The view from our room was amazing. The staff was very friendly and the food was good. The walk around the resort was nice.

This was one of the worst experience for us. The property is directly on the road and the rooms are so close to the road that you can hear the vehicles on the NH throughout the night. The hygeine is also a problem, we found a housefly in the dal served to us. The massage place was not operational as male staff was not available. There were cobwebs, spiders , lizards etc. in the rooms. The room carpet was dirty. There was no place to sit and relax in the property. The entire property does not seem to be as in the photos. The swimming pool was also quite dirty.This is way overpriced. After staying there, I feel we deserve a refund of the full amount.

This does not qualify as a resort. The area of the property is so small that it’s a hotel not the resort. Second the stairs to reach each room is so weird that it looks like a chawl and not hotel. Bathroom had a tub which cannot be used for bathing as it had stains. Water pipes are not concealed inside wall and is running over walls which looks really bad. Food is so expensive and it does not go with quality of resort. ₹100 for phulka ?? Overall I am disappointed by the quality and did I mention that it’s not a resort. Pls change the type to a hotel and not resort

Good staff stay and food. it's around 10 km from the Madikeri bus stand.
Breakfast and Dinner had lot of options.

Pleasant stay, location is good but very close to highway. Food quality is good. Rooms are well maintained. Staff is supportive. Overall nice stay.

Very far from city, view was good. Expensive for 9k. Very few choices for food. No bar menu. Breakfast was quite average. No much choices and preparations were not good. Staff is polite. Room size was good. All and all good if you pay around 5 k. No lifts. After asking 4 times they lit the bonfire which was very very small. Spa staff was not there.

Our stay at hill crest was amazing. Hotel accomodation good with all the staff very co operative. Helpfull. It was loke family home feeling to us all 4 nights. We strongly reccomend as hill crest is the best to stay with surround i g of hiis and vellyes.
