Took many pictures.. the pool was clean and nice, the activities within the farmstay was great. Definitely a place to come to for a relaxing chill getaway to slow down time."

Non è stata fornita acqua in bottiglia nella stanza Santorini, abbiamo chiamato a mandare l'acqua, senza chiedere o controllare correttamente, il desk ci ha chiesto di controllare attentamente nella stanza e l'acqua è fornita da qualche parte nella stanza ............ Non abbiamo guardato e confermato nessuna acqua fornita Prima di chiamare il desk front. Il servizio ha bisogno di un po' di miglioramento. Con quel prezzo pagato in quella zona, mi aspettavo un miglior servizio ..."

"The location is very strategic which is next to the Bus Terminal. However there are few demerits during our 2D1N stay. From the first entering the toilet tho it is cleaned but very smelly, maybe due to the drainage system is not being maintained properly. The bedsheet and pillow also have unpleasant smell. The receptionist duh.. dont let me start it. Very rude and annoying. How can a front desk staff show such cold gesture while welcoming the guests 🙄. After coming back from breakfast suddenly our door cannot open while it still half an hour before check out time. When I'm asking the staff why the door cannot open he rudely said checkout 1130 which is stated in the platform BEFORE 1200. Sadly, not going to choose this hotel ever again. Thanks for the ”welcoming” gesture."

"The hotel was clearly refurbished and updated. Would have given it a perfect 10 except for the fact that the receptionist who insisted I produce proof of receipt from Trip that I had paid the tourism tax, even though THEIR SYSTEM INDICATED THAT THE TAX HAD BEEN PAID. The problem was I had forgotten to bring my handphone and couldn’t access my email. I told him that I had NEVER encountered such a requirement whenever I booked with Trip. And he said it was a new rule. Yet when I checked in at another hotel the next day, they do not have such a requirement. I had no choice but to pay the tourism tax again. Hope Trip would look into it and get them to refund the money to me."
