Stayed a couple of nights in this Hotel on our recent trip to Japan and it was the best of the lot. From the moment you are greeted at reception on the 17th Floor the service you get is excellent at this hotel. The room was a good size and the 3 of us had enough room. It was very clean with a great bathroom and a wonderfully powerful shower. The supplied cotton pyjamas were so good we ended up buying a set to take away. The breakfast was very good, a standard buffet with Japanese items available as well. Plus its the only breakfast I've had where sparkling wine was available. The terrace bar is also based on the 17th floor and has a great view of the city and a good selection of Japanese whiskeys and cocktails. We had dinner one night at the steakhouse which served us with the best Wagyu beef we had in Japan. If we are in Kobe again we will stay in this hotel. The staff were very attentive and always did their best to please us and the quality of the accommodation and the food was excellent.

E'famoso per il miglior colazione del mondo, ma non so come fare la cena. Ho prenotato un'ora di vacanza francese da un sito ufficiale. Il tempo è buono, quindi ho camminato da tre palazzi. Yuan Xiaohua è un po'piu' vicino all'hotel. Ho aggiornato la reception, quindi sono fortunato, felice, la stanza è chiusa, quindi ho bisogno di alcune tecniche per aprirlo. La stanza è classica, ma non so come il commutatore della stanza, c'è un pulsante accanto alla bara, ma ci sono voluto un po'di tempo, Il bagno è stato rinnovato, spazioso e pulito, e il giardino è anche un giardino.Posso ospitare due persone, peraltro, quando sono andato a cena, il gruppo locale mi ha chiesto se posso andare in un altro posto in maggio, e sono stato guidato in una stanza sola vuota. Posso parlare lentamente, quindi non mi sono aspettato troppo perché era casuale, ma sembrava che una volta per tutte spiegasse che il pesce principale e la carne erano intrecciati sul panno, che era come un piatto intero. Il sapore e la quantità sono soddisfacenti. La colazione è buona, ma voglio mangiare una cena calda in inverno freddo. Grande concierge e servizio per tutti i dipendenti. E' davvero utile e apprezziamo davvero il servizio eccellente di tutta l'equipaggio. Hotel a grande scala a Kobe. Un po 'data per i suoi 30 anni di storia dell'hotel ancora molto pulito e confortevole. Attrezzature e strutture sono davvero buone. Bambini giochi, golf indoor, palestra, giardino giapponese, negozi, parcheggio, ristoranti, ecc. Anche il buffet per colazione è di valore. Un altro punto più importante è che vi sono hotel di animali domestici nella zona fuori dall'edificio principale. La posizione è fantastica, solo pochi passi verso la zona portuale e BeKobe. Durante il nostro soggiorno, c'è il festival Kobe hanabi e la posizione del nostro hotel è il più vantaggioso. Parcheggio interno con tariffa.

その名のとおり、神戸港の一角で、温泉が楽しめます。一階に外来入浴可能な温泉、10階には宿泊客専用の温泉があります。一階の温泉はツツジの紅と新緑の若葉に囲まれており、庭池の緋鯉、いや鮒かな？、にでもなった気分でのんびり休めます。10回の温泉からは海、空が見渡せ、雄大な気分になれます。部屋は温泉旅館とホテルの融合スタイルなのか、半分畳部屋様です。畳部分は使いませんでした。外には広いバルコニーがあり、海が見降ろせます。食事はビュッフェスタイルで、慌ただしい感じ。リゾートホテルなのか、温泉旅館なのか、不思議な感じです。

All the staff were very polite and welcoming. The check in and check out procedure was fast even though there was a lot of people queueing, it took me 5 minutes to finish that process. The staff were very helpful to bring my luggage up to my room. The room was small, but it was very comfortable to stay. The view from the hotel room was extremely nice. I booked this hotel because I would like to use the swimming pool, but I didn’t know that I need to pay entrance fee in order to use their swimming pool. The view from the gym and the swimming pool was extremely beautiful.  I recommend this hotel to you all because all the transportation and convenience store are exactly near the hotel (Shikensen 新幹線/ local subway 地下鐵/ local bus) there’s a lot of attraction near the hotel as well. Some special information: if you would like to use the swimming pool, they will charge you around 2000 yen or more need to check it in their website ;)

My wife and I stayed 3 nights in October of 2019 just before the pandemic struck. We love Kobe and return often. This was our first experience with the Hotel La Suite Harborland. It was absolutely scrumptious. The room was truly giant and very well appointed by Japanese standards. Everything was luxurious and the details were never slighted. We love classical architecture and decoration and the La Suite had those in spades. Service for breakfast was a little slow but the overall quality of the presentation was nearly perfect. The location on the harbor provides a very nice view and access to the boardwalk along the Kobe waterfront. We'll definitely return.

