Hotel is centrally located - easy to drive around with the parking lots behind. I highly recommend the triple room for families ! A lot of space ! We greatly enjoyed our stay! The Indian restaurant has great tandoori chicken- give it a try! Thank you again !!!

Un soggiorno eccezionale! Il servizio di servizio frontale superava le aspettative con la loro attenzione e professionalità. Fantastic view of the harbor from the hotel room, which is located next to a water front park. The hotel is a bit classic but clean and reasonably comfortable. It was a pleasant stay for my family on our one day visit to Kobe.

It was a lovely hotel- location was great just 3 mins walk from Kobe sanomiya train station. And the hotel looks and smells new. Check in was a breeze via the machine but there is always someone friendly to help. They even have complimentary drinks and dessert each night 8-10pm. The triple room is spacious with enough room to open luggages. A very good find with the price point and location. 24 hour Don DONKI is just opposite the hotel. Will definitely stay again

Room and bed much larger than expected for a solo traveller like me at such a bargain. Vintage-style design with elements of clock faces seen throughout the hotel. I especially like how they use clock faces and clock arms to represent the floors the elevators are at. Local is convenient, close to the Sannomiya Subway station. The overall experience was great and I would consider booking this again if I had the chance to return to Kobe.

Shower booth was amazing. I actually really enjoyed the shower sitting down. I thought it was small at first, but it was great. Room was spacious than the others hotel I stayed in japan. Clean and nice. Location was great also. I would stay there again.

Room was HUGE and so new! View was wonderful and location so good too. Minutes from shopping and eateries. Highly recommended for families and anyone needing huge space. Price was so much more affordable too, considering hotels in Osaka will probably be double or more for a room so big.

Il luogo è bello e pulito. La posizione è situata nel centro di KOBE, che è circondato da tutti i negozi di marchi e vicino a camminare per strada. L'atmosfera è tranquilla e bella. Molto consigliato . Considerando una stanza è leggermente grande rispetto ad un hotel normale nella zona di Kansai

The location is fantastic. Beautiful and well maintained hotel. However, after observing one of the staff members my first thought was 'MOTTAINAI”.
Because, the female foreign staff named Hou has exhibited a low level of behavior for this hotel. Her eyes looked unfriendly, because she never had a smile. In fact, she made a remark and criticism about my question. It became clear to me she is the unprofessional type who is not suitable for such a nice hotel.
Photos are from room #507 where carpets had noticeable stains.

MMeowVanThe service was impeccable. The staff were very friendly and generally able to communicate in English. Their service is so good that they wipe down all your luggage upon arrival at the hotel, and my bags came out cleaner than when I came!
The food also left us speechless. I’ve never tasted such a delicious meal, and I consider myself a foodie. The dishes were prepared fresh right in front of us. Every detail was attended to, from presentation to taste. It deserves a 100% without a doubt. Since I had a food allergy, they were careful to leave out the allergen in all the foods. I was really thankful for that, because it’s not always a given at Asian restaurants.
The establishment itself is dated, but that’s why we chose it in the first place- to feel the aura of tradition. Having said that though, it was slightly inconvenient that there was no shower inside our room. However, it wasn’t too much of a problem because the shared shower/onsen room was just a short distance from our room, and it was generally not occupied. When we stayed there, there was a storm going on, so the the rain crashing on the window and the outside blinds gave off a spooky feeling, which added to the sense of adventure.

TTanGrande posizione! È circa 2-3 minuti a piedi dalla partenza JR Sannomiya. C'è un 7-11 accanto all'hotel e molti ristoranti vicini. Mi è stato dato un aggiornamento gratuito in una camera doppia! Le strutture e i pigiama sono disponibili al lobby. Ci è anche una lavastoviglie e una macchina di vendita disponibile al livello 2.
Il buffet per colazione è più simile a quello giapponese come riso, natto, soppa di miso, verdura e pesce.

