The first thing I noticed when I entered the hotel from the parking lot entrance was the smell........ That should say enough........disgusting.

The room was good for the price. Breakfast was adequate. Security lights for back of the facility were off. Kinda didn't want to park there, it turned out OK but....

Close to highway. Comfy bed & room. A bit worn, bath door had paint peeling off looked a bit gross. Worn drapes
Counter girl super nice & accommodating. Worked most of night came back in am to man counter & cover breakfast bar!!

Room was insufficiently clean on arrival. Back of hotel covered in lint residue from dryers. No housekeeping service when staying multiple nights.

It was fine for just one night, but not somewhere I’d want to stay for very long. Clean bathroom and bedsheets, but a lot of water marks on ceiling and walls were damp and wet. Smelled clean, but felt damp in the room.

Close to hospital for which we were visiting; no smoking was great. The staff and day manager were professional and courteous; Would stay again. Thx.

Very nice. I was told that you got a 20% discount if you stayed at this hotel if you were going to Tenova North for a Pet Scan. When I checked in they told me I didn’t get a discount. This was very disappointing.

An older property, furniture and bathrooms showing the wear. Old style A/C unit, noisy and either all on or all off. Clean enough though.
