Sincèrement je n’arrive pas à comprendre comment cet hôtel peut obtenir en date d’aujourd’hui sur Booking une note générale de 8.5, à mon avis ça ne mérite qu’un 6. Il est vrai que le tarif de ses chambres standards n’est pas très élevé, mais maintenant je comprends pourquoi. Les installations sont vétustes, l’entretien générale est vraiment pas top et le propriétaire aurait tout intérêt à rafraîchir l’immeuble avant de perdre complètement la clientèle. Lors de notre check-in, 3 ampoules non fonctionnelles, une douchette cassée, une bouilloire brisée et ce sans parler des trous et des bris un peu partout dans la chambre. Lors de notre passage, ils ont complètement perdu l’eau de la piscine principale qui est devenue toute verte. Comme mentionné dans d’autres commentaires, il est vrai que le personnel est vraiment très sympathique et toujours souriant, mais on dirait qu’ils ne voient pas ce qu’il y a à faire. Lors de notre séjour, il y avait plus de personnel que de clients sur place, mais ils semblaient plus intéressé par les réseaux sociaux que par les travaux à faire. La plage face à l’hôtel est très belle mais difficilement baignable à cause des marées importantes. Le déjeuner manque vraiment de variété pour un séjour de plus de 2 jours.

This is our 3rd time visiting Chada, but its been 4 years since our last visit having read the reviews I was a little nervous of what to expect. We were given an extremely warm welcome back from the staff especially from the manager Anong who was absolutely delightful and checked in with us throughout our trip. The location is amazing on the beautiful Khlong Dao beach with lots of bars and restaurants on the sea front to choose from. The pool is lovely, the rooms are great and breakfast was also good. We travelled with our twin girls who are 9 and I would definitely recommend it

We chose Twin Lotus because it is adults only. It was romantic, peaceful, lovely, and we will definitely go back. We selected a room in the back as it was cheaper and we did not need to be on the beach. There are several,pools to choose from. The ine at the beach can get filled by 0830 but we always managed to get chairs with an umbrella. If you do not occupy your chair they remove the towel but leave your belongings. We took chairs that had a book on the side table. The book owner came and we explained no towels were on the chair. She knew the rules and said she would choose a beach chair instead ( along the beach are chairs but no umbrellas). We were thrilled she was so nice. The breakfast buffet is standard and plentiful. All the choices were delicious. No flies or ants anywhere. You may see an occasional meandering water monitor but they walk past you. The gym is immaculate and adequately equipped. The spa is wonderful with well- trained staff. We had dinner there a few times and the food was very good. There are places in the little streets behind the hotel and along the beach and next door, but Twin Lotus food was better though a bit more costly. Happy Hour drinks were good. We had a Go Dive snorkel dive tours to Koh Haa and a car ride to Old Town. Recommend both. The people in Old Town were exceptionally nice and the little museum is quaint. Eateries along their street are good. Allow two hours for Old Town not including the drive to and from. The next time we stay at Twin Lotus we will go to Phi Phi but have been before. Twin Lotus has many books to borrow located inside breakfast restaurant, There are buggies to drive you to and from your room or villa if you have mobility issues. Do not bring glass bottles or glass to the swimming pool. Any wait staff will give you a plastic mug or ”glass” to drink your beer or drink in the pool or at the pool. Please read the rules at pool entrance and follow them to keep yourself and others safe. The resort is mostly European people and everyone, young couples and older ones, singles, and all were cordial and respectful.

Stavo qui in due famiglie che viaggiano intorno alla Thailandia, con 3 bambini in trappola. Veramente familiare e aveva una bella piscina infinita che guarda il sole ogni sera. Camera - bellissime camere di tipo bungalow con essenze di base. L'AC ha funzionato bene e WiFi in camere con un bel balcone per rilassarsi. È su una collina rigida ma niente troppo lontano.Colazione - deliziosa e abbastanza fondamentale ma fa il lavoro! Mangiamo un paio di pranzi qui e il cibo è stato grande, compreso il bar sulla spiaggia. Spa - il miglior massaggio che abbiamo avuto in Thailandia! Bella zona rilassante semi esterno con il vento soffia in e uccelli tweet. Amichevole personale e molto consiglio!

