All the staff were very polite and welcoming. The check in and check out procedure was fast even though there was a lot of people queueing, it took me 5 minutes to finish that process. The staff were very helpful to bring my luggage up to my room. The room was small, but it was very comfortable to stay. The view from the hotel room was extremely nice. I booked this hotel because I would like to use the swimming pool, but I didn’t know that I need to pay entrance fee in order to use their swimming pool. The view from the gym and the swimming pool was extremely beautiful.  I recommend this hotel to you all because all the transportation and convenience store are exactly near the hotel (Shikensen 新幹線/ local subway 地下鐵/ local bus) there’s a lot of attraction near the hotel as well. Some special information: if you would like to use the swimming pool, they will charge you around 2000 yen or more need to check it in their website ;)

E'famoso per il miglior colazione del mondo, ma non so come fare la cena. Ho prenotato un'ora di vacanza francese da un sito ufficiale. Il tempo è buono, quindi ho camminato da tre palazzi. Yuan Xiaohua è un po'piu' vicino all'hotel. Ho aggiornato la reception, quindi sono fortunato, felice, la stanza è chiusa, quindi ho bisogno di alcune tecniche per aprirlo. La stanza è classica, ma non so come il commutatore della stanza, c'è un pulsante accanto alla bara, ma ci sono voluto un po'di tempo, Il bagno è stato rinnovato, spazioso e pulito, e il giardino è anche un giardino.Posso ospitare due persone, peraltro, quando sono andato a cena, il gruppo locale mi ha chiesto se posso andare in un altro posto in maggio, e sono stato guidato in una stanza sola vuota. Posso parlare lentamente, quindi non mi sono aspettato troppo perché era casuale, ma sembrava che una volta per tutte spiegasse che il pesce principale e la carne erano intrecciati sul panno, che era come un piatto intero. Il sapore e la quantità sono soddisfacenti. La colazione è buona, ma voglio mangiare una cena calda in inverno freddo. Stayed a couple of nights in this Hotel on our recent trip to Japan and it was the best of the lot. From the moment you are greeted at reception on the 17th Floor the service you get is excellent at this hotel. The room was a good size and the 3 of us had enough room. It was very clean with a great bathroom and a wonderfully powerful shower. The supplied cotton pyjamas were so good we ended up buying a set to take away. The breakfast was very good, a standard buffet with Japanese items available as well. Plus its the only breakfast I've had where sparkling wine was available. The terrace bar is also based on the 17th floor and has a great view of the city and a good selection of Japanese whiskeys and cocktails. We had dinner one night at the steakhouse which served us with the best Wagyu beef we had in Japan. If we are in Kobe again we will stay in this hotel. The staff were very attentive and always did their best to please us and the quality of the accommodation and the food was excellent.

La posizione geografica è sulla collina, non c'è elicottero da metro vicino, c'è la scelta di bagagli o di portare il bambino.Il posto meno piacevole è quello di prendere 2500 yen in più quando si ferma, non so cosa significa. La calda è particolarmente piccola, tutti fluiscono a turno e l'acqua non è fluida.La prenotazione è terminata alle cinque e mezza ogni pomeriggio.

Questa volta, sono rimasto tre giorni, è davvero bello, ho prenotato una stanza di 14m2 da solo, e alla fine ho scoperto che è grande, può essere aggiornato in un tipo di stanza di 18m2!Credo che sia sufficiente aprire due grandi bagagli, e avere un pianoforte e un letto da divano.Non c'è acqua di ricamo, a meno che non sia presentata alla reception. Il bagno è molto grande, ha un bagno più grande, che è come altri bagni alberghieri commerciali. L'unico difetto è che il design del lavabo è facile da abbattere i vestiti, e il lavabo è molto appiccicoso per il lavabo non è un buon design, quindi questi giorni sono stati coperti con lavabo. Ma l'hotel ha alcuni punti di attrazione famosi di Yuhu, e sta per andare al regno di Yuhu e comprarlo facilmente, sorpresa! C'è Daiso, supermercato, negozio di farmaci esenti da imposte, e ci sono più di 1 minuto 7-eleven.A circa 4 minuti dalla stazione di bus di Shenzhen, JR, linea di porto 6-7 minuti. Zhenzhen / Shenzhen è urgente circa 8-9 minuti, la posizione geografica è molto conveniente. E molto tranquillo di quella strada vicino a residenza, ma non lontano dalla strada del negozio / principale stazione, quindi è molto adatto per le persone solitarie / tranquilli.Se questo hotel in catena può avere un grande casinò / caldo come altri negozi, sara'di sicuro più popolare, purtroppo no!

