Hotel in zona Kobe Harbor, Kōbe

Huge hotel with great facilities, but gym, sauna, onsen and pool have to be paid extra and at high prices. That left a very bitter aftertaste. The room was large but a bit dated and could be cleaned better. The service at the reception could be nicer and speak better English. However, the rest of the service staff were extremely nice and helpful. Early check-in was possible free of charge. The hotel is very close to Kobe airport, but only offers a shuttle service for the train stations. Why not also for the airport is somewhat questionable.

Staff were attentive and helpful. Amenities were well organised and complete. Free loan of personal care accessories is highly commendable. Room was neat, clean, and comfortable.

Just a few mins away from both Sannomiya station and Motomachi area. Equipped with a public bath facility and the coin laundry. (There was a queue after 9pm. Go for it earlier!) Staff were attentive and helpful. Only drawback- the view of my room was like completely blocked by other buildings, and we were not able to get enough natural lights. It was even darker than the average at night.

This is a wonderful hotel to stay while in Kobe. It is just next to Kobe Harborland and Kobe Port Tower. The room we had comes with a private balcony offering a spectacular view of the harbour. The room is clean, comfortable and has full amenities. The hotel provides bus shuttle service to and from Sannomiya Station. There is also a Family Mart located at the lobby where you can buy snacks, drinks and other additional amenities. Hotel is also walking distance from a Starbucks which opens at 7:30am should you need to get your coffee and the famous BE KOBE sign. Highly recommended.

Stanza molto bella con tutto quello che serviva. Il personale é stato molto gentile. La pulizia potrebbe essere migliorata,ma solo se si vuole trovare un piccolo neo. Letti e cuscini meravigliosi.la Posizione é ottima..vicino a tutti i punti d’interesse. Con una passeggiata ( circa 15 minuti) si arriva alla stazione dei treni.. ci tornerò e lo consiglierò

The location is great and is really near their city centre. Room is a little small but very cosy. There is a variety of amenities that you can help yourself right at the lobby. The staff there are also very polite and helpful. Really enjoyed our stay there

This hotel is one of the best we have ever stayed in Japan. The staff at the reception are friendly and helpful. Hotel is conveniently located not far from the subway, restaurants and shopping areas.. Hotel even offers free light snacks, juices and alcohol for Hotel guests from 5pm to 8pm. The room size is exceptionally bigger than most other Japanese hotels. Thank you for the pleasant and enjoyable stay, we will definitely come back and stay in the hotels under Villa Fontaine group.

L'accesso è molto buono, la camera è pulita e il bagno è spazioso rispetto alla maggior parte degli altri hotel business. Il muro è un po' sottile, quindi potresti sentire le voci dalle altre camere, ma nel complesso, consiglierei questo posto. Ci sono vari comfort e prestano articoli come la piastra per capelli.
