Hotel con piscina a Ko Kut

It was a 3-day-and-2-night trip with my friends and my 9-year-old daughter so we booked 2 villas with a private swimming pool. The villas are not new or super neatly cleaned but all are okay and kind of acceptable. The best thing is the resort staff. They are super nice, fun and friendly. They are ready to drop everything they are doing just to talk to you and answer your question. No matter how silly it is! They make me feel like they are ready to solve all the problems in the world for you, if asked! My daughter loves fishing there (even though she didn't get any fish lol). We borrowed the fishing rod from one of the nicest (probably) front desk staff who didn't seem to be bothered spending time teaching my daughter how to safely use the equipment. Wish I could ask for his name before we left. So I could give him better compliment. The view is just magical. Kayaking is also super fun. The Food is ways, ways better than we expected. The night bartender is a super cool & funny guy. He hosted the funniest Hermit crab racing in the world!

Une honte! Nous sommes arrivés à l’hôtel Suanya pour passer quelques jours au calme et dans un cadre idyllique. Malheureusement ce ne fut pas le cas…. À la découverte du cadre nous avons été enchanté cet enchantement s’est très vite transformé en déception puis en colère. En effet la chambre qui nous a été proposé se trouvait être insalubre! Elle ne se situe pas dans le complexe de l’hôtel mais à l’extérieur dans un bâtiment qui ne donne aucune envie d’y entrer! Aucune fenêtre, un « balcon » donnant sur les égouts! La salle de bain était le pire de cette « chambre » présence de saletés de moisissures et de rouilles sur la porte et la robinetterie! L’aération donnant sur les égouts des vagues d’odeur immonde imprégnaient la pièce, de plus la présence de trous laissaient tout le loisir aux divers insectes d’investir notre « chambre ». Le lit n’avait pas de couverture nous en avons demandé et nous avons eu le droit à un plaid et une serviette… Nous avons demandé au personnel de changer de chambre mais pour seul réponse nous avons eu « c’est complet! ». Le personnel n’a eu aucune considération pour notre bien être, peu aimable dans toute circonstances. Nous avons donc quitté l’hôtel plus tôt pour trouver meilleur et dans des prix similaires! A fuir!

Well, after a lot of searching we finally found a place on the beach, away from the bigger resort areas, within our budget, and overall, we weren't disappointed. The good The location is ideal. Right on a stretch of gorgeous sand with a shallow stretch of sea protected by a shelf of rocks a hundred metres offshore. With young kids, nothing could have been better. Crystal clear waters, clean beaches, and just what the doctor ordered. The staff were very welcoming, and the resort provides free masks and snorkels as well as skiffs for up to three people to paddle out over the shallow sea. There are plenty of fish to see so it's definitely worth taking advantage of these. There's a great collection of tables, sun loungers, swings, and hammocks for you to use, and most have umbrellas to protect you from the harsh May sun. It was incredibly hot at this time and I don't think we were quite prepared for that. The staff were very responsive when we asked for some things to be fixed in the room, such as a missing towel rail from the bathroom, an iced-up fridge, a broken remote control. and these are were resolved within a day or two. Perhaps the best thing about the resort is the restaurant and bar. The food was, we thought, exceptional value and of really good quality. My daughter couldn't eat enough of the spaghetti with pork and tomato and the spaghetti with bacon and chilli is excellent. Also good value is the barbecue set which we had for lunch at least twice. There's enough for 3 or 4 people with just one set. The bar is a great place to relax in the evening though I wish they were a bit more imaginative and varied with their happy hour cocktails. The not so good I've mentioned the problems with the fixtures and fittings in the room. What I find annoying is that guests need to tell staff that a towel rail has been removed, and that the fridge is so iced up as to be unusable. For the price, these things should be checked at least between guest bookings. The wooden laminate flooring in the bungalows has been pretty badly warped and there are gaps between the ends of the boards. This doesn't give a good first impression but perhaps the most annoying thing about the room was the design of the bathroom which seems to have been done by someone with no sense of what should go where. When you open the door to the bathroom, it brushes the side of the toilet seat, which inevitably means the toilet seat is constantly loose. Mad idea to put a toilet just inside a door. I don't think I've ever come across a design like that before. The shower location and the way it's attached to the wall means that anything near the sink gets totally soaked unless you want to remove the shower from the fitting and hold it while you shower. I think a bit of care and effort when designing the bathrooms would have paid off. But perhaps the worst thing of all is the breakfast. Considering the main restaurant food is pretty good, you'd expect breakfast to be along similar standa

Все было замечательно. Идея с санузлом под открытым небом- скорее интересно чем удобно. Что же касается самого места: все бы ок, но видимо тайцам норм то, что пляж- за счет которого собственно они и живут, закидан мусором, в воде у берега плавают пакеты и пробки. По итогу ( а мы были на нескольких ресортах на острове) появляется эко развлечение- отдыхающие сами чистят воду и пляж от мусора, складывают его в одном каком то месте, а персонал улыбаясь наблюдает за этим…… видимо это особенность местная.