Un po'di distanza dalla stazione.Il bagaglio può essere molto doloroso in estate.Ma il servizio è buono.La grande sala da pranzo del secondo piano è aperta dalle 10 alle 24, offre caffè, salsa e acqua dolce gratuitamente.Ci sono reti wireless.Il turismo è stanco, e questo tipo di acqua dolce può eliminare la fatica dopo aver tornato a casa. La colazione è anche deliziosa e gratuita.Il riso di cipolle e la sabbia di ghiaccio sono deliziosi e le frutta sono deliziose.Il menu cambia un po'di giorno.La stanza è doppia, ma abbastanza grande, le finestre sono aperte. Sono riuscito a andare al galleria veloce e a prenotare dopo le cinque del giorno.Sono andato in macchina, ma è facile perché è vicino al ponte di Yao Xiang Xiang, e ho prenotato il parcheggio telefonicamente in anticipo. Come misura specifica per l'ascensore, si misura la temperatura corporea durante la procedura di soggiorno, da dove si sposta e dove si sposta dopo la partenza.Il corridoio del piano di alloggio degli ospiti è sempre ventilato, la finestra è la porta di chiusura. Forse per questo, penso che la densità della stanza sia alta, ma quando la metto in modo secco con l'aria condizionata, è stata risolta.La zona circostante è vicina alla città, anche se la procedura di soggiorno è troppo tardi, non ho problemi con il posto di pranzo.Naturalmente, ci sono anche molti negozi convenienti. Per quanto riguarda Dongjiang INN, questo è il colazione Onigiri!Quindi mi aspetto.Questo è anche fornito da solo per prevenire l'ascensore e può mangiare nella stanza.No, buono.Voglio restare di nuovo, ma perché non posso usare Wi-Fi anche se inserisci la password?

來日本很多次，第一次住酒店，這個酒店給我印象很好，以後短期行程都會選擇酒店 首先位置非常好，就在三宮站附近，不管是去哪裡都很方便，樓下有711還有很多連鎖餐飲店可以選擇，好吃又實惠 自助入住很方便，機器有中文，一樓大堂提供各種日用品，防曬卸粧油洗面奶化粧水保濕乳甚至面膜發膜都有，真的是可以什麼都不用帶，太方便了，也有提供煎茶粉和茶包咖啡 定的是大床房，房間是真的小，但好在有窗户，窗户還可以欣賞日落時分的天際線，設施其實是都有的，如果是1個人其實很合適，以後會考慮定21平米的雙床房 房間很乾凈，感覺設施也維護的挺好，需要的話可以每天要求打掃，打掃的也很乾凈，毛巾也可以每天換 退房以後還可以行李寄存，我們去淡路島過夜一個晚上，行李寄存了兩天也完全沒問題，真的很方便，特別滿意，以後會經常考慮這個品牌

ホテル全体に、清潔かつ全く無駄のないサービスと対応で、居心地が最高！ 朝食目当てだったけど、コロナでバイキング形式の制限がかかり、大好きなフレンチトーストが提供されなくなって寂しかった。 でも、久々に、ホテルピエナ特製フレンチトーストを食べられて、めちゃくちゃ美味しかった〜 デザート類も小さくしてくれているけど、全部は食べきれないほどあるので、フレンチトーストばかりは食べられないし〜 料理にプレートがついていて、ほぼ兵庫県産の地産地消をしているのにが分かりとてもいいです。 スタッフの笑顔がステキなホテルピエナ！

The location of the hotel was very convenient because there’s exactly a bus stop next to the hotel. Next to the hotel have a fast food restaurant that serves delicious hot meals which open 24 hours and they also offer takeout services. This hotel also provides great deals of onsen tickets (Hotspring tickets) the original price of the ticket was around ¥1100 but if you are the guest of the hotel, then you can purchase that ticket at the price around ¥900. Near the hotel, there was lots of convenience store, and one coin laundry service shop, but in the hotel, they also have laundry machine, vending machines and microwave.

Maya GH was awesome. I booked a female bedbunk & individual bunk was spacious and even a side to lay out all my amenties. The room even has a wooden table for common usage. The staircase was a little steep and tiny hence luggage will be helped to carry up or down checking in/out. Destinated Female restroom and shower was awesome. Second though, it is just beside railway hence ear plug was provided. The staff was all so friendly and cheerful greeting you in/out of GH. Oh, i save a small amount of the cablecar+ropeway trip as the GH has alias with Mt Maya. Had my NY celebration with them knocking the bell at shrine & early sunrise watching with the NY food prepared by them. Awesome stay with lovely neighbourhood.