Ci vogliono solo pochi minuti a piedi per le strade del negozio o JR.L'hotel lobby è al secondo piano, solo le cassette a mano sono disponibili. L'ascensore dell'album deve essere portato alla porta posteriore e avere un grande bagaglio è più difficile. Inoltre, tutti gli altri aspetti sono buoni, e anche il torta fritta

This is my favorite hotel when i need to stay in Kobe Sannomiya a few days. Impeccably clean, fairly large rooms with comfortable big king-size bed. My favorite part is the hotel's public bath, incl. sauna, ofuro, cold plunge bath, it's my highlight every morning and evening.

La posizione non è molto buona nel centro della città che sarebbe stato super alto, ma 5-10 min passeggiata alle strade principali. Quando ci siamo recati, abbiamo chiesto una stanza tranquilla, e abbiamo detto loro che era una parte della luna di miele, ci hanno dato una piccola carta e la stanza era abbastanza tranquilla. Alberghi sapienti, la maggior parte delle cose che devi portare sul piano della ricezione, ho trovato che l'acqua che si scontrava dalla ricezione era un po'nunica ma non molto. 2021年4月にOPENなのでとてもきれいな施設です。三宮の駅も近く東門街にあります。近くにはローソンやセブンイレブンもあります。温泉もあります。部屋はとてもシンプルで近代的。冷蔵庫は小さいですがありますので飲み物は保管できます。お掃除が毎日入らないエコなプランもあります。部屋にはポットはありませんが、1Fレストランスペースで24時間コーヒーや紅茶などのサービスがあります。テレビもとても大きく、You Tubeやネットフリックスなどもインストールされているので自分のアカウントで見ることが出来ます。コインランドリーもあります。洗濯だけなら　6Kg　300円　しかも洗剤投入必要はありません。コロナの為価格をさげているのかもしれませんがとてもお勧めのホテルです。無料Wifiは快適です。

L'ho usato per la prima volta.E'molto conveniente perché vicino alla stazione di tre palazzi, ci sono molte strutture e ristoranti commerciali vicino.C'è una strada principale davanti, ma la stanza è molto tranquilla.Il personale 々 mi sento anche bene. Anche dopo la partenza, posso conservare alcune valigie. La stanza è molto pulita e può raggiungere il paesaggio urbano.Il buffet (mediastra) è anche delizioso e il costo di alloggio è ragionevole.Cinque minuti a piedi possono raggiungere la stazione turistica di bus ～ 6 minuti.

Non male, rispetto a quello di 16 metri quadrati che viveva nei giorni precedenti, questo 18 metri quadrati è davvero più grande e spazio vasto.Lo spazio di magazzino è stato progettato molto ragionevolmente.Il paese in Giappone come oro in pollici è molto impressionante. Come dire la posizione dell'hotel. Come sono i miei abitudini, camminare oltre dieci minuti dal metro e dal centro commerciale non è il migliore. Questo camminare fino a tre palazzi non è molto male. Ma non sulla strada principale, quindi è vero che il silenzio è vero.

Penso che sia il livello di hotel commerciali sul prezzo di un hotel domestico, ma l'atmosfera è come un piccolo hotel europeo.Il mobilio della sala e della stanza è inglese e classico, molto carino, anche se la posizione è buona, ma molto tranquillo, la colazione è deliziosa, lo consiglio davvero. (ma non voglio essere saputo troppo ...) vivo al primo piano.La dimensione e l'atmosfera sono le stesse delle piante standard, ma c'è una macchina da caffè a forma di caffè nella stanza.Ci sono (con una lunga storia di caramelle) e la testa di caramelle sono Refa, quindi ci sono differenze casuali. Inoltre, pomeriggio, ho goduto di molte torte e bevande personali gratis.Sono molto grato di poter tornare dal tour e rilassarmi tra la cena.(la torta sembra essere diventata un disco secco da ４.) Il personale è anche molto gentile e amichevole. E'una risposta molto piacevole.Inoltre, quando vivo a Shenhu, voglio vivere in questo hotel, voglio andare a Shenhu di nuovo, perché c'è questo hotel.

來日本很多次，第一次住酒店，這個酒店給我印象很好，以後短期行程都會選擇酒店 首先位置非常好，就在三宮站附近，不管是去哪裡都很方便，樓下有711還有很多連鎖餐飲店可以選擇，好吃又實惠 自助入住很方便，機器有中文，一樓大堂提供各種日用品，防曬卸粧油洗面奶化粧水保濕乳甚至面膜發膜都有，真的是可以什麼都不用帶，太方便了，也有提供煎茶粉和茶包咖啡 定的是大床房，房間是真的小，但好在有窗户，窗户還可以欣賞日落時分的天際線，設施其實是都有的，如果是1個人其實很合適，以後會考慮定21平米的雙床房 房間很乾凈，感覺設施也維護的挺好，需要的話可以每天要求打掃，打掃的也很乾凈，毛巾也可以每天換 退房以後還可以行李寄存，我們去淡路島過夜一個晚上，行李寄存了兩天也完全沒問題，真的很方便，特別滿意，以後會經常考慮這個品牌

There problem with the reservation and it took a little bit of extra time but the lovely staff ladies took care of everything as well as they possibly could and for that I am thankful as the staff did all they could for corporate problems with the booking company
