La reception dell'hotel è pessima, si rimangiano la parola data e raccontano bugie. L'igiene dell'hotel è preoccupante. Gli asciugamani e le lenzuola sono sporchi e bagnati. Le foto sono ingannevoli. Non lo consiglio.

La stanza era molto piccola, ma il letto era molto grande. Abbiamo riscontrato un problema molto frustrante con la doccia fognaria, ma fortunatamente Ctrip è intervenuta e ha risolto il problema per noi in tempo. Ci sono anche membri dello staff che vanno via dal lavoro alle 17:00 ogni giorno. Se avete domande, è difficile contattarli senza problemi.

Ottimo, posto molto carino, molto conveniente. Splendida casetta indipendente, proprio sulla spiaggia.

Pros : Very friendly and helpful nice staff, great location 3 minute walk from drop off and pick up as well as from walking street, swimming area very close to hotel also, free beach towels /mats and snorkelling masks, cost is affordable Cons: Very limited and sporadic internet connection, rooms are a bit dated and are quite small room (thought it was a bit bigger - we stayed in a bungalow), bathroom smelled pretty bad the whole time, but it is an island and I guess that is probably kinda normal…wasn’t unbearable, just not nice and finally, if you’re towards the front of the place, there is a bar next door with loud music until 2 every night…further back and you’re fine and it’s probably very peaceful. Overall it’s not bad but not sure I’d stay again if other places were available.

Good location just where the jetty and beach. Walking street is just 1min walk. However no frills hotel. They do not provide daily housekeeping Even the towels not changed and need to request

Loved this place. So close to the beach,very clean and private.

We had an awesome stay! You will have your own bungalow which has a huge bed, a refrigerator, AC and drinks + Coffee for free! Very cool extra: there are many usb ports for charging! You are right in the exact middle of the pattaya beach and a few meters away from the walking street. Nights are very quite for great sleep and staff was more than friendly. You even get a free welcome drink with refreshing towel which is a big plus after you arrive by boat! We really liked our 4 day stay and would recommend and book again. More than happy :)

Very good location, step to main beach, customs and main streat. Very helpful and nice staff. Clean rooms, good air conditioning, all facilities OK. Very nice balcon to good view and nice bars. Quit place.

Very clean and tidy rooms. Modern and lots of room. Very good location. My second time at Charming!

Tide was crazily high with lots of debris and rubbish, sandbags at front door exposed so all around looked pretty untidy. Very clean room, lovely staff, no English spoken, wrong time of year for Koh Lipe, not many shops open in the street, rubbish all over the island and only a few hotels open and ready. Motorbikes/sidebars whizz up and down walking street which is narrow, so look have to look out for them constantly. Retailers not friendly as so bored without customers in Sept/Oct. Covids had a huge effect on this beautiful island, won't be coming back for a couple of years unfortunately...all looked very grim!!!

Everything was fine

從合艾乘船到下船點後僅五十米就可以到沙灘邊的酒店了。夜晚潮水漲到酒店門口，太棒了。下水至大腿深度，就可以看到珊瑚，珊瑚魚🐠會來撞碰小腿，太有趣了。就是酒店衞生搞的不大好，燈光也不太亮，床單是深藍色的，蚊子比較多。