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel per 3 notti con la mia ragazza. In primo luogo, il personale sul desk era molto accogliente, raccoglieva le nostre valigie dalla porta e li consegnava alla nostra stanza. La stanza era spaziosa, pulita e molto comoda. La piscina e la spiaggia erano a 2 minuti a piedi dalla nostra porta e il ristorante della spiaggia serve un'ottima cena. Non c'erano problemi durante il nostro soggiorno e sono riuscito a noleggiare una bicicletta dalla ricezione dell'hotel che arriva in 5 minuti, che è stato anche un servizio molto efficiente. Poco dopo aver controllato il manager dell'hotel (non ha mai avuto il suo nome) mi ha e-mail per dire che ho riuscito a lasciare la mia camera da 300 € in camera. Mi ha ordinato di ritrovare la macchina fotografica e di fare lo sforzo di involucro della bolla, e di boxare la mia macchina fotografica per essere consegnata a Koh Phi Phi lo stesso giorno, e mi ha ordinato in ogni fase per tenermi in giù per quanto riguarda la mia macchina fotografica. Una volta che la telecamera è arrivata sull'isola, mi ha chiamato a dirmi dove potevo raccoglierlo. Questo livello di servizio al cliente non può andare inconsapevole e ha chiesto nulla in cambio. Non posso incoraggiare i viaggiatori a rimanere in questo hotel. Ritorno al 100%. Grazie mille Lanta Staff & Manager!

In una posizione assolutamente stupenda, si possono sentire le onde dalla zona seduto fuori dal fronte dei piccoli bungalow carini la notte quando il suono della natura si aspetta.
Il colazione era una bella selezione di dolce e delizioso. Il coconut Jam era altro. Normalmente mangiamo sulla zona da tavola della spiaggia.
Le camere erano pulite, ampia per quello che avrete bisogno, riempimento quotidiano di alberi acqua e toilette. Adatterebbe le famiglie, gli amici, tutti veramente. Ha una bella casa e una bella viva con la vasta area esterna per esplorare anche.
Non andavamo in piscina perché la spiaggia era più attraente, ma la zona della piscina sembrava rilassante.
Il personale era sempre molto gentile, se aspettasse un trasferimento li cacciarebbero con il loro consenso! Non poteva sbagliare il soggiorno. Anche al noleggio di bicicletta a buon mercato!

Ottima soluzione di soggiorno sull'isola. Posizionato sulla spiaggia più lunga (che si chiama, appunto, ”Long Beach”) è a pochi km dal pier di approdo da Phi Phi island e Phuket. Vicino a numerosi ristoranti, bar e negozietti. Noleggiare uno scooter - raccomandato perché vi permetterà di visitare le altre spiagge e spiaggette dell'isola (non perdetevi Diamond cliff!) - vi costerà 200 bth al giorno, anche se potreste pagarlo ancora meno in uno dei numerosi rent a bike vicini. Camere spaziose - noi avevamo una deluxe vista mare ad un offerta da pensioncina italiana a 2 selle ! - e prima colazione soddisfacente, alla luce di un periodo turistico molto ”stanco” causa Covid. Personale thailandese proverbialmente gentile.

Abbiamo avuto un buon soggiorno all'hotel prima di tornare questa volta quando abbiamo visitato Koh Lanta per immergersi. Non possiamo commentare il colazione perché non abbiamo incluso questa opzione.
- Il personale è molto gentile e amichevole.
- Ascolta davvero il feedback - l'ultima volta che ho suggerito ai distributori d'acqua di risparmiare su plastica, quando siamo tornati per questo viaggio (solo due settimane dopo) c'era ora uno su ogni piano! Questo è stato meraviglioso e sono così felice che l'hotel sta prendendo dei passi per essere più ecologico, quindi grazie!
- La stanza era molto più grande di quanto sembra, e ha un grande ufficio con una sedia.
- Una connessione Wi-Fi forte e affidabile.
- Molto pulito.
- Nella nostra precedente missione, siamo stati in grado di controllare in anticipo a nessun costo aggiuntivo che apprezziamo veramente :)
- La stanza è dotata di un frigo.
- Molto vicino a un 7-eleven e a pochi ristoranti, anche se non siamo andati a quella particolare spiaggia è anche vicino a una spiaggia, situato in una zona più tranquilla nel centro dell'isola rende facile visitare il nord e il sud (ma, La posizione richiede che tu abbia una moto per andare in giro!).

L'unico negativo durante il nostro soggiorno è che in un momento le scarpe del mio ragazzo non erano trovate in nessun posto nel lobby, (come per la cultura thailandese, devi lasciarli fuori prima di entrare nella casa degli ospiti), e si è rivelato che un altro ospite / vicino li aveva ”prestiti”. Fortunatamente, erano andati solo al negozio e quindi non siamo stati senza le scarpe per molto tempo, ma non era ancora ideale ... Non è colpa del proprietario, Ma forse un segno che chiede alla gente di non farlo? In generale, abbiamo avuto un grande soggiorno e sicuramente ritorneremmo se visitassimo Koh Lanta di nuovo!

