昼食付き入浴で訪問しました。 前もって予約が必要のようで、前日にホームページみたら締め切ってましたので電話をすると受け付けてくれました。 佳月御膳と言う秋限定メニューをお願いしましたがとてもハイレベルで最高でした。3000円でお風呂も入れてとてもお得だと感じました。 お風呂は歩行湯や打たせ湯などバラェティ豊かです。 サウナは遠赤外線ヒーターを周囲に配置した簡易的なサウナで熱量が少ないのでこれから冬になると暖まられないと思われました。 サウナーには物足りないかも知れません。 温泉はラジウム泉で加水なし、加温有りですが、掛け流しでは無いようですがとても温まり気持ちよかったです。 湯上がりサロンではフリードリンクサーバーが有りますし、神戸ウォーターも飲めますのでいたれりつくせりでした。

Volevamo fare colazione e interrogare l'hotel. Hanno condiviso che il ristorante non era aperto. Ci siamo seduti nel lobby per cercare altre opzioni, quando il signore al desk è passato e ha detto che il ristorante era aperto e pronto per noi. Ci sono stati saluti caldamente dal proprietario, che ci ha informato che era limitata in alcuni punti quella mattina. Non c'è problema per noi, abbiamo ordinato il nostro cibo. Tutto è stato così buono che i miei figli hanno finito di ordinare il secondo pasto. Non è stato fino a quando non abbiamo pagato e siamo andati via e la ringrazio per aver scusato per non avere un menu ”completo”, ma è stata chiusa finché l'hotel non l'ha chiamata e le ha chiesto se poteva servirci.Non sono sicuro che molti luoghi offrano questo livello di servizio siamo così grati e grati per tutto ciò che ha fatto per noi. Pros: service, amenities, Western and Japanese style rooms, food, location Cons: there is no elevator in this old Japanese building, so prepare to walk up stairs; the wifi reception in our room was not reliable We had an absolutely amazingly relaxing stay during our 3-day-2-night trip, enjoying the peace Tocen Goshobo had to offer, as well as their exceptional customer service. I searched high and low to finally find this ryokan with very specific amenities. Since my elderly parents had issues with getting up from the floor had we stayed in a traditional ryokan only, while I wanted to enjoy the full traditional ryokan experience, the Deluxe Suite with Private Hot Spring and Sauna was the perfect compromise for both our wants and needs. The Deluxe Suite has both two full sized western beds that were perfect for my parents, and the tatami sitting room that could be closed off for me to sleep in with my super comfy futon bedding. By no means is the room and experience itself a compromise, as my father kept calling it the ‘Presidential suite’ since it was on the top floor, and we had abundant space with our own onsen attached to the room! The room can fit 6 total guests, and has a secret playroom, a seating nook/area with perfect natural light, a dining room with regular table and chairs (in other ryokans, my tall Caucasian husband commented on how much he missed having actual chairs with space for your legs to stretch when seated), an office, a powder room, two bidet toilets rooms, a space to prepare tea with its own sink in the tatami room, and let’s not forget the massage chair. The room was clean, tastefully appointed, had everything we needed and plenty of space to either gather, or spend some ‘me time’. We opted for breakfast and dinner at the inn, which we looked forward to each day. The breakfast was pleasant and filling, while the kaiseki dinners were amazing. Kobe beef was featured as well as plenty of seafood both nights. We had a great time with our host, Yoshinori Tatebe-san, who tolerated my many questions of ‘what is this?’ or ‘how do we eat this?!’; his professionalism absolutely made our meals a tremendous delight! The location of the ryokan/onsen is ideal, walking distance to everything and right next to a bus stop. It’s in the heart of the Arima area, which has many temples, restaurants, and shops to explore. One cannot deny the outstanding customer service Tocen Goshobo’s team offers. Shout out to Hatsumi and Matsu at the front desk, making sure we were well taken care of, offering absolutely above and beyond service! When Hatsumi was helping me get settled on my first day arrival, I had asked her about the beautiful tokonoma (alcove) that was in the wa****su (tatami room). Unfortunately, I had asked so many questions she couldn’t quite answer me fully! Quando sono arrivato con il mio amico, siamo stati saluti caldamente all'ingresso e abbiamo spiegato tutto all'ufficio di fronte. Dopo l'ispezione, la signora ci ha mostrato e spiegato le camere comuni e il bagno. Le camere erano molto buone. La zona del caffè è anche molto buona. Beh, posso continuare per sempre così. Storia lunga breve consiglio molto questo hotel, soprattutto per le coppie. Solo il prezzo non permette di venire qui più spesso ^^. Hanno anche un servizio di navetta, anche così la stazione è a soli 5 minuti a piedi dal ryokan. Ma immagino che per gli anziani o per le persone con bagagli pesanti che potrebbero essere di aiuto. Il colazione era grande, con le signore di Kimono spiegando un po' e la vista era bella. La maggior parte dei ristoranti si chiude la sera, così possiamo vedere molte persone che stanno sconvolgendo i negozi confortevoli ^^. Quanto alla maggior parte degli hotel: il personale è quello che fa la differenza. E qui gli ringrazio speciale. Molto gentile, amichevole e utile. Spero che ci saranno di nuovo quando arriverò la prossima volta. consigli di miglioramento: nessuna chiusura in uno dei Onsen. Anche il telefono non aveva una descrizione, quindi non nemmeno una persona giapponese sa quale numero chiamare. - . Anche per me personalmente vorrei che le ore di apertura per la zona del caffè fossero più lunghe. E'cosi' comodo lì ^^.

９階建てのホテルで、駐車場もあります。洋風のロビー（B1）が素敵です。二連泊したのは五階のツインでベランダ付き。調光式のランプなので使い勝手が良かったです。首揉み器や有線の設備があるのはレトロ感があって懐かしい。この日は満月でピンクムーン。金泉の湯舟からピンクムーンが見えてとても良かったです。翌日の夜にも少し欠けた満月が山の上に見えてダブルラッキー！朝食はセットメニューで美味しかったです。入り口付近に飲み物やデザート類があるのもいいです。メニューは日替わりで半分近く変わるので、連泊にも向いています。有馬温泉のホテルの中でも、リーズナブルな値段で宿泊できるホテルです。

L'aspetto dell'hotel è come un castello, come il Museo Nazionale olandese.Il parcheggio dovrebbe essere ampio e gratuito.Viveva per diverse notti consecutive nella stanza giapponese del terzo piano, con una grande superficie, １０ centimetro, e un mini balcone. La cena e la colazione sono tutti mangiati nel ristorante Catrea.Questo è un buffet giapponese, occidentale e cinese, un'ampia varietà di menu, la cucina aperta offre anche biscottini, succo e pesce di pesce.In particolare, le fragole e i curry sono molto deliziosi.Ma spero che il fruttato sia １００％. Grandi laghi pubblici sono grandi, con vari tipi di laghi, come laghi, Utase-yu, Yomogi no Kaiyu e laghi aperti Kinsen per riscaldare il vostro corpo.
