Terrible stay: bad service, rundown smoking rooms, seems under construct'n and very scary experience. Avoid!

I booked prepaid taxi from airport and went hotel very smoothly. All the staff of the the sea-lord hotel are very cordial. Being opposite to marine drive the hotel is located very appropriately. The quality of the food is very good. The service of the attendants was also very nice. They have provided all the facilities and amenities.

Location of the hotel is good, cleanliness is also fine but maintenance is not up to the mark. Food is also very average

Below average. Food not great. Bath shower pressure is too low. One cant take shower as water pressure is too low.

The hotel is terribly overpriced for the facilities. The electric sockets in the room was not working. The electric kettle was leaking

The hotel is not maintained well. It's very old and the parking was a disaster. Felt very dingy and not worth the cost

The oldest and first hotel in Kochi, Kerala. It was opened some 4 decades ago and still stands strong and proud. This is our second home in Kochi. We have been staying here everytime when we are in Kochi since 2005, more than 20 times. I used to bring group of 10-20 people together with my family members to attend 7 days retreat at Divine Retreat centre Potta, after which we would spend couple of days in other parts of Kochi sightseeing. It was very refreshing after the retreat and sightseeing. Finally we will spend couple of days here. Our stays have been very pleasant and happy. Everything is nearby at walking distance and convenient. The Broadway shopping, The Oven Bakery, the famous cool and serene Marine Drive, facing the famous Fort Kochi where many historical buildings are there, especially the Jewish Synagogue. You can take a boat or drive to this places. Thanks to Udaya Sankar Sankarapillai, Retheesh Thankappan, Liben P. Joy and Roopa Sree, F& B, Housekeeping, doorman Sinu and all the staff for their kind assistance and making our stay a memorabe one. Friendly staff,excellent service, delicious cuisines, especially the breakfast. God willing, we will return next year. God bless you all and your families always we pray.

No parking no room service rooms are like old house not worth for 4500 per day. Nothing il be better
