. We went out for breakfast as it was so bad in hotel. We checked out 10 days early, with no questions from staff as to why we were unhappy and showed no shock. We have never been so disappointed at a hotel.