LLucky101I recently stayed at the Kobe Sannomiya Tokyu Rei Hotel during my visit to the Kobe Exhibition, and I must say it was an excellent choice. The location is ideal, just a 15-minute subway ride to the exhibition center, with a direct line making the journey straightforward and hassle-free.
The hotel's proximity to the subway is a major plus, offering seamless travel around the city. Notably, there's only one line change required to get to Osaka, making it convenient for day trips or additional business meetings.
Surrounding the hotel, you'll find a plethora of restaurants catering to all tastes, ensuring you won't go hungry. Additionally, there's a massage center nearby, perfect for relaxing after a long day of activities. For those traveling by night buses, the station is conveniently close, making late-night travel plans easy to manage.
While the hotel amenities were generally good, I did miss the availability of free coffee, which would have been a nice touch. However, this was a minor issue in an otherwise excellent stay.
Overall, I highly recommend the Kobe Sannomiya Tokyu Rei Hotel for its prime location, convenience, and the abundance of nearby facilities. It’s an ideal choice for anyone visiting Kobe, whether for business or leisure.

CCookie118Location is really good 5 - 10 minute walk from the train station (sannomiya) and ikuta jinja. Their is also a matusya right next to the hotel that is 24 hour, so it is perfectly for breakfast and dinner. There is also a lawsons 30 seconds away which is very convenient. The room was very clean and the amenities were very good too. The staff at the front desk also spoke some English, which made the check-in and check-out much easier, plus it was 24h too. I didn't have any issues but if you do the staff will be able to help you.

Abbiamo ritardato il treno da Kansai, quindi siamo arrivati un po' tardi ad Arima, cercando di chiamare la navetta ma non è stato possibile, quindi siamo saliti sulla collina che pensavamo fosse solo una piccola distanza, ma era molto, finalmente siamo arrivati all'hotel alle 7: 30:00 un po' prima del loro ultimo controllo pubblicato alle 8:00. Abbiamo ricevuto la notizia che la cena non servirà dopo le 7:00, abbiamo fatto tutto il possibile per niente. Avrebbero dovuto anche pubblicare che sul sito web per evitare che persone come noi pianifichino un viaggio a Arima per sperimentare fuori dal cibo, ma anche per i pasti tradizionali giapponesi. Dopo i negoziati, tuttavia, ci hanno servito la cena, e era deliziosa e dolce.
Oltre alla piccola questione del pranzo, questo posto è pulito e tranquillo, il personale è stato molto bello e attento, le nostre persone sono rilassanti e abbiamo un buon sonno notturno.
Si consiglia ancora di questo hotel, ma ricorda di raccontargli il vostro orario di arrivo e prenotare il bus.

UUtente anonimoThis hotel location is in Shin Kobe JR station, convenient only if you want to have an easy commute to JR Shinkansen. Otherwise, I do not recommend staying this area as Sannomiya option is much better for more central location to connect to places even though the subway line is underneath this hotel as well. Things I don't like about the hotel is that it's old and travel during winter has no cold AC as it's central heating and dry, you cannot change the AC temperature. Breakfast is quite good so I suggest you to try it if you stay here (the hotel will give you two options - regular buffet or japanese set, I recommend the regular as it is buffet with options and you can find local Japanese food item there too).

Cching kitIl bus di bambù è solo un viaggio sconveniente. Se vuoi andare alla stazione di bambù è molto conveniente. La macchina di vendita automatica non ha latte, ma c'è birra, la notte e il giorno ha un pannello gratuito. La stanza è grande e confortevole, ma non c'è nessuna struttura di bambù, caldo e confortevole, e c'è un riassunto storico.

辦理手續很簡單，服務態度挺好。房間確實很大，設備有點舊，但是乾淨就挺好。各種洗簌的用品都提供，熱水也足。環境挺安靜除了地毯比較陳舊其他都很nice 很滿意👍

KkarekarekareBook a female dorm room for 4 people, but I was alone so have the room for myself. The bed is futon style, a thin foam and then the futon mattress itself. We get a new white sheet upon check in. There's a thin full body mirror, small rack for suitcases and personal belongings, but if you need to, there's also safe box near staff room. The female dorm room is on the 2nd floor, next to the shared kitchen so you can kinda hear other guests cooking or working on their laptop with the wifi. You can have your coffe, tea, cup ramen and even light cooking is allowed as they provided the pans, and also some seasonings. The sink and the toilet is next to it, hairdryers are available and the toilet has bidet seat.
The shower room are on the b1f floor, which a little bit of hassle because you have to pass the staff room everytime. You can wash & dry you clothes too in the utility room next to it, but I dont know if they charge or not. Another kitchen and TV room is also here. Rental towels, bath robe, one time use shaver are also available.
Over all a pleasant place if you only looking to for a place to sleep, and wash your self. It's 5 minutes walk from Oishi station. There's a small river near too which also a nice place for a small walk.
