原來是德國人運營的時候非常好。現在老闆換了中國人就感受不如以前。地理位置景觀建築還是德國人的基礎，非常棒。軟件和德國人時期相比直線下降，套房裡奈飛帳號也不捨得給，牙刷比刷鞋的還硬，捲紙也是最廉價的。套房的備品至少應該比普通房間要有一定的升級，不知道旺季怎麼賣到一千多人民幣一晚。礦泉水一天衹有兩瓶，不夠就50泰銖一瓶，像極了廉價小旅館的做派。疫情前一直去住的，以後應該會換地方了。設施老舊沒有修繕，員工還是很nice但是人非常少，衹夠堅強維持運營，餐廳東西也變得不好吃。總體就是落敗和摳嗖，浪費了這個完美的地理位置。

沒有沙灘，衹有海邊懸崖，照片上可以看到。住房價格有點小貴。

พนง.น่ารัก ห้องพักดี นอนสบาย วิวทะเล สุดฟินค่ะ มีปัญหาการจองนิดนึง ราคาโปรฯผิดพลาดต้องสำรองจ่ายเงินไปก่อน ใช้เวลาประสานงานกันนานนิดนึง แต่ทางทริปก็รับผิดชอบ ดำเนินการคืนให้ภายหลังเรียบร้อยค่ะ

If you want to relax and enjoy the beauty of Thailand, this is the place. The property is beautiful. The surroundings are lush and green. It truly feels as if you are in a tropical oasis. The food at the restaurant was delicious. The sunset views were breathtaking. The bed was comfortable and room spacious. I loved everything about this hotel. However, the best part was the staff. Everyone was so kind and went above and beyond to make my stay the best. Many thanks to Auf and Tak who helped during my stay and were an absolute delight. I cant wait to return!

We stayed three nights at The Houben and I would have loved to stay longer. The rooms were spacious and well equipped and all had fantastic views of the sea and the wonderful sunsets. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The elephant sanctuary visit was a special experience and Lanta old town was worth visiting too. Highly recommended

Spent a whole week in the Houben on Koh Lanta. Apart from the gorgeous sunset views, the staff really go the extra mile to take care of your requests and needs. My wife and I have never been so well fed for their breakfast spread. On top of that, the staff even personally went to check on our external transport arrangements when there were delays and changes. A big shout out to khun Yi and all the staff who made our stay lovely and memorable.

Nous avions prévu de séjourner 2 nuits dans ce splendide hôtel. A peine arrivés, nous savions que nous allions prolonger notre séjour à Koh Lanta : vue imprenable sur l’océan . Chambre impeccable avec balcon qui donne également sur océan. Jacuzzi dans notre chambre deluxe. Personnel très aimable et serviable. Toujours à l’écoute de nos envies. De plus, n’ayant que 15 chambres en adult only, c’est un lieu d’exception pour un séjour relaxant et de plénitude. Nous sommes donc restés 3 nuits et nous aurions bien voulu prolonger encore une fois si cela avait été possible … Nous recommandons 100x cet hôtel.
