not enough parking, good room, good breakfast, good onsen.

The hotel is fully equipped with amenities and the onsen is so great. The hotel provided ramen at night and ice cream and yoghurt drinks in front of onsen which is really good!

Very good breakfast both variety and taste. Nice onsen, free ramen at night, free ice cream. Need to pay for parking fee. A bit far from the shopping mall and restaurants.

Nice cosy hotel. Hotel parking very limited, got to park outside parking, got 1 at 700 yen for night parking 1900-0700. Nice breakfast buffet & ice cream after onsen. Got 2 massage chair, same level as onsen. There's free washing machine usage only beside men onsen so quite inconvenience for ladies to use. Dryer 20mins @100yen.

The room is bigger than we expected, breakfast was excellent. Everything was great.

I really enjoyed my stay. The bed was comfortable, the shower was awesome, staff was friendly and location was great. The only thing - I wish tattoos were allowed in the Onsen. I was there for 8 days and would have loved to take advantage of the relaxing onsen.

飯店前有個天橋，進出飯店都要走天橋，拉行李箱需要繞路，有某國團體客人，看到他們沒洗澡，就去泡湯池，然後大家就馬上離開池子，飯店內的人員和房間打掃清潔都很棒，謝謝

這次來甲府出差，住的這家酒店，很乾凈，早餐好吃，還有山梨特色的寬麪和雞雜，離甲府車站很近，還可以步行到舞鶴城公園，房間浴室的水很大！洗澡很舒服！員工也很親切

外の騒音がほとんど聞こえず、遮光カーテンもバッチリなので、朝起きても夜かと勘違いしてしまうほど、ぐっすり眠れます。朝食も程よくいろんなものがあって美味しい！お風呂も清潔感があり、ほっこりできます。無料のマッサージ機がめちゃくちゃ気持ちよかったー！
