Casino Hotel - Cgh Earth, Cochin

The stay was good, the food was ok, and the staff were really nice.

Nice budget stay for business travel.

The Hotel is lacated on an Island named Willingdon Island, near the Harbour and near the old train station, which is closed. To get to Kochi city, a car or a taxy is mandatory. The hotel is very confortabel and the hospitality is excellent. Our room was big and clean. We enjoyed swimming in the pool, which was also in an excellent condition. Especially we enjoyed the restaurant for breakfast and dinner. The reatsurant team was always very friendly and the chefs made an excellent job. On one of the fotos can be seen, how they prepared the food live. We were glad, that they had an buffet, because we didn't know the names of all the indian dishes, but we where able to look how the food lokes like and than decide to eat, what looks an smells the best. Every dish was very tasty. We stayed only two nights. To short. Kochi is very interesting und you can stay several days and you won't be able to see everything.

This was my second time here with a gap of 3 years in between and much hasn't changed - for good. The property still reserves its old world charm with colonial and keralean influence. Decked with Tanjore paintings and with the photographs of the erstwhile kochin kingdom ***** with few of its rulers, the halls, walkways and common guest areas are a delight to the eyes. The rooms are spacious and dining was a delight, the food is really filling and fresh. The only downside I noted this time was the breakfast which was really dull, bland and lacked varieties and also the limited parking space remains the same, they do have valet parking though. They have a lengthy pool and an ambient poolside with beautifully catered lawns. The neighborhood is really calm and quiet but not so far away from necessities - they have a taxi stand, ATMs, petrol bunks, hospital and other conveniences nearby. This place is best for people who enjoy staying a little far away from the hustle and traffic of the city but not being too detached from the vibe of the city. A good place to bring kids and elders alike or for business travel cause they have excellent wifi round the clock with spacious board rooms and lounges. The staff continues to maintain the famed CGH Earth hospitality, they are really cordial, helpful and friendly and the room service was prompt without any delays. The cherry on the cake is that they have books kept everywhere even in rooms for a short read. I really enjoyed the stay with my parents and will definitely return, hoping that the breakfast issue will be solved then.

The rooms are very comfortable and the service is excellent. The buffet is a must try and the stewards are quite eyeful for your needs. Our steward was jaigin who was on his toes to make the experience for us all the whole quite memorable and comfortable.

Very nice, clean and good service provided especially by the food server Mr Jaigin Jacob who provided us with excellent service throughout our stay. I would highly recommend it for anyone visiting Kochin. Location is good , easy to reach the places of interest.

The hotel was amazing, more importantly the service was top notch. Everything we asked for we got. Food was amazing. Sanika at the front desk made sure we were comfortable at all times. Thanks to the ****** hotel for providing us with an amazing stay! Loved it!

The room is spacious…service was excellent and the staff was very friendly and helpful to us….Dinner was great and we had a great time…the outdoor and indoor interiors are amazing….Excellent pool facilities and amazing views….Thanks to all the staffs