Ottimo albergo! Zona molto bella vicino alla piscina e al mare, particolarmente bella la sera. I prezzi del ristorante sono adeguati, poco costosi e tutto era delizioso per noi! Anche i cocktail sono molto buoni. La colazione è piuttosto scarsa, ma c'è qualcosa da mangiare. Il personale è molto cordiale e pronto ad aiutare. Dopo aver girato l'isola, ci siamo resi conto che questa spiaggia è la migliore) non ci sono negozi e caffè vicino all'hotel (probabilmente ci vogliono circa 15 minuti a piedi). Abbiamo sempre mangiato in albergo. Biciclette noleggiate direttamente in hotel per 300 baht/giorno. I bungalow, ovviamente, sono molto interessanti: sono di legno, l'udibilità è molto buona, ma questo non ci ha disturbato. Di notte è divertente ascoltare i suoni della giungla. A volte era spaventoso che qualcuno entrasse in casa, come hanno scritto nelle recensioni, ma non avevamo affatto ”ospiti”. Ci è piaciuto davvero tutto. Torneremo sicuramente di nuovo qui!

Considerato che è così lontano, l'isola vale la pena andare.Non possiamo aspettarci di arrivare in un posto così piccolo e caldo, c'è un aeroporto qui, ora possiamo farlo? Quindi, questo posto non sarà più una casa privata. Sì ... Ogni bella moderna piazza è un piccolo paradiso.La camera degli ospiti e la piscina dell'hotel sono anche un ristorante elegante, quindi tutto è perfetto.Il personale è fantastico. Mi piace non essere turbato dal stile di vendita occidentale.Voglio chiedermi cosa mi serve, mangiare queste, non mi disturbare e non essere mai interrotto quando chiedo bere. In verità, dopo aver risvegliato, si può mangiare bevande così pratiche, con tazze di caramelle, con ghiaccio in un posto così bello, è un godimento assoluto.Il ristorante dell'azienda è a pochi passi dal mare.Il prezzo del cibo delizioso è così basso. Super semplici corridoi possono raggiungere ogni casa privata.Non mi sembra molto buono leggere i commenti dei commentatori, ok, allora dove pensi di andare?Se pensi di appartenere a questo villaggio, vieni qui. Mi ricordava che 20 anni fa, per la prima volta, ero come un'isola.Solo, così alto.Per creare l'atmosfera, il costo di stare in queste camere è doppio rispetto ad altri luoghi del mondo. Sì, c'è un'acqua calda qui, una roccia nera molto attraente.Prendete attenzione a queste, vi prego di godere di questa bella piscina.Puoi anche affittare una moto o un golf per la spiaggia. Qui tutti sono molto felici. I commenti dei consulenti di viaggio possono davvero influenzare la vita e l'attività di una persona.Considerate dove parliamo, ad esempio, senza isole lontane, il wireless non sarà senza segnale. E solo perché il server non è un **, non significa che non vuole aiutarti.Ci piace davvero questo villaggio di vacanza. Che gemma nascosta! Abbiamo già fatto visita a Koh Mak e questo è il miglior hotel che abbiamo vissuto. Abbiamo soggiornato nell'hotel dall'altra parte della strada, ma è stato terribile, quindi siamo andati in Islanda e vorrei che avessimo prenotato l'Islanda in primo luogo. È pulito, nessun insetto nella stanza, molto buon cibo, il personale è sorprendente, il colazione è davvero buono e la vista - la migliore vista a Koh Mak!! L'hotel sembra nuovamente ristrutturato dopo la cosiddetta cosiddetta cosiddetta cosiddetta standard! Quando arrivammo, eravamo gli unici ospiti. La cucina era aperta ma dovevamo ordinare la cena prima. Le camere sono buone, grande bagno. La vista era fantastica, solo beatful. Piscina infinita. Per noi, il posto era di lontano da altri negozi e ristoranti, dovevi una moto, e il personale era molto utile.
