Excellent location, check in and check out was a breeze! breakfast was yummy as well, with a more kerala spread. I would definitely stay here again!

A look wise room was good but operationally it was pathetic. Price of such room is 7k per night worthless. I’ll tell you why. I was allotted a mini suite room without a smart tv. How come suite room does not have a smart tv. A doors of room ***** with internal washroom and all was literally giving scary noises like the cracked ones. Apart from that shower oh my god i was so happy at-least it was in working condition pathetic. And most importantly hospitality from staff not at all welcoming.

It was an average saty, nothing wow as it was mentioned in previous reviews i had read here, breakfast items can be increased

We stayed in Renai Kochi for 4 days and the stay was excellent. The front desk is very courteous and the check in and check-out processes are fast. The rooms are excellent. We.came for an official scientific meeting . Whatever we told our Sous chef, he made sure that he got it made.foe breakfast. We had.colleqvuea from North and they have not eaten kerala.delicacies like puttu,.kadala and Idiyappam. All these were made with authentic taste. We had amazing 4 day.stay in Renai Kochi and the food will be in our memory for long time ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

The property location is good as i normally travel to kerala for work purpose and the location has easy access, i have stayed in renai earlier and had pleasant experience but this time the room experience was not up to the mark, it was not as per the standard expected. I was very unhappy with this.

Good location, friendly staff, great food, clean comfortable rooms. Very good service overall. Highly recommend renai to anyone looking for a good accommodation in kochi.

Bed linenen are not fine cleaned, just one towel in wash room, no in house chap-pal there in the room

Had a great stay at renai cochin and it was worth the experience for the amount spent for the booking considering the facilities offered there. The people at the the reception were so friendly in communicating and were ready to accept our opinions too especially ms. Stony pal and mr. Johns y joy who always had a smiling face listening to the guests needs. The food at the renai was so good and there were numerous foods to taste which were mouth watering. One who book rooms there should definitely visit the black pearl chinese restaurant at the 5th floor where there were a variety of chinese foods to explore. Special mention should be made about mr. Tony and mr. Jit kumar in that restaurant who were so pleasing in their character and they took time to explain the taste of different dishes there at the restaurant and i found that they both spend time at each table to attend the guests communicating with them. The room at renai was so clean and i would give it 5/5. Finally the buffet breakfast which was arranged at the 1st floor had variety of dishes catering to the taste of people from any place with different varieties and almost all the dishes were excellent. Would love to be there when i visit kochi again

Front desk, other staff behavior and food are good. I feel the bed and pillows provided are not smooth and spongy but feel hard, not comfortable, to me.

The breakfast buffet was ok. Rooms were also average. We had a cigarette smell in our non-smoking room one night.

Good stay though ac temperature is very cold. I recommend to everyone. Clean place and overall rooms are clean