MMohamed-AliOur stay at Lom La Lanta was absolutely delightful! The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. While the street noise could be a little noticeable in the late morning, using earplugs ensured we slept very well.
The location is very good, with a 7-Eleven just a 5-minute walk away and the beach close by. For exploring the best beaches and attractions in Koh Lanta, we highly recommend renting a motorbike. We rented ours directly from Sada, and her service was outstanding! She offered the best prices and was incredibly friendly and helpful. If you need anything during your stay, just ask Sada.
Another highlight of our stay was the super-fast internet. We had 300 Mbps in the reception area and 50 Mbps in our room, which was perfect for workation. Plus, the adorable cats around the hotel made our experience even more enjoyable!
We sincerely hope to visit again soon. Thank you, Sada, for your exceptional hospitality!

UUtente ospiteThis is a lovely hotel and a great relaxed resort. The best of both worlds. Room: We came for a family holiday (kids age 12,11,7) had a 2 bedroom villa, which was a good set-up. Nice size pool between the two rooms. Beach villa 507/507. 2 mins walk to the beach. Youngest slept in our room as worried about passing the pool in the night, but we knew this beforehand. Probably the best room set-up and location we’ve ever had. Pleased with this. Lots of wildlife.. monkeys, monitors, frogs.. we loved this. Food: we had Thai buffet which was good. Great selection at breakfast. Aside from this, we ate at local restaurants- which were very good. Head out of the hotel and turn right. At the end of the beach there is a little village - lots of little restaurants. All very quiet due to lack of tourists following covid. Don’t be put put off by the quietness. Everything is fresh and delicious and you will be totally spoilt. I really hope tourism recovers a little here - the local people are desperately in need of it. ‘Same but different’ shack on beach (out of. Hotel and turn left) is small, but good food for lunch. Rice and noodle dishes, stir/fry, fries, very reasonably priced Lassis/soft drinks and beer. We ate here every lunchtime as it was close to our villa and couldn’t have asked for better. Beach: The beach is public, but Pimalai side is very quiet. Complimentary kayaks and paddle boards etc. we had a lovely family time. Excursions: hotel organised excursions are great and reasonably priced. We did morning mangrove tour - our tour guide (Gun) was superb. We also went on sunset cruise with snorkelling - also great! Downside: On check-in, we had no orientation and very little info about the hotel when we arrived. We were told everything was on the app. However, there was no internet in the room when we arrived (I think an external problem) so we couldn’t access it. We felt a little deserted. This was not a big deal - but we had no map or any real info about the hotel and surrounding area. It took 2 phonecalls to reception to explain we had no idea where I’m the resort we actually were, and no idea how to get to restaurants/no idea of food choices at hotel. They brought us a map. We arrived in the late afternoon after a long journey from London via Phuket. Nobody suggested where we go for food. Nobody asked if we wanted to make a reservation to eat. We headed out of the room to find food- with 3 very grumpy, tired and hungry kids. We found that there was a Thai buffet at the hotel - but only knew about this as it was on the route out of our room to the lobby. Nobody mentioned this when we checked in and we wouldn’t have known if we were staying anywhere else on the resort. Advice for people with kids— avoid top section of resort/hillside if you want to be near beach. It’s a bit more of a trek. Both pools are lovely and nicely shaded. Overall a lovely stay and wouldn’t hesitate to return.

PPassenger63947301697This is our 4th hotel out of 7 on this particular trip but sadly comes in a bit lacking for me, I had very high expectations. Firstly on check we asked about hiring a moped. The girl on the tours desk barely looked up from her phone and said “no”. We managed to rent one down the road at Miami but this is the first hotel I’ve ever stayed in Thailand that doesn’t help with motorbike rental. We didn’t approach her for anything else as for me, first impressions last. Our room was okay, can’t imagine when booking why I thought a bath on the balcony was a good idea! My bad! There was tons of wardrobe space and the bed and pillows were comfy. Lacked conditioner & body lotion which I’ve found in other hotels. Generally the room was a bit tired and needed a good deep clean. The bathroom mirror hadn’t been cleaned since the last guest and we had ants around the sink on day three. The shower had very intermittent water temperatures and had black mould at the bottom near the drain. Also tea/coffee spills on the floor that hadn’t been mopped. The communal areas I also found to be grubby and unkempt. No-one sweeps up leaves and they get mingled with bits of rubbish. The sunbed areas aren’t mopped so drink spillages give sticky dirty patches. You get the gist. Breakfast was really good, plenty of choice and half decent coffee. I just found the ambience to be generally quite standoffish and unfriendly, apart from Mr Bunty who was lovely. Most days we went out to Horizon Bar on the beach, much nicer vibe. There are no showers or foot washes between the beach and the pools which results in the pool being full of sand. All in all I have been disappointed, for the price I expected better. Small improvements would make this hotel much better.

