I stayed at this hotel with my daughter. The staff worked good. They offered tea with donuts. We took some to the room and drank tea there. In the room everything was clean and cosy! The breakfast offered a variety of food, everything was tasty! My daughter said, it was the best hotel we stayed during our trip in Japan (we chose cheap, medium and expensive ones to compare). I strongly recommend this hotel and appreciate the staff for their perfectly done great job: to offer such cosy and comfortable conditions to stay that a person would enjoy it and would be glad to stay at the hotel again! Thank you so much!

I booked the twin room for 2 nights. Very pleased with the bed size and room size. Room is clean too. You can pay yen1430 to hotel for continental breakfast, but we did not so unsure on breakfast standard. At reception there’s free tea bag and 2 coffee machine. Coffee is nice. At tea break time, the hotel placed snacks for guest to take (mini donut). There’s 7-Eleven, Lawson n Family Mart downstairs hotel if you want to buy breakfast to room. Hotel is around 8 mins walk from station. We went to a bakery cafe for breakfast, which was nice. Overall I will recommend the hotel.

Very good service and clean room. Excellent location near to Sannomiya JR Station. Enjoy the nice and free breakfast. Will choose to stay again next time. Recommended!

room was spacious, they serve free coffee and donuts frm 14:00-16:30, the coffee and donuts taste nice. staffs was nice and helpful. the bfast taste delicious too.

Room was clean and full of necessary items. Location was good and close to train stations and many restaurants nearby. Staffs were friendly and helpful. We were enjoy staying here and spend time in Kobe!

We were satistied overall. the room was quite small. but the breakfast was decent.

Did not provide electric kettle to boil hot water. Was told to use the hot water from the toilet tap. The tap water was not hot enough to make hot drinks. Otherwise, courteous and polite staff.

This hotel was near station. Not too noisy even it located at busy street. Staff were nice and helpful. Coffee, cakes were ready outside the check in counter. It was user friendly as we were hungry whne arrived hostel. Possbly, I will re-book this if go to Kobe again.

Shower booth was amazing. I actually really enjoyed the shower sitting down. I thought it was small at first, but it was great. Room was spacious than the others hotel I stayed in japan. Clean and nice. Location was great also. I would stay there again.

The location of this hotel is unbelievable, close to the busiest area of Kobe, close to tons of restaurants, close to all the train stations, in fact, a few train lines and the subway pass through this area. You can even take a special bus that takes you directly to the Kansai. The rate is super reasonable even with a good breakfast for two included.
