The location of the property is amazing, all staff have an amazing and well cultured attitude especially try the best hospitality and amazingly tasty food at the restaurant. Thank you so much Bipin Balan for introducing us to the new line of Kerala dishes they have been so tasty and we loved it. Thank you the restaurant crew for your wonderful customer care especially to you Bipin for taking care of so well. Sure we will come back to enjoy Le Meridien Kochi again.

Ho soggiornato con mia moglie e mia figlia, ma nel complesso il mio soggiorno era perfetto, ma vorrei sottolineare poche cose che possono essere migliorate. Il servizio del ristorante è lento, le opzioni alimentari sono grandi, ci sono state molte varietà o nel buffet abbiamo sempre avuto l'opzione di ordinare dal menu Ala carte. Era bellissima, appena entrammo nel ristorante, ci aspettava con un sorriso sul viso. Purezza La pulizia della stanza è stata effettuata ogni mattina quando andiamo a colazione.Il nostro puliziatore di stanza, il signor Afazzudhin, era l'accento. Ha sempre assicurato che la nostra stanza sia pulita prima di tornare dal colazione. E' un amichevole e molto professionale che darei 5 stelle per la pulizia. Hassan & Family

È stata la più incredibile esperienza che abbia avuto in un po'. Ottimo servizio, ottimo personale, soprattutto i camerieri del ristorante. Il vostro interno è anche bellissimo oltre le parole. sia all'aperto che all'interno sono ben mantenuti. Ogni dettaglio è perfetto. Grazie, Ramada, per il meraviglioso soggiorno che ci hai offerto. È proprio quello che ho bisogno.

Siamo stati in marzo 2023 in questo hotel. Davvero molto bello, curato nei dettagli, a cominciare dalle parti comuni, fino ad arrivare alla camera. Segnalo una stanza del bagno che non dimenticherete, così come il letto king-size. Menzione particolare per il personale, molto professionale. Nello specifico vorrei segnalare Akash, un ragazzo simpaticissimo, molto preparato e cordiale che ci ha aiutato per tutte le nostre esigenze. Segnalo anche il cibo, è davvero ottimo, a cominciare dalla colazione.

L'hotel ha lasciato impressioni molto controverse. Da un lato, è assolutamente affascinante - la progettazione dell'hotel, delle camere, del cortile interno - tutto questo è morbido e immerso nell'atmosfera di riposo e relax. D'altra parte, ci sono molte carenze che possono sovrappeso la dignità. Per esempio, le camere sono molto fredde anche quando il condizionatore d'aria è fuori. Sì, e i condizionatori d'aria funzionano costantemente ovunque, quindi non sono uscito dal caldo con un cappello. Non mi piacevano i cibi. Capisco che sia l'India, ma ci sono di solito menù europee in grandi hotel. Ci sono anche opzioni, ma ancora peppery e sharp, o tutti i cibi veloce (pizza e hamburger). In generale, se siete un gastrici, una rapina o per qualche altro motivo limitato nel cibo, dovrete essere molto duro. Il personale è molto arrogante (non tutto, ma la massa totale), sempre pensando che si dovrebbe essere qualcosa. E l'ultima osservazione sull'atteggiamento e la sensibilità del personale: siamo venuti al compleanno di mio marito e in Cecenia non abbiamo nemmeno sentito il banale ”Buon compleanno”. I stayed at Hotel Travencore Court, near Lotus Club in Ernakulam, from November 26 to 29, 2024. Overall, it was a pleasant experience at this decent four-star property. The rooftop swimming pool is a highlight—clean, well-maintained, and offering a relaxing ambience with great skyline views. The additional exceptional advantage of a waves-generating mechanism in the pool via air pumps made the evening swim nothing short of exhilarating after a hard day's work. The breakfast spread is another standout feature. It featured a mix of Indian and continental options, including Chicken Korma, Chana Masala, Methi Roti, Idli, Dosa, Omelette, Vegetable Stew, Baked Beans, fresh mixed fruit juice, and an assortment of bakery items. The rooms are adequately sized—not too large but comfortable and not cramped. They are well-lit and impeccably clean, with modern bathrooms equipped with enclosed glass shower doors that effectively prevented water spillage. One thing I highly recommend is opting for a room on a higher floor. The views from the upper levels are breathtaking, providing a unique perspective of the city. The only disappointment was that I couldn't meet the General Manager despite making a prior request, which was unfortunate. Overall, good to go.

It was a huge mistake on my part to come to Kochi and to this hotel over the New Year holiday when madness descends all over town and in almost all hotels. On 31st Dec and 1st Jan I could not find any 5/4 star hotel providing a la carte menu in their restaurants. And there is nothing in the neighborhood as any option. Everyone was busy sucking the gullible public and raking in the moolah with outrageously priced buffets and ear splitting noise all night long. This hotel has historic credentials and belongs to a Group that started off on the sustainable premise and heritage properties. I have not stayed in of the other CGH hotels, but this one is fast decaying. It is in desperate need of a major refresh and updating. It is blatantly showing its age and worn out status. The bathroom is a major embarrassment, shower / plumbing fixtures are broken or not working, old style bathtub with plastic shower curtain, flush not working, hospital style white lights, frayed torn towels. It was impossible to get a proper night sleep on the old, sagging mattress. Breakfast was average. Staff have good intentions but lack in execution. Restaurant staff are not properly trained. The welcome drink is a small glass of colored sugar water. They still provide drinking water in plastic bottles in spite of their claim to be sustainable. This is a fast fading Hotel sitting on its past glory.