UUtente ospitePerfect view, spectacular food and the staff was absolutely amazing. I rarely write reviews. But this place deserves a good one. Cliff Lanta does thai food in a classy way that fits perfectly with the view. The massaman is especially amazing. Not a bad seat in the restaurant. The staff are all smiles and are so absolutely sweet. Make you feel very welcome and at home in paradise. PLUS, the rooms have a bath on the balcony overlooking the cliff that is arguably the best sunset view on the island. You do have to go down a few steps to get to the beach. But so easy and close. 1 minute walk down. Plus the beach is quite empty compared to other beaches and just as beautiful. The beds are quite soft...which, if you travel in thailand much, you know is sometimes rare. Great stay and/or restaurant.

Hai la scelta di diversi tipi di Bungalow. Il signor gep e sua moglie sono super gentili, sempre risolvendo qualsiasi problema che abbiate. Puoi prenotare tour, noleggiare un scooter, hanno lavanderia. Tutto in un posto, viaggiare facilmente, ragazzi! E amano quello che fanno! Questo è tutto! Grazie per avermi ospitato!

La posizione è buona per uscire è 711.C'è anche un negozio di ghiaccio di frutta.Ci sono diversi posti in affitto per le moto alla porta, e' conveniente andare a mangiare una moto?Se riesci a riparare il frigorifero rotto, sarebbe meglio.In breve.Questo posto mi fa sentire caldo e amichevole. Luogo pieno di amore.
Un posto quasi perfetto. L'ospite è estremamente amichevole. Qualsiasi problema è stato risolto immediatamente. Il figlio dell'ospite è molto carino e ben comportato. Aiuta a portare i vestiti e corre intorno. Che bel prato, amo la struttura di questo resort. Il semplice colazione è anche buono. La posizione è molto buona. 711 è proprio fuori dalla porta. C'è anche un negozio di frutta. Ci sono diversi posti per noleggiare motociclete alla porta.È conveniente andare a mangiare e guidare una motocicletta? Sarebbe meglio se l'apparecchio frigorifero rotto potesse essere riparato.In tutto.Questo posto mi ha fatto sentire caldo e amichevole. Un posto pieno di amore.

UUtente ospiteL'hotel è situato in una posizione straordinaria. I panorami sono semplicemente fantastici. È evidente che l'hotel conserva resti del suo antico lusso, che è antico e non è più in funzione da molto tempo. Ma il rapporto tra il prezzo (50 dollari a notte) e il servizio e la splendida vista sull'isola e sul mare copre solo i difetti sotto forma di mobili logori. La scelta del cibo non è molto ampia, ma non siamo clienti esigenti. Siamo rimasti soddisfatti di tutto, compresa la colazione inclusa nel prezzo e piatti separati che abbiamo ordinato per pranzo e cena.
Il personale è molto gentile e ha soddisfatto ogni richiesta.
Lo svantaggio è che non c'è una spiaggia balneabile, ma dopo aver camminato per 1 chilometro lungo la spiaggia, ci siamo resi conto che non ci sono spiagge ideali da questa parte. E tutti e cinque gli alberghi che erano lungo la strada soffrono tanto quanto noi, solo che lì il prezzo è più alto.
Un altro aspetto negativo è che la stanza che abbiamo scelto vicino alla piscina è in alto ed è difficile salire i gradini, ma questo sforzo è ricompensato con una vista affascinante dalla stanza o dalla piscina.
Passavamo la maggior parte del tempo in piscina, perché... Fare il bagno in spiaggia non è molto comodo. Ma penso che siamo fortunati, perché... eravamo soli lì. Completamente soli, nell'albergo eravamo solo in 5, insieme a noi, e abbiamo visto altre persone un paio di volte. È stato meraviglioso, rilassarsi in piscina con le viste più belle di altre isole e osservare gli uccelli volare da un albero all'altro.

HHanneMI had an amazing stay at the brand-new Phumala Lanta Seaview Resort! The bungalows are unique, built on stilts amidst lush greenery, with a magical view over the treetops and the coast. Staying here feels like being in a small fairytale, with comfortable beds, modern air conditioning, and a lovely terrace featuring both a bathtub and sun loungers. Between the bungalows, charming lighting in the trees creates a special and cozy atmosphere in the evenings. If any challenges arise, the staff and owner are incredibly attentive and resolve everything quickly and efficiently. The service is truly top-notch! The resort is just a 5-7 minute walk from a beautiful and peaceful beach, and shops and restaurants are also nearby. Across the road, Pad Thai Rock n Roll serves absolutely amazing food, and their staff is incredibly friendly – a must-visit during your stay. I enjoyed my stay so much that I extended it from four to nine nights. Note that the hotel shares its reception with Bakantiang Resort, so make sure to mention this to your taxi driver to find the correct location. Highly recommended!
