Hotel in zona Foot Locker, Coblenza

Glücklicherweise konnten wir einen öffentlichen Parkplatz direkt vor dem Hotel ergattern und der Parkuhr eine 24-Stunden-Buchung entlocken. Denn die schmale Einfahrt zur Hotelgarage sowie ein Parkliftsystem ist für unsere „Familienkutsche“ ungeeignet (Erfahrungswerte!). Verständigung mit dem Rezeptionspersonal recht „holprig“ mangels ausreichend guter Deutschkenntnisse von deren Seite. Eine an uns übergebene Zugangskarte für Zimmer und Hotelaußentür (ab definierte Abenduhrzeit einzige Möglichkeit ins Gebäude zu gelangen) war nicht freigeschaltet. Zimmer war für unsere „Ansprüche“ gut (erstaunlich für diese Hotelkategorie -＞ Kühlschrank für die Kühlung selbst mitzubringender Dinge vorhanden) Frühstück: Quark für Musli habe ich vermisst und leider nur die stark zuckerhaltigen Fertigcerealien vorgefunden. Ergo lieber gleich verzichtet. Weil mir der Meerrettich bzw. die Meerrettichsahne nicht zu den anderen Lebensmitteln passend schien habe ich nachgefragt, wozu dieser gedacht sei… Mit dem Wort Meerrettich konnte der „Frühstücksservice“ nichts angefangen. Also habe ich gefragt, ob diese „Zutat“ für „salmon“ gedacht sei. Daraufhin wurde mir erklärt, dass der Lachs aus sei (ca. 9:30 / gefrühstückt wird wohl im „Schichtsystem“, nachdem wir bei Anreise gefragt wurden, in welchem „Zeitfenster“ wir zu frühstücken besnsichtigen). Sehr irritierend - wir konnten nämlich unmittelbar zuvor direkt beobachten, wie eine nich halb volle Platte mit Lachsaufschnitt in die Küche getragen worden war. Wollte sich das Personal für‘s eigene Frühstück (auch das hatten wir beobachten können) diese Leckerei exklusiv „sichern“?

Il check-in era un affare lungo, ci fu assolutamente un uomo che aspettava di pagare per un paio di bottiglie d'acqua dal frigo, giuro che l'acqua era calda al momento in cui ha avuto la possibilità di pagare per loro!!! Ho letto un precedente recensione sul personale e ho dovuto dire che una delle ragazze che facevano il controllo sembrava piuttosto spaventosa, il nostro controllo sulla ragazza era ragionevolmente piacevole ma l'altra ti ha fatto sentire come se fossi in una cella di polizia!!! In ogni caso, l'hotel deve essere piuttosto vecchio ma moderno e ben mantenuto. Camera decente, pulita con mini frigo contenente bevande complimentarie come Coca Cola, acqua di birra e un paio di cioccolatini che erano un bel toccamento, tè e caffè nella stanza. L'unica cosa che era un po' strano era che se non avessi scelto di fare un servizio in camera (che ti ha dato un buono per un drink gratuito, che è stato spinto sotto la tua porta), qualcuno sarebbe entrato ancora nella tua stanza per riempire il frigo. Ci fermiamo per due notti e abbiamo scelto questo a causa della situazione di Covid. Ha un con d'aria ma non funziona così bene, molto più freddo che passa attraverso la finestra aperta, abbiamo avuto il più freddo e la velocità del ventilatore più alta e era piuttosto goffo. Il parcheggio è stato molto amichevole, il parcheggio è stato molto carino, il parcheggio è stato molto carino, il centro conferenze è stato molto carino, il biglietto è stato convalidato per un piccolo sconto. Ho dato un rating inferiore solo per il letto forte, il personale spaventoso e il cattivo aria condizionata, sono sicuro che tutte queste cose potrebbero essere facilmente rettificate.

Molte cose positive sono già state detto su questo alloggio e siamo stati generalmente entusiasti anche di questo. Siamo stati qui in dicembre e avevamo due camere diverse: una stanza sul pavimento con una camera molto spaziosa (molto nuova) e una camera più piccola sul primo piano con una stanza relativamente vecchia. Le camere sono buone, ma non fantastiche: molto date e l'acqua nel doccia al primo piano non scorreva correttamente. Prima di mattina (se ricordamo bene già alle 6:00!) le campane della chiesa iniziarono a suonare e questo è molto notabile se dormite con le finestre aperte. Forse qualcosa da ricordare se si intende venire in questo luogo in estate, La posizione dell'abbey/hotel è sul bordo del (attualmente fuori) Bendorf ed è assolutamente fantastica: tranquillamente situato tra gli alberi e le colline e quindi un buon punto di partenza per diverse passeggiate . In combinazione con la neve, questo si sentiva davvero come una favola. La sala colazione è anche la zona di check-in e ristorante, a 5 / 10-minute passo dalla abbaia. Il colazione è lussuoso e esteso e è possibile ordinare articoli aggiuntivi come questo come pane extra o tè/caffè. Abbiamo anche cena qui la sera e il cibo era altrettanto buono. Tutto in tutto: camere ragionevoli, ma soprattutto un luogo fantastico con buon colazione e cena.

I regretfully have to share my dreadful experience at this hotel. From the moment I walked through the doors, I knew I had made a terrible choice. The lobby was outdated and shabby, setting the tone for the rest of my stay. The room was a disaster. It was as if they hadn't been renovated in decades. The furnishings were worn and tattered, the carpet was stained, and the bathroom had a musty odor that wouldn't go away. It was clear that cleanliness was not a priority here, as I found hair in the sheets and mold in the corners. The staff were far from accommodating. They were indifferent to my complaints and seemed more interested in chatting among themselves than assisting guests. When I asked for help with my luggage, I was met with a half-hearted effort. The noise level in the hotel was intolerable. Thin walls and rowdy guests made it impossible to get a good night's sleep. It felt like I was sharing a room with the entire hotel. The breakfast they provided was an absolute joke. Stale pastries and watery coffee were the only options available. It was a disappointing start to each day of my stay. In summary, my stay at this hotel was a nightmare. It was a grim reminder of how important it is to thoroughly research and read reviews before booking accommodation. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy.
