Hotel in zona Kobe Harbor, Kōbe

Grande posizione e valore, spaziosa camera per un viaggiatore solo 10 min a piedi al centro di Sannomiya e stazione di metro Facile da collegare in qualsiasi parte di Kobe e Osaka Affari e servizi igienici. Molto consigliato.

È stato un bel hotel- posizione è stata grande a soli 3 minuti a piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria Kobe sanmiya. E l'hotel sembra nuovo e puzza di nuovo. Check-in è stato un brindisi attraverso la macchina ma c'è sempre qualcuno amichevole da aiutare. Hanno anche bevande complimentari e dolci ogni notte 8-10pm. La camera tripla è spaziosa con spazio sufficiente per aprire i bagagli. Un buon trovato con il punto di prezzo e la posizione. 24 ore Don DONKI è proprio l'opposto dell'hotel. Sicuramente rimarrà di nuovo

Hotel has all the needed toiletries , pajama, slippers and even face mask. Room is clean and comfortable to sleep. Amenities includes washer dryer washing machine Location is just a short walking distance from sannomiya station and just outside hotel have many restaurants and convenient stores. Free beeakast buffet is a bonus but eat once or twice is ok. Menu are almost same everyday. Staff are friendly. Easy and fast checkin checkout.

Confrontato con il prezzo, il valore complessivo è buono. A causa delle recenti condizioni del tifono, abbiamo cancellato parte del nostro viaggio. E abbiamo deciso di estendere il nostro soggiorno in questo hotel. Li chiamiamo di cambiarlo prima di andare in Giappone. Abbiamo scoperto che prenotare la stessa stanza in Trip.com è molto più economico di chiamare. Si consiglia molto di controllare l'app Trip.com prima. 👍👍

We are a family of three and stayed in a Moderate Twin Room with Extra bed. The room is quite packed when three beds are there but I believe the room is comfortable enough for two people. The bathroom is comparatively larger than other hotels I have stayed in Japan. We all enjoyed the shower there. The hotel staffs are very nice and friendly. The location is great as no drama when finding our way. Highly recommend to groups of two people visiting Kobe.

This hotel location is in Shin Kobe JR station, convenient only if you want to have an easy commute to JR Shinkansen. Otherwise, I do not recommend staying this area as Sannomiya option is much better for more central location to connect to places even though the subway line is underneath this hotel as well. Things I don't like about the hotel is that it's old and travel during winter has no cold AC as it's central heating and dry, you cannot change the AC temperature. Breakfast is quite good so I suggest you to try it if you stay here (the hotel will give you two options - regular buffet or japanese set, I recommend the regular as it is buffet with options and you can find local Japanese food item there too).

There was a small dry blood stain and a hair on the pillow when we first went into our room. The hotel is dated but the service was great. Breakfast was good also.

This is a wonderful hotel to stay while in Kobe. It is just next to Kobe Harborland and Kobe Port Tower. The room we had comes with a private balcony offering a spectacular view of the harbour. The room is clean, comfortable and has full amenities. The hotel provides bus shuttle service to and from Sannomiya Station. There is also a Family Mart located at the lobby where you can buy snacks, drinks and other additional amenities. Hotel is also walking distance from a Starbucks which opens at 7:30am should you need to get your coffee and the famous BE KOBE sign. Highly recommended.

I was assigned to a very dusty room. When I opened the room door, I smelled something unpleasant and stuffy. There was dust everywhere, on the lamps, on the wall in front of the bed, on the door to the terrace...so I had to clean the room by myself. I really wonder if the room was carefully cleaned before it was ready for use. The mattress looked like 20-year old and the bed sheet was outworn, making me doubt if the hotel was really built in 2017. It was the most expensive hotel I booked in Kobe - over 400 USD per night. It was not worth the money. Strongly recommend visitors not to select this hotel.

The place is nice and clean. The location is lied on the center of KOBE which is surrounding by all brand name shop and close to walking street. The atmosphere is quiet and beautiful. Very highly recommended . Considering a room is slightly big compared to a normal hotel in Kansai area
